Despite this, no strange or strong odors or smells. No music playing when I visited. I liked that. I prefer no music over loud music. I don't like loud music. It's hard to hear with loud music. I did not visit the restroom. They did have decorations with balloons and flowers. I don't know the reason for the decorations. Service - There were quite a few employees. The service here was a bit slow because I didn't see to check that I was there for pick up. If you do pick up, make sure to hit the I Am Here button. Otherwise, staff might ignore you as you stand in the pick up area. Otherwise, order and pay at the counter. Self seating. Parking - Surface parking lot. No parking meter or parking structures. Would like to see solar panels or other covered parking. Unique - Uniquely, I liked how they have a little bin for people to put their sauces that they don't end up using. I just happened to open the Chick-Fil-A app one day and found that I was awarded free breakfast! It was expiring the next day, yet I never got a notification of the reward. So the next morning, I redeemed the reward for chick-n-minis and paid for small hash browns. I wanted to do curbside pick-up, but it was not available until after 11:00am. So I chose the carry-out option. I figured the drive-thru line would be really busy even if I pre-ordered, and boy was I right! I walked into the restaurant, and there was no line, only people waiting for their order. I was able to pick up my order right away. I didn't eat them until maybe 15-20 minutes later, and the food was still warm and delicious. Hash browns were still crunchy! The little biscuits on the chick-n-minis are a bit sweet but are balanced nicely by the savory breaded chicken. I don't usually order breakfast from CFA, but it's a nice treat every once in a while! read more

We came here for lunch while running errands. We got an 8 piece chicken nugget meal and waffle fries. The nuggets were small and bite size. I wish there were more of them for the price and size. They're like the size of popcorn chicken. The waffle fries were good but also sort of undercooked as well. I enjoy floppy fries mostly with I didn't fully mind the appearance and texture. We were not given part of our mobile order and spoke to a very condescending manager, Kristina (sp?) who wouldn't refund that part of our order over the phone but only if we made a trip back to the restaurant due to corporate policies. I understand she doesn't make corporate policies. There has to be a better way to refund customers who didn't get what they paid for and trusted that you got our order correct, other than making them make a trip all the way back to fix your mistake, not ours. Chick-fil-A is always busy whenever I go there. I picked up my order this time in the inside rather than wait in the drive-thru. It seemed like the wait was slightly less and the service was slightly faster. While it is crowded in the building everybody was sitting down eating the chick fil a sandwiches. The chicken in the sandwiches were not as thick as I usually remember them. I was surprised that when we ordered large waffle fries they typically would be hanging over the edge of the box however it seemed like we received less than a box full for three large waffle fries so I was a little disappointed. By the time we got them home they were no longer crispy and I was a little disappointed. I hope the next time I order a large order of waffle fries they will go over the top of the box of fries. read more

I wanted to leave a review because Haneen is always on her game! I've been here many times now and every time she is there her service and kindness is top notch. She asked if she could remove any trash from my table just after finishing my meal and she's zooming around helping other customers and tidying the restaurant. This is the worst chick-fil-A. Good luck parking to get your curbside pickup order that they don't prepare until you are already there. Which defeats the entire purpose of an online order. The like hood of you getting crashed into in this parking lot is high considering the terrible set up. If the drive thru line is long you basically have to drive through the drive thru to like to get into a curbside pickup space. I would recommend going to ANY OTHER location. read more

I was craving a tasty fast lunch in this area and Chick Fil A fit the bill! Ordering was quick and friendly and my deluxe chicken sandwich was ready before you could time a chicken crossing the road. As a side note, I didn't realize there's a dedicated pick up waiting spot to the right of the cashier counter and I was gently reminded to wait in that area instead of where I stood to the left. The chicken sandwich was filled with a generous portion of tender breaded chicken, green leaf lettuce, a slice of tomato and tangy spread on a buttery tasting bun. Customer service with the staff has been the key with Chic fil a over the years and that's pretty consistent across all stores. Placing your order is o e part of the process in not a big fan of as they are fixing your beverages for you while trying to get your order. If your ordering for 4+ people then they are handing you those drinks as you pay and then your trying to figure out how to handle the drinks, sauces (which your requesting) and the container all at once. Refills of lemonade are what keep me locked in and I'm sure I'm like a few others who have grabbed a few extra ketchup packets for a random packed lunch :-p If you didn't know, if you get a kids meal you can trade in the book or toy for ice cream cone. They only have vanilla but gives the kid an option at the end of the meal. read more
