I had specified extra meat and cheese. This looks exactly like what you'd get if you order it without extra.

I've ordered sandwiches from this Jersey Mike's location multiple times and never had a problem; until today. I ordered their #9 Club Supreme on Rosemary Parmesan Bread with Extra Cheese, Extra Meat, Bacon, Lettuce, Mayo, Olive Oil Blend, Red Wine Vinegar, and Tomatoes. On the positive side the bread was delicious, the cold cuts were tasty and of high quality, and the veggies were nice and fresh. On the negative side, and I've included a couple of pictures, there's highly doubtful there was extra meat or cheese on this sandwich. A single layer of cheese and the same amount of meat I've had when ordering sandwiches there before without specifying extra meat. There weren't enough tomatoes or bacon as you can see. They also forgot the olive oil and red wine vinegar. Jersey Mike's used to be able to satisfy my taste for a pretty authentic New Jersey sub where I was born and raised but after this experience I'll have to think twice before ordering again.

A piece of wood chip was in my sub noticed it after I chewed on it .I called and spoke with the manager on duty she said it might be a piece of paper like I'm the crazy one ... ... I'm waiting for someone more professional to reach out ..thank you

Well I had great interest in this place, as I am a native Pennsylvanian from the Philly local, I wanted to see what there take on a Philly Cheese steak was. I was pleasantly surprised by what I found. Usually my problem is with the meat here in western MI. This place had it right, rolls were spot on too. I will say no philly shop would put green bell peppers in there steak though, this seems like a common misconception around the country other than in Philadelphia. I got a mini Italian sub too, they cut the meat right in front of your face, I LOVE that!!! The other thing that I was extremely happy about was cherry pepper relish, almost any sandwich shop in eastern PA has this delicacy but not around these parts. All and all this was a great experience and I will be returning, without a doubt!!

Jersey Mike's has a nice menu, and good breads. However, there are not many options for condiments. Having a sub "Mike's Way" definitely makes up for that! Turned out to be pretty expensive. Almost $50 for two giant sandwiches, one regular, 2 chips, 3 drinks. And the drink machine was serving flat pop. Employees were very nice, and great at multitasking.

And by god, was I impressed. It's a small little sandwich shop off of Michigan Ave that has seating for maaaybe 20 people. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich to go, and when I got home to open my box, my jaw dropped. These guys put not one, but TWO mf chicken breast cutlets on this poor, poor bun. Topped with delicious house made pickles (their namesake), a fresh and tangly slaw, and a spicy oily sauce, this thing was a behemoth. And for, like, $15?? This is two meals for the average person. My only complaint was that the bun simply could not shoulder the monstrous burden of what it contained. Additionally, dude the fries are phenomenal. And they absolutely LOAD you up. Get the truffle upcharge, it's worth it I promise. I have been a Two Beards fan for the better part of the past 15 years, but man, in terms of value, The Toasted Pickle takes the cake. At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. My guest and I spent most of our lunch talking, and I left with nearly an entire meal. About 20 minutes after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my box and immediately called the restaurant to see if it was still there. The young lady who answered the phone asked where I had been seated. I explained that I was at the very first table at the front of the restaurant. Within seconds, she told me there was nothing there. Her tone made it clear that assisting me was not a priority. Given that the hostess stand is located at the back of the restaurant and I was seated at the front, I do not believe there was enough time for her to actually check before dismissing my concern. After I sent an email regarding the situation, the hostess responded that she had walked through the restaurant looking for the box. Based on the timing of our phone conversation, I find that difficult to believe. In her response, she also stated that she checked with the servers after our call had ended, which suggests that no real effort was made while I was on the phone. What is most disappointing is that I am a regular customer. Today, I paid $56.00 for lunch for myself and my business guest. Between a server who was largely absent throughout the meal and the dismissive interaction when I called about my forgotten food, the level of service fell far below what I have come to expect. Everyone has an occasional bad day, but customer service is often defined by how issues are handled after something goes wrong. In this case, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I do not plan to return.
