This is my favorite Arby's in Charlotte. The food is good, the staff is mostly nice , and it's clean. My go- to order is the roast beef sandwich and curly fries but I've also tried the fried turkey gobbler which was really good! Customer service here is atrocious. You have about a 33% chance of them getting your order correct at the drive thru. Today I ordered a classic roast beef sandwich but I got some nasty sandwich with melted Cheez Whiz and some greasy sauce on it. Yuck. After 3 bites it went in the trash. $6 wasted. This was the worse customer service and food from an Arby's that my family has ever experienced. Let's start with the drive thru: I pulled up to the window and the person collecting the money had no idea what I was purchasing. I asked for a mix of BBQ AND horseradish sauce to go with my order and he initially hands me (out the window, without my order) one BBQ sauce packet and one packet of horseradish sauce for 5 sandwiches. So I told him I had 5 sandwiches in my order and he counts out 4 more of each sauce and again hands them to me out the window, without my order. Okay. Not too much of a big deal. Sat them on the seat of my car while order was being prepared. A couple of minutes later another employee hands me the bag of food. The french fries were old...smelled like the were fine, but what food doesn't when you first get handed your fresh order?! I looked in the bag to make sure everything was inside and looked up to ask for some napkins and no employee was in sight in the store. They literally handed me my order out the drive thru window and walked away to the front area to finish their conversation. I spent $33 for 5 roast beef sandwiches, one large order of fries and one peach roll. One would think I should have earned a right to have some napkins in my order, with that cost. No ketchup was given either and they didn't ask if I needed any. I ordered the new peach roll.. I received one shriveled up peach roll in a large sized fry box. It looked ridiculous...unlike the advertisement at the order screen. The peach roll tasted old and awful. The saga continues once I am home. The sandwiches looked like they barely had time to put enough meat on the buns and the cuts of meat looked like the last of the meat from the bone before you toss out the carcass. Chunks of hard, tough meat that were inedible In 3 of the 5 sandwiches. The sandwiches looked pitiful. Again, nothing like on the menu board. Not to mention the beef had some pink areas on it like it wasn't cooked thoroughly. Eating out is already sketchy business post COVID era. And this was the worse. I've never been to an Arby's with this type of service and food. I doubt that I will ever eat at this location ever again. I pray my family does not become ill from trying to eat this meal. Now I understand why this store was not remotely busy at 5pm, the area is super congested with people who live there and drive around there. But now I know why business appeared slow. it gets worse, I tried to complete the review/survey on their website and at the end of the survey I was asked if I wanted anyone to contact me about the review. I click yes and on the next page of the survey I'm prompted to give my "preferred contact information" and when I choose how I want to be contacted, their form basically does a hard stop trying to force me to enter all possible forms of contact so the store can choose how "they want to contact me"...which would leave a lot of my personal information at risk for exposure. I work at a very busy clinic during the day and cannot be on the telephone chatting about some poor customer service I received. read more

Cook at home, eat out local, AND keep your expectations in-check at cooperate chains. Yes, they close early. Yup, it's salt of the earth. Of course, they're underpaid. WOW! I was first impressed with Arbys score which is a 99! That's great for fast food!! My second impression was how clean this Arby's is... even the bathroom was clean! If I was not a such rush, I would have sat down and ate my lunch. The cashier was really nice. They use your first name, so when your food is done they will call the name you gave them. NOW.... the only thing was my fish sandwich was not fresh. You can tell by the bun and the cheese(which was melted like it was put in the microwave to make it hot again). Arby's has the meat, turns out that at this location they also have rude if not disrespectful employees. I stood at the register for literally ten minutes after being told one second wile the cashier proceeded to go over and put stickers on door dash bags, she then went to the drive through to chat with her friend over there before I finally ended up saying something. After of course I was treated like crap and made to wait even longer ( food sat in window area till I said something else). I will not be back to this location. read more

Arby's...who isn't a fan? I have been a lover of Arby' since I was a kid. I am not a huge fast food person, but when I am there are definitely a few places I will go and Arby's is one of them. Unfortunately I never get anything other then the classic roast beef. And let me tell you you definitely cannot go wrong with it. A perfectly toasted sesame bun with a generous portion of thinly sliced roast beef, topped with Arby's sauce and you are set! Their fries also never disappoint either. The King's Drive location has never disappointed, always serving fresh sandwiches, fries and customer service. Shroom & Swiss! Is what I tried the other day at this Arby's. I was sort of in a rush to get somewhere but did not feel like cramming the usual fast food fare into my mouth. There was a bit of a line, but it was worth the wait since they make the sandwiches to order and none are left baking under a heat lamp. The staff was nice and friendly and the dining room was kept pretty clean. Ample parking is available for the location..... it's a bit hard to get to, but you end up turning left through a double yellow line if you are heading down Kings (toward CMC) with the BestBuy & Trader Joe's on your right hand side. The register displays what you order on an lcd screen right in front of you so there's less of a chance of it getting messed up along the way. read more

Even though I have recently slowed down on the fast food intake, I love Arby's! This location really does a great job. Customer service is impeccable. I have always received friendly service here. They are also open at 10:30 am. Your probably thinking that's pretty early for lunch, right? Yes it is, however one day a week I have to get up at 4 am and I am ready for lunch by 10 am. So having Arby's open this early is very convenient when I'm out and about. I also never wait long for my food. Which my order has always been correct. Whether it's in the drive thru or dine in. It's a fairly new Arby's near downtown. It's right across the street from the new Best Buy, which is next to the new Target and Home Depot. I know people like to hate on Arby's, but for some reason they are the only fast food place that doesn't make my stomach hurt. I usually get the French Dip, which for the price is actually pretty decent. Service is usually quick and friendly, and the store is never crowded. It's a good option if you're downtown and wanting a quick fast food run. read more

How much can you say about a fast food joint? If the service is good, the floor and bathrooms are clean and the line is not too long- then it's at the top of the list. This place fits all criteria for a smooth run operation and seems to be pretty consistent over the years. read more

I just want to say that for a fast good restaurant the customer service is excellent. The food is always ok (but I don't expect if to be wonderful for $7). I went Monday 12/10 and the young man working the drive thru window was very pleasant. Asked if here was anything else I needed and had a friendly demeanor.
