Went here on my lunch break with some coworkers and inside dining was closed. It's in Idaho which never shut down so I thought that was weird. So we went through the drive thru instead. Made our order and they said they ran out of fries so they would have to make fresh ones and run the meals out to our cars. Took our food to the wrong car first, then to us. When we got to our fries they were room temperature and stale. Not freshly cooked like they said they would be. One coworker ate a few and said one tasted like mold and threw the rest away. Just looks like they're very short staffed and just doing what they can to stay open and get by. My beef and cheddar with horsey sauce was great though. read more

Employees where unprofessional, forgot multiple items I ordered. Then on top of that some of the food was burnt. This is not my first bad encounter with this restaurant. We called to tell them about the burnt food and the manager told us we where lying and argued with us. What happened to the customer is always right? Apparently this establishment closes before actual closing. Was told by the individual running the drive thru register that their fryers were turned off. I advised that person that they were still open for another 30 mins. He then stated that one fryer was on out of 3 and would do he then chuckled. At this time we drove to another establishment. I came here and ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and some boneless wings buffalo chicken sandwich did not even come with the lettuce that its supposed to and they put so much sauce on it there was not a single part of the fun that you can touch without getting buffalo sauce all over your fingers and the lettuce is what makes that sandwich so it was very disappointing as well the wings that I ordered was basically buffalo sauce soup with a few pieces of chicken it's absolutely insane how low the quality control is here I had to wait extra long for them to give me fits very very disappointing. read more

Every single time I come here I forget that its death by drive through as you get stuck and then its 10+ minutes just to order even with only 2-3 cars and then hell freezing over to get your food... you shouldn't have to plan for 30+ minutes in the drive through every time.. Why do i even bother?!? If they cannot clear an order in less than 5 minutes they should close the drive through or dining room unless properly staffed. read more

I was so disappointed this evening. I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 menu items. I waited for 15 min. And when I arrived at home, half of the order wasn't in the bag. I called them and they said to come back and I can pick it up-they'd forgotten to give it to me. When I went back (which was 3 miles away) no one knew what I was talking about. After about 15 minutes someone came out from the back and said they knew where my sandwich was. There was never an offer to make a new one. I was offered "a cookie" for my inconvenience. I'm insulted that the staff thought "a cookie " would make up for my missing dinner with my family-wasting precious gas in my car to drive back-and having to wait for them to figure out what had happened with my order. To see how a good fast food restaurant is and should be run, visit the Arby's in Spokane Valley next door to Best Buy. We've eaten here several times because it was convenient only. Each time hoping this Arby's was cleaned up or remodeled. But each time it was dirtier than the last time. Came in fairly late so it was completely dead. The food didn't take long and was decent enough for an Arby's. The bathroom was a little old but was good enough. I tried their Spicy Jalapeno Brisket today. It was a revolting, inedible, inferno of a sandwich. Spicy doesn't begin to describe this sandwich sent from the pit of hell. Here I am 5 hours later with a burning stomach. I love jalapenos and am quite used to the heat, but this thing was disgusting. If I could give this negative stars I would my company gets a small discount going to this particular Arby's so I usually frequent this one they've never been very fast on their service but they've always been pretty friendly there have been a few times where I've been unsatisfied but I've never voiced it. Today I decided to go over there to get a sandwich on my lunch break I only had a half hour and figured I could get there and back within 10 minutes, eat my lunch and go back to work not only was I sitting in the drive-through for 20 minutes when I finally got my order they gave me the wrong bag so I had to come back through around and told them they gave me the wrong order I did not have time for them to make another order because I was already late getting back to work I told him I would come inside and get my money. When I went inside I was greeted by the manager who was a rude b**** I was angry and complained I accidentally let a swearword slip and she threatened to throw me out of her store I told her I thought it was ridiculous that with all the people here none of them were able to do their job and that it took my entire lunch break to get lunch and was given the wrong order this is supposed be fast food if I had time to sit down and eat then I'd be going to a legitimate restaurant, she then laughed at me and told me once I got my money from her to leave her store, I told her I would be sure to tell all my coworkers not to frequent this Arby's anymore as I will never go there again and she laughed at me again and said good luck they come here all the time and they've never had a problem so she did not even care about the bad experience I had nor did she care she used up my entire lunch time because of her incompetent staff I want everybody to know the kind of treatment I received this afternoon when she should have been empathetic being that until today was a frequent customer.
