Writing a review because the kid behind the counter was soooooooo incredibly kind to us/my kiddo. Rafael was his favorite and prepping him that he might get told "no" - the young adult helped him out and it didn't seem like we inconvenienced his life. Customer service like that feels like it's hard to find now days. The manager seemed over work but she seemed approachable enough. Set reasonable expectations for America's fast food chain / cheap food and you'll be solid.

Oscar treated us like he was mad to be working and didn't care at all about helping customers. When I called back, he again refused to help and said to call someone else to refund the money for the missed items. Terrible customer service. I would have been better off with regular workers and not Oscar the 'manager' who opts for losing business so he can keep bowls.
