Came in with my son who's home from college for the week, around 2 (I think?) on Friday the 14th. We were greeted by a woman named Dee who took our order and made a fantastic bowl for me. I asked for lettuce first and she didn't hesitate. It was wonderful and very fresh. No mess either which I appreciate. A woman named Sherri rang us out with a great big smile and suggested chips and salsa too. She opened the bottle Coke and Sprite we got. Very friendly. The site was clean enough after what I assume was a lunch rush, all the condiments were full and available. It smelled nice when we walked. I was very excited when this came to the area as Chipotle is my favorite fast food. However, it has been a repeated disappointment. The portion size of the chicken, beans and quac are ridiculously small. You no longer get a spoon full, you get a half of spoon. It seems you have to pay for double protein to have enough for your bowl. If there was another store in the area I would go to that one instead of this one. read more

Quit possibly the most efficient Chipotle ever. We came in on a very busy time. Line was to the door and man did it move quickly! We saw constant replenishing of food items. Everything was hot and fresh and surprisingly clean. Ever team member was doing their best . Extremely friendly service and help with my Chipotle app! I had a chicken burrito that was stuffed and didn't explode when I bit into it. I like that there are several proteins to choose from and then of course you choose what else goes inside. Mild, medium and hot salsa available. We also shared chips and guacamole. The chips were crispy with the right amount of salt. Guacamole was creamy and made from ripe avocado. Kid's menu too. The staff are very helpful. The place is a bit small but you do get some very fresh items to choose from the menu. It's like a lunch tray experience as far as going down the line and choosing which items you want and how you want them. I always got the bowl. They do charge extra for some items like queso or guacamole but they are generous with the portions. I will say I took carry out once and the portion sizes where smaller not sure if that's just how it goes or not normally. The only reason I wouldn't give full five stars is the music is ridiculously loud for such a small area and I feel there are a lot of people behind the counter but no one really making much effort to come to the dinning area to sweep or wipe down tables. It did seem they stayed busy but even seeing only a few customers I've seen the condiment stand checked but that was it. Really need to do better at sanitizing the tables. They do have a patio with umbrellas so I hat helps. read more

I did an online order and they left off half my food. The quesadilla was crammed in a box with all the wrong sides. I should have checked before I left but I don't typically do that. I live 45 mins away so I'm very disappointed. I tried using the customer service line to at-least get a refund for my missing items but all they did was add a free chip and guac to my app. I paid $20 for a quesadilla that tasted like it had been sitting there for days. read more

So I went back yesterday, 2 weeks or so after my last review and visit, which was awful. I walked up to the line to order and one of the workers was cutting chicken. I don't think he knew I was there because he popped several pieces of the chicken he was cutting, in his mouth. That is very unsanitary and not professional. Been going here for months and nothing has changed. Good chance if you go here anytime ever in history they have been out of something. It's the only chipotle whose ever charged over a dollar for vinaigrettes and I am sick of it. The service is churlish and deceitful and as a Cookeville native I've had enough. It's crazy to me they extended there hours of operations but simply still shut the grills down over an hour before they even close. NEVER order through the app. We have had our order messed up twice now. I have never had an issue with Chipotle the food has always been good, but the app hasn't been up to standards. I just wish they could inform you that things were out of stock before continuing with an order. When we asked about our order all the employees would say is "oh we don't have that" or "the reason you didn't get it was because we're out". The way they said was not nice it felt like we were being blown off. We didn't even get an "we're sorry we're out". They barely give you any when they make it but charge a arm and leg for a half scoop of meat and beans. Also the girl with dyed red/black hair is the rudest person I've ever saw. My family went to Chipotle tide the two for one bowls tonight. Before I ordered I asked the server at the head of the line if the deal was still active and she said yes. Great, I said I'll order four bowls. She built four bowls and then I ordered four fountain drinks and was charged $38. As my daughter filled the drinks, I thought $38 is way too much for two bowls and four drinks. When I asked the manger at the register, he said he would have given me the deal IF I had asked for it before paying. I said I'm asking for it now plus I asked the server who started my order. Between the employees lying about "not having enough cilantro to provide to the clients" when another manager AT THIS SAME LOCATION, informed me that any time they don't want to provide it is because they are just being lazy! Now to the meat! They do not know how to cook steak! It is horrible, over cooked, and over seasoned! They do not break down on the receipt to show the difference between a burrito and a bowl. They are always low on supplies and always old! The employees try to rush so fast to get the client through the line when there is no one behind you. I always get double protein when I come to chipotle. However, this is the 3rd time I got steak and it is super dry. It's disappointing. It's not juicy like how it was before. A while back I ordered food through the app and when I got home almost everything about the order was wrong. I didn't have the wrong persons order because my name was on the bag and the two bowls I ordered. Today I decided to give it another try and this time they gave me really gross dark green/brown guacamole and on one of the bowls I ordered there was way too much sour cream. The bowl was not edible because of how much sour cream there was. Everything in the bowl was swimming in sour cream it was extremely gross. I am disappointed with this Chipotle, they can't seem to get anything right. Also, the manager is extremely disrespectful and rude. She does not provide good customer service at all. The food is always hot and fresh and the employees are friendly and MOVE that line. You won't wait long to get your good fresh food here.
