It was very fresh and I could tell it wasn't sitting under a heat lamp. For my main entree, I got the Chicken Yum Yum which is a bowl with fried chicken, ginger soy sauce, coconut fried rice, mushrooms, edamame, egg, green onions, sesame seeds and yum yum sauce.
