We recently tried Potbelly for the first time and enjoyed it so much. This location is clean, the staff is friendly, and the experience was very kid friendly. The service was great and quick. The staff were super kind and made recommendations for what to try. We love that they offer a few different kids meal options and that Mac and cheese is always available. The sandwiches were great and tasted very fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean and decorated in local memorabilia. They have plenty of seating, and have high chairs for children. The restaurant was clean and well kept. They also offer coloring pages for the kids. We have been back multiple times now and have had a great experience each time. We attempted to call twice to resolve the issue, and the manager hung up on us twice, stating that he knew our kind and we were a liar for his mistake of leaving out several items from our order. Really, I wonder what that means. On top of that, the manager told us to call corporate as they would not do anything to address our concern about not getting what we paid for. Well, we will be contacting corporate and will see how this issue is handled. Potbelly took money from us without giving us the value we expected. First time at this place! The best way you could tell a place is SERIOUS about their sandwiches is if they have a big jar of pickles! That was one of the first things I noticed. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had...I'm a door dasher and was instructed to go into the drive-thru to pick up an order for delivery. as instructed so, I got into the drive-thru and sat in the drive-thru with 3 other cars, and sat there for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. This is absolutely unbelievable and terrible service. I pulled up to the window and the lady said they were just packaging them up which then took another 5-7 minutes for them to do. The amount of people I saw standing around not doing anything and couldn't care less about their customers is ridiculous. There was one guy doing things in there, but the sandwich he was working on was not even touched nor was it being built, like I don't know what he was doing. In long story short the atmosphere of the building was awful and terrible. I have no idea if the food for the customer was cold or not for how long it could've been sitting there.
