My cousin went up to get another sauce because his meal only came with one and four strips, one sauce doesn't make sense. They told him it's 50 cents. He just spent $40 on three meals and now they wanna charge for sauce? Then after he paid for more sauce, I went up to get a refill on my lemonade and the guy said sure, asked me to take my lid off and filled it up no charge. My cousin went up to do the same and another employee told him it would be $1 for a refill. The inconsistency as well as the lack of hospitality are what really got me. The restaurant over all falls in line with Zaxby's and Chick-fil-A but both of those establishments are extremely customer oriented. At the end of the day, no customer, no restaurant and this one needs to learn that. My pleasure at this restaurant seems to be no, you have to pay for that....
