For years, I've heard of Jollibee and was told if there was one ever in my area to check it out. A Yelp Friend mentioned how amazing their coleslaw and spaghetti was, so I was intrigued. My friends met for breakfast nearby, so I stopped by afterwards with one friend to split to try this as both new to Jollibee. We ordered: - 1pc Chickenjoy + Spaghetti - Side of Coleslaw - Drinks I started by trying the spaghetti, which I didn't realize had hot dog slices and pork in general. I try to avoid pork, but nonetheless tried today. The sweetness is not my thing, though I've had Filipino spaghetti before (no hot dogs in the one a restaurant made). Perhaps if you like pork and sweet sauce made with banana ketchup, this is your acquired taste? As for the chicken, I took a small bite as I have just reintroduced some meat in to my diet. I liked the skin and it had a good flavor. The coleslaw pairs nicely with it, but about average in flavor for a coleslaw. Still on the search for one to rival the one Chic-fil-a had and discontinued. Overall though, the dining area was spacious and the service was very friendly. The food was prepared quickly and the staff kept the tables tidy as patrons left. Very impressed with the cleanliness. Definitely worth a visit if you want to try something different and if I returned, I'd try something different. read more

I went through the drive through at about 9 pm at night. The line got long quick but was thankful I was the 3rd vehicle in line. I ordered 10 piece bucket of chicken with 2 large gravy. The gravy comes with the chicken. I didn't have to wait too long but I live about 20 minutes away and when I got home, they only had 9 pieces with 4 being small little drumsticks. For almost $30, I would expect better from Jollibee. Food is good but being kuripot with the food is not filipino-like at all. #disappointed read more

Date today is 04/27/2026 at 430pm - whoever is working today management wise needs to be fired!! Very disappointed, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Came to this jollibee location like we usually do because its the only location in AZ. came in at 350pm. Mind you there werent anyone there but a couple thats eatting. My family and i thought we would get our food right away since its not that busy! BUT WRONG!! waited 30 plus mins. There were a bunch of workers in the kitchen walking around acting like theyre doing something but nothing!! Giggling and just talking, If i didnt go up in the counter and ask for my food, i dont think i wouldve gotten my orders. By this time around it is packed and alot of people are waiting. By the time i got my orders at 430pm the food was not good it tasted like it has been sitting for a long time!! Im so disappointed and pissed off we drove so far just to get this food and its soo disappointing!!! Not coming back in this location!! I ordered jollibee for my lunch at work through their app. It was for me and my coworkers. We waited for over an hour but no one let us know when it would be coming. The app kept saying its pending. I called Jollibee and they kept putting me on hold telling me they cant refund me. I have to call ubereats who will be delivering it. I ordered through jollibee not uber and the food was not picked up by uber and they kept telling me to call uber. I dont have their number, i dont know why i would call them since the food is still at the store. It wasnt lost, it was never picked up. After 20 mins they finally told me they will refund me out of courtesy. What? Curtesy? I didnt get the food. I waited over an hour. My lunch time passed. My coworkers and I did not even get lunch and wasted our lunch break on just waiting and calling jollibee. But they are refunding me out of curtesy? Thats just BS. read more

Got some chicken tenders and a two piece meal. Chicken was crispy and decent. My wife said her drumstick was slimy and undercooked. I honestly think the fried chicken from Safeway tastes better and has better texture. The pies are good. Not really as good as the hype. No real Joy to be had. The restaurant was empty when we got there but completely full when we sat down. It was clean and a worker was walking around making sure it stayed that way. This place was incredibly packed, no tables and the line when I walked in was pretty long. The service and efficiency of the crew here was great, getting our order quick and someone consistently cleaning the tables. More importantly, the food!! We went to try the katseye Korean bbq sandwich and I wish I could have this sauce drenched on everything!! The bold flavor with undertones of heat had me excited for another one so I'll be back. Unfortunately they won't give you a side, even if I paid extra because the special menu item right now. But that's ok because my spicy chicken sandwich was just as good. Love me some Jollibee! I have been craving some Jollibee Chicken Joy since I saw the Jollibee near the Vatican in Rome. This place has a line that never ends. It almost reaches to the door and it never seems to get shorter because there's a constant stream of people coming in, at least when we've been there at regular dinner time. This is just standard fast food restaurant decor. I will say the kid that helped us at the counter was so nice and so helpful. The menu changes often and quickly, so be sure to ask questions instead of trying to wait for the screen to come back around. I ordered the two piece spicy chicken with mac and cheese. It comes with dipping gravy and a biscuit. The gravy is really yummy. I love dipping my biscuit in it. Word of warning - the spicy chicken here is really spicy. Be prepared! Hubby and son ordered the combo with spaghetti and chicken. The spaghetti here is not Italian spaghetti. The sauce is kind of sweet, almost like barbecue sauce, and has cheese on it. It's definitely different, but I noticed a lot of people ordering it. I love the chicken here so much that I don't want anything but the chicken. We also got a peach mango pie which was delicious. And I'm not sure why Jollibee has it spread out more in the valley. I would love to have a Jollibee near my house, because this one is a bit of a trek for me. My first time at Jollibee, and I had to try the fried chicken since I'd heard so much about it. The meal came with one side, a biscuit, and a side of gravy. The chicken was good overall -- definitely solid for a fast food spot. I tried one original and one spicy, and the spicy really delivered on the heat. The mashed potatoes had nice flavor, but unfortunately, they were cold. The biscuit didn't do much for me, and I wasn't sure why I got a side of gravy. I tried dipping the chicken in it, but it didn't add much. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and the restaurant was clean, which made the experience better. read more

As you guys know, I love chicken. Everybody knows that I love fried chicken and I was so excited to have a Jollibee here in Arizona so close to my home that of course I spend all my time here even though I do spend a lot of time at other fried chicken joints nothing beats Jollibee except maybe "Pollo Campero" actually no they both can hold the same first place in my heart. If you don't know what to get get a two piece chicken joy with gravy . Also get spaghetti and a side of palabok make sure that you squeeze the lemon juice packet into them. Actually just squeeze lemon juice on everything because the lemon juice packet is everything. Definitely get the pies!!!!!! Everything is good here. Jollibee chicken is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo delicious! I do like that there is a attendant making sure all tables are clean and trashes not overflowing. Everything is clean. The bathroom was clean and of course the workers at the cashier stand were so nice and patient to everybody because when you get there, everything is good on the menu so we all just stare at the menu like for 10 minutes and we're just like OK fine just gotta order something because there's a line building but they're so patient and they're so nice and 10 out of 10 experience in food 10 out of 10 food!!! I took my son to JOLLIBEE for the first time today. We ordered a 6pc bucket with 2 sides, the adobo rice and crispy fries. Also got the mango peach pie and passion fruit tea. The chicken was really good and the skin crispy. A bowl of gravy came with the chicken, it was a plus. My son really liked the mango peach pie, and I thought the passion fruit tea was very good. The sandwich was anything but spicy and it was very dry as well as under if even salted. The best part was the bun. Had not been here in a couple of years, but decided to give them another try. Drove through, ordered the 2 piece 1 side meal which includes drink and pie. Instead of $11 price shown on order board , they charged me $17. Chicken was weird. Couple of tough bites in the drumsticks, almost like uncooked meat. Did not finish eating. Spaghetti side was pretty good. Pineapple drink tasted artificial, and the mango pie was underdone, pasty inside. Biscuit was pretty good. According to their website, the 2 piece Chickenjoy Meal Deal is $11.00 and should have included the following, some of which I didn't receive: 2 Pieces of Chicken - Served hot. Was mostly skin and batter. Biscuit - Also served hot, but had little flavor. Mashed Potatoes - Requested no gravy, but received with gravy on top plus a side of gravy didn't want. I specifically requested butter packets, but received none. Fountain Drink - The Drive Thru Attendant (Host Name "Kai" per my receipt) insisted I would need to add a drink which should have been included. Peach Mango Pie - Missing altogether. I also ordered the Spaghetti. Having read the description, I knew the sauce would be sweet, but it just wasn't something I cared for. The hot dog bits added texture, though also seemed odd to include in sauce. While the facility appeared clean, I can't say I'm in any hurry to return. Oh sweet mother of Moses. Lol my partner showed me this place yesterday and it was SOOOO GOOD. I went with their chicken sandwich and he went with their 2 pc combo. The pieces of chicken are ginormous lol and it comes with gravy, a biscuit, fries and a drink. The sandwich also came with a side and a drink, but I got a (very nommy) pie as well. The chicken was juicy and tender, with just the right amount of crisp and their potatoes were slamming. The pièce de résistance though was the pineapple quencher. It seriously blew my mind. The service was fair. We went through the drive thru, so I'm not sure about the inside. But we weren't there an exorbitant amount of time. All in all, we paid about $23 and we both were very satisfied and feel like we got really solid food at a really solid price. read more

We love Jollibee and would have it more often if we lived closer. Chicken is always so consistently crispy and good. We live 20m away and even after the drive home the chicken is still crispy and hot! Yes they take awhile with your order so its not that fast but at least you know they are frying your chicken fresh. I also love their ube pie and peach mango pie. Super crispy outside and yummy filling. Not too sweet. We also get the spaghetti - its def different but tasty for me. On the sweeter side with banana ketchup. Can get quite busy with families so order ahead via the app. Staff has always been really nice. read more

Since my wife is a Filipina I have eaten at Jollibee's from Manila and Cebu to Seattle and Jacksonville. They are all busy and have lines but this one is easily the least prepared for customers and there is no doubt it us due to poor management. My first visit was when passing through and i wanted to pick up a bucket. Hours say it opens at 10 however i had to wait until 1925 before it opened. Inexcusable not to be open during scheduled hours. Today was even worse. Although thus stire has two registers only one was open making the wait in line about 20 minutes. Upon reaching the cashier we were informed that it would be 30 minutes to receive our food. It actually took about 37 minutes for the food to be ready. The issue us that plenty if food was ready and under the heat lamps. Only one person was putting the food together into orders. Others would just stand around and watch her until she had an order ready to go. There was no teamwork or any effort to help. Many of the orders were incorrect and time was taken to fix them. Shortly after people who ordered were told there would be an hour wait for their food. The manager spent her time telling people what to do instead of assisting. Complete lack of leadership. Waiting an hour for fast food is completely unacceptable. read more

On our latest excursion, we ordered the "C" Bucket Treat (10-piece Chickenjoy with three sides - Jolly spaghetti, adobo rice, and mashed potatoes) along with a Palabok Fiesta. Everything was good. On most visits, they do not have spicy chicken when we visit. Arguably, the chicken is what you really want at Jollibee. I don't know how they do it because they can make a fried chicken that doesn't taste too greasy. Do the TikTok thing and remove the chicken skin, stuff it with adobo rice, and dip it in the cup of gravy. You can't go wrong. As for the spaghetti and palabok fiesta, I'm not a fan of either, but I have seen Joyce W. eat a whole family pack of the Jolly spaghetti by herself. It took her a few days, but she did it. Did I earn my card back, G?? Psmooth972?! I'm giving this Jollibee location a solid 4 stars!! It's got a really pretty storefront, I'll start with that! I was gonna hit up the drive-thru, as I was in somewhat of a rush, but it was closed off, so I had to go inside. The place was well kept, and the dining room got a lot of sunlight from the huge windows. There was one person ahead of me. When it was my turn to order, I got 2 Peach Mango Pies and the Palabok Fiesta, finally. I was given one of those beeper thingies and thought it might take a few minutes, but to my surprise, it beeped in about 2! I walked up to the counter, and my bag was ready to go. It had everything plus a fork so I could start digging in. As soon as I got in my car, I couldn't help myself, lol! I grabbed that fork like there was no tomorrow and tasted the Palabok Fiesta for the first time ever. Now, here is where the 1 star went missing. The palabok is not horrible, but it could use a lot of improvement. The sauce is very bland and somewhat thicker than what I'm used to. The bihon noodles seemed to also be slightly overcooked as it had a mushy consistency. Besides the 2 slices of hardboiled egg (which I later discovered was actually 5-ish, they were stuck together), there's some kind of toppings like maybe ground beef or pork and what looks to be ground up pork rinds. Now, I can't go spilling my mom's secret recipe, but the sauce here could definitely use some additions to it. It's just a plain sauce, kind of like gravy. Overall, it was pretty decent for a fast food joint, but it needs some lemon wedges or calamansi!! If you don't know what that is, you're missing out! The citrus juice will definitely take it up a notch. Now, I am curious to try the Palabok from another location yet again to see if the noods are the same. Stay tuned for my next Jollibee review!! The chicken did not live up to the hype. It tasted like it was fried in old oil and unfortunately the taste lingered in my mouth a few hours. I'd been by these places all the time I the Bay Area, but never had the chance to eat there until they put one in my backyard. Interesting? Absolutely. Fancy? Not a chance! They've mostly got chicken and funky spaghetti (hot dogs!), though they have some other interesting items that I had to try. I ordered a side of the spaghetti because there is no way I wasn't going to. It was definitely interesting: "sweet-style sauce with slices of savory ham, hot dog and ground meat" (I love ground meat.) don't forget the cheese. Parmesan? No way, man! Who puts Parmesan on a hot dog?? Service was rather slow, though orders were taken quickly at the counter. It was really crowded and take-out orders seemed very popular. The Peach Mango pie seemed to be fried like McD's did in the old days before they went "healthy" and started baking them (because I go there to be healthy), but it was a little small and the flavor of the filling was not as pronounced as I'd hoped. I had pineapple juice drink (again, when in Rome...) and it was refreshing, but found it to be somewhere between Jarritos piña and pineapple-flavored sparkling water: not really sweet, but not an artificially "loud" pineapple flavor either. I, of course, snagged some extra chicken tenders from the others and found them to be fine. The sauces were good (I think they had the classic tender dip). I ordered the Palabok Fiesta because, how could I not try it?!? It was not my favorite, and very different from how I imagined it based on the description. I'm glad I tried it, but I'd get the full order of spaghetti next time. I imagined more garlic flavor since it said, "garlic sauce." silly me? The trash cans were overflowing and the tables were not really being kept clean. I think it was just the staff falling behind the crowd and demand, though. I ordered the 6pc Jollybucket meal deal which was $20 for 6pc, 2 sides and 2 drinks! Got the kids tenders and a side of fries. (Pro tip: if it's your first time sign up for their rewards ahead of time and get $5 off!) all in all $32 to feed a family of 4! Opted for spicy chicken which was surprisingly spicy, Crisp and juicy inside! The fries didn't have a ton of flavor but the sauce made up for it and the kids didn't mind. I wouldn't say the food was mind blowing. The chicken is a step above other fried chicken spots. Price is a really good deal considering how big each piece of chicken is. The dining room at this location is a decent size, only 3 booths though. Some tables had little stools to sit at so they didn't have any backing. Might not be a deal breaker to adults but little kids might not fare well. They do have a drive thru! Jollibee is overall a good choice for a quick chicken meal with Filipino sides like adobo rice and spaghetti. Definitely consider adding this location into your rotation! read more

Big props to the people working there, we had a mistake in our order and they were very nice about it, something I have not seen in a while in foodservice. The restaurant is very clean and is spacious. The food, I felt like this was one of the best jollibees, their fries were fresh and not salty, the chicken wasnt salty or old, very fresh. Not a fan. The dining area was very dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. I searched for napkins but finally found a rag to clean off our filthy table. I can overlook this on a busy night if you see an employee out there periodically trying to address things. But in the hour or so we were there an employee only showed up at the end and he only emptied one of the full trash cans. We waited a surprisingly long time for our food. When we were finally called, I had to ask the apathetic worker for items that should have been on the tray like napkins and forks. She kept walking away so I had to keep waiting until she returned so I could ask for the next item. She barely looked at me and was borderline rude. The food was fine. Our chicken tenders were crispy. The peach mango pie is indeed reminiscent of the old McDonald pies. It's small but has nice flavor. My husband liked the Palabok. I'm not sure if they gave me the wrong sandwich because it was very mild unlike how the other reviews describe it. The mango peach pie was subtle on the individual fruit flavors but delicious. Flaky, oozing with soft filling, delicate, not too dry or oily. The sandwich was delicious, though the chicken could've been more fresh. It had a perfect bite, chew, bun, and amazing sauce. The lettuce was unnecessary and gross. My to go order was prompt and well packaged though lacked utensils for the mashed potatoes. Those were quite good, very creamy with some varied texture and delicious gravy. The ube coconut freeze was very overpriced and somewhat watery/icy, though has a nice flavor without being overly subtle or sweet. Mostly, cer fair pricing and very satisfying food. okay: i am filipino, and straight from the philippines so i know what to expect food wise, and this location does not disappoint! the food is up to par with what i get back at home, with some fun twists! the guava iced tea was actually a really great drink option, and very refreshing -- will have to try the boba in it next time! the spicy chicken joy did have a ~20 minute wait, and i do notice that is a trend here, but with how many customers come in almost around the clock, i can't really imagine they would be able to keep up honestly (at least not to the level of a regular fast food establishment). we came here for the katseye collab meal and unfortunately they were out :( it's okay though! i was surprised with how many customers seemed to be giving the employees kind of a hard time, and it's a shame especially considering the general age of the staff is on the younger side. they were all a delight to me, and i hope people are able to be a little more forgiving given the context. will definitely be back! read more
