On top of that, the sauces I requested at the drive-thru were missing, and when I went inside to ask for them, the woman at the counter was dismissive. I was also incorrectly charged $20 for a $7 meal with two shakes instead of a drink--something I had to point out to get fixed. So rude! Window attendant yelled at me for no reason! I listened to her yell at next customer after me at the drive thru window. Rude!!!

I've never had a problem here with the staff. They always seem to be kind and considerate to me. If I've ever had an issue with a wrong order they fix it immediately with an apology. I would recommend this location to everyone. read more

Went through drive thru for lunch, waited more than 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. Cashier was rude and charged me for another persons order. After arguing with me about what I ordered the first charge was finally refunded but she kept trying to hand me the wrong food/drink. After another 5 plus minutes I told her to just take the food back and refund me for my order since I don't have time now. The shift manager finally did the refund and when she handed me my receipt, the cashier called me a bitch. I told the shift manager and he told her "what did I tell you about talking to people that way" and they both walked away.
