The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. Proof of purchase and order number was shown, they tried to make him pay for it a second time. Then they gave him three different numbers to call all of which didn't work and refusing to make our order. After 25 minutes of being humiliated and laughed at my husband left. I contacted the store manager at the location in which she was rude and said " I already told your husband what he needed to do" . She informed me there was nothing they could do in store and would not be making an order unless we paid again. She continued to yell at me and hung up. After I spoke with her I called the Ashwaubenon location only to be told " this happens all the time, sometimes our receipts don't print in the store and you have to pay again, you won't actually be charged". He was rude as well and come to find out they are husband and wife and the owner is the uncle. Two days later my bank account was charged the $51 and the are not answering the phone when I call. If you contact the corporate number they are " currently not taking calls at this time". Our only communication is via email. Avoid these idiots at all cost!
