What a shame. This sub shop used to be my favorite. Today was the final straw. My husband and I each ordered the Italian sub online. The order was ready on time and the lady at the pick up window was very nice. The problem was with the subs. There was so little meat on either sub...it was almost funny. We had to take the subs apart to look for the meat. Would have been a really good meal if we ordered veggie subs...but we didn't. I was really hopeful for our meal today, but everything went downhill as soon as we pulled out of the drive thru. We ordered a sandwich, a salad, and a kids meal. To start, the kids meal additions didn't come in the bag (water, apple sauce, cookie). I ran inside to get those, no biggie. We get to the park and sit down only to discover no napkins and no fork for the salad. Ok, we make due since we have baby wipes and a spoon that I grabbed with the apple sauce that was originally forgotten. We recently tried Potbelly for the first time and enjoyed it so much. This location is clean, the staff is friendly, and the experience was very kid friendly. The service was great and quick. The staff were super kind and made recommendations for what to try. We love that they offer a few different kids meal options and that Mac and cheese is always available. The sandwiches were great and tasted very fresh. The restaurant itself was very clean and decorated in local memorabilia. They have plenty of seating, and have high chairs for children. The restaurant was clean and well kept. They also offer coloring pages for the kids. We have been back multiple times now and have had a great experience each time. This is hands down the worst experience I've ever had...I'm a door dasher and was instructed to go into the drive-thru to pick up an order for delivery. as instructed so, I got into the drive-thru and sat in the drive-thru with 3 other cars, and sat there for 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. This is absolutely unbelievable and terrible service. I pulled up to the window and the lady said they were just packaging them up which then took another 5-7 minutes for them to do. The amount of people I saw standing around not doing anything and couldn't care less about their customers is ridiculous. There was one guy doing things in there, but the sandwich he was working on was not even touched nor was it being built, like I don't know what he was doing. In long story short the atmosphere of the building was awful and terrible. I have no idea if the food for the customer was cold or not for how long it could've been sitting there.
