I frequent Arby's a few times a year. I just happened to be nearby and got in the mood for one of their sandwiches. As far as I'm concerned this is one of your typical Arby's fast-food joints with their regular brand menu and special offerings. As an occasional junk food-eater I've over the years dutifully tried everything on Arby 's menu at least once, sometimes more. Having visited many of their location it appears to me that they're not as good as they once were - generally speaking... and I've seen it consistently across the board. I used to be a consistently happy Roast Beef Sandwich Lover, now they seem kind of dry. This location seems to offer a decent Roast Beef Slider, and the Curly Fries are still pretty decent. Their overall product sizes have most definitely appeared to have shrunk! So as to make it easy to gauge each of these places, when I do try them, I've devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast-food joint can be! I gauge: 1) cleanliness; 2) quality service; 3) product quality and consistency; 4) convenience; 5) accessibility; 6) taste; and 7) the personnel's attitude and customer service level. I do not review any location without visiting it a minimum of twice. This place scores 2.5 of 5. I am uncertain that I might come back to this location and somewhat hesitatingly recommend it! read more

The browned, desiccated tomato and lettuce was either sittng under the warmer for hours or you just threw rotten vegetables in the sandwich not expecting anyone to notice because it would be hidden between the buns. Stopped here on a Tuesday evening just to grab fries for my friend and me. We hadn't had Arby's in so long and wanted some fries. I went inside because I had a coupon. It was very clean inside. The dining area was pretty busy, but not noisy. I think it helped that the dining area is somewhat blocked off by a wall in the middle. There was just one person ahead of me at the counter. The staff member was very patient with this customer who was having a hard time deciding what to order. When it was my turn, I mentioned that my $1 fries coupon says it can be used up to three times, and she confirmed immediately. I appreciated that she was knowledgeable about the coupon. The fries came out quickly and looked fresh. Took them to go, and we didn't eat them until maybe 15 minutes later. The curly fries were still crispy with good flavor. The taste and texture was just as we remembered. The crinkle fries were thick - some had a lightly crisp edge, but others were soft. I pulled in at about 620, to a very long drive-through line. These guys were as quick as you want fast food to be. But what really stood out was they recognized that I had waited extra long time in the line, so when I arrived at the order kiosk, and I asked for a Ruben, they initially said no, we are out of Rubens. But then recognized I had waited a long time. So they said one more for the Homie and made me a Ruben. I've never tried a Ruben before, so I don't know the work involved in corning beef. Well, ponytail gentleman at the drive-thru simply just told me he couldn't find the order, I showed him my phone to prove the time/location of the order, and the scope of his assistance could reach no further than telling me "I don't know what to tell you". He then told me to pull forward and park, well I asked if someone would bring out my food and he replied "I don't know". So why would I park my car?! Okay so look... I LOVE Arby's and I have had wonderful experiences at multiple locations. This is my first shitty one. Mind you I've been to this location as well. The food was delicious and hot It was clean But customer service... wtf????? I don't know if she's the manager or what. But OML she was so rude! She was impatient with us when we were ordering. I literally was trying to speed up my bf so she could get back to whatever she was doing that was so important. But it didn't matter because she continued her snarky tone. Where do I begin?...I placed a GrubHub order at this location tonight. When the app didn't give me the chance to ask for Arby's Sauce or Horsey Sauce, I called the restaurant to ask them to please throw some in the bag before it went out for delivery. The first time I called...the girl who answered said, "Yeah. Ok." And swiftly hung up. She didn't give me her name, never asked my name or anything. I thought perhaps she didn't understand what I was saying, so I called back. The young man who answered and never gave me his name, rudely asked, "Ugh...What order?? We have a lot of them." I gave him my name & my order and asked him to please toss some Arby's Sauce AND Horsey Sauce in the bag as they bagged it up for delivery. He said, "K. Bye." And hung up. I decided at that point to text our driver to ask them to beg for some sauce. She text back saying they'd already heard from me, asking for sauce, so no further communication was required. Good with me. But then...the order arrived. With NO Horsey Sauce, just aaalllll Arby's Sauce. Being a GM in the service industry myself, I understand there are sometimes over-the-top needs of the guest. THIS however, felt more like a burden & an inconvenience for the employees of your establishment. God forbid we ask for condiments.... Do better, Arby's of AZ Ave......Do better in your choice of staff. It seems that a couple of them are incredibly rude and VERY inconvenienced by the requests of your paying guests simply asking for condiments. Yikes. This is one of the only times I've thrown food away it was so bad. We ordered a chicken sandwich combo with crinkle fries and a tenders combo with curly fries. The curly fries were burnt and basically tinycrumbs. There was legitimately not even a fully in tact curly fry. It's was like someone didn't want to cook more and scraped up leftovers that had been sitting for hours and cooked in old oil. The chicken was even sadder. Totally inedible, overdone and hardly any actual meat. I can't speak for other menu items but would advise you to steer clear of any chicken unless you enjoy disappointment. read more

I would just like to say that when i needed my order fixed they were quick and efficient, me and my son went to Arby's a couple days ago after i picked him up from school, and he wanted some Arby's i couldn't say no to the little guy, so we went through the drive through and i ordered him a 6 piece kids meal with a tree top apple juice. And nothing commands more respect than a manager who is in the trenches with their team. These women were communicating to ensure they were all on the same page, while training 2 new people. This Arby's is usually pretty good. But recently these last few months have been terrible. April 2019-present (July 2019). I spent $6 to get 5 tenders which before April were usually larger than 4 sauce cups in length. Nowadays I keep getting tenders smaller than 2 sauce cups. This is ridiculous. I've seen chicken nuggets from Mcdonalds bigger than these tenders. $6 for 5 little nuggets is the biggest scam ever. At least McD's gives 20 this size for $5. AVOID THIS ARBYS AT ALL COSTS.
