I want to give this location zero stars. My husband and I have tried this location multiple times but today's visit truly takes the cake, not in a good way. We walked in, there were 3 people eating and no line. There were multiple dishes empty, we weren't acknowledged when we walked in, we stood waiting for about 10 minutes watching employees move around with disgruntled expressions on their faces as if they just couldn't be bothered to even say "hello". Tried to visit for lunch. People standing outside confused. Hours say they are open and people are inside making burritos. I called and the guy who answered told me the door is locked because they are making a 150 burrito order. I suggested he run a note out on the door for people so they can know that. He told me he was to busy to do that. I asked for the name of his manager and he hung up on me. How your speak and treat people can make or break your business. He could simply have said. No problem I'll do that and he wouldn't have lost loyal customers. read more

Wish I had've read the reviews prior to going there. If the God awful service from the rude guy that clearly did NOT want to be there, wasn't bad enough... Nothing was stocked. I felt like I was getting the bottom of the barrel on most items and clearly wasn't getting the full portion (although I paid full price). They forgot to give me my tortilla chips for my nachos and I had to go back in to get them. It wasn't even like there was anyone else in there and they were busy. Lastly, the tortilla chips tasted like they were fried in old, rancid oil. So gross! Do better people, we have enough illness going on out there! I was greeted today, 2/28, by two completely disrespectful teenage boys as their staff, while the older man who seemed to be the manager was running the register. I really used to like this place. The cleanliness has always been suspect but in the past they seemed to try, they seemed to care. Perhaps it is Q Corporate, I don't know, but unfortunately the CdA Chipotle closed down so now I just enjoy this style of eats when in Spokane at that Chipotle location. I try not to be that reviewer that only shows up to complain, I try to be positive. With this in mind, I'm pretty well done with the lackluster performance at this Q. The final straw for me was this last visit. They used to almost taunt the competition with the fact that Guac was no extra charge. Well...that's history now! Not only that, but it used to be a part of a quesadilla and now it's not...but "you can get it for an extra charge!" I've always wondered why they charge you for anything extra, but when you don't take something that is a part of your entree they don't give you a credit. This is honestly the worst Qdoba I've ever eaten at. I eat here regularly just because of convenience to my work and I always hope that upper management will have come in prior to my visit to straighten out the place. I'm always disappointed. They're always out of something. The workers are awkward and overly casual- at best. At worst they're rude or legitimately seem so baked they can't remember any of my order. The quality of the food is a little frightening. The place is dirty: I couldn't care less about wearing face masks- it's the dirtiness of the restaurant that is concerning. I'm writing this review in hopes that someone higher up will see it and seriously come and reign this place in. But it's a last ditch effort honestly and I don't plan on coming back. So one thing to note when you walk in Theirs a Tip Jar for Tips, well thats not supposed to be their. Example- The Managers Boss came in once and I quote he Said "No Tip Jar" and dumped it. So I went and talked to manager and she Said "oh, he saw that" and put it back out. Health Code/Wearing Gloves isn't enforced, unless a Cooperate person is going to show up and then everyone makes sure their wearing their Gloves. Sick husband, tired mama, Hubs requested qdoba tonight(12/9) which I agreed upon ONLY because he is sick and hasn't had much of an appetite. Even though were only 5 minutes from this location, the last couple times we have ordered it has been through door dash and each time I end up taking a few bites and tossing it. This time I decided to go order in person in hopes this experience would be different..fresher. The staffing tonight was very neglectful, too busy worrying about their Saturday evening plans, and not even acknowledging the customers waiting to order in line. The teen boy who was working the line was kind. however when I asked for the chips that come with my son's meal, he proceeded to charge me for a large bag of what ended up being entirely stale chips that he got from a large uncovered bin on the ground and dumped into the drawer. Fast forward 5 minutes when I'm home.... our food is ICE cold.. I must say it looked far from appealing as it was sitting in the warmers at Qdoba... but like I said, I did it for the hubs! Ugh. Cold food, that even if it were warm would be a 2/10 unfortunately. Burnt steak, wilted lettuce, clumpy queso, stale chips... After tonight's experience I think it's safe to say I've pled my case and my husband is on board, we will not be back to this location until some serious changes happen. read more

There is not enough staff and online orders take priority over guests who have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. I'm giving this location 2 stars because it just doesn't compare to the location down the road a couple miles. While the taste was still good, everything looked like it had been sitting out. Specifically the meat. The service was fast, almost too fast as I felt rushed through the line with nobody behind me at the time. The cashier washed her hands which was a kudos! However I sat close to the register while eating & she was also eating.. Seemed really unprofessional. Glad they added this location & I will try it again. First off 2 stars is being generous cus I feel bad for the 16 yr old kids left to run this place. However with how slow they were moving and how little they cared they really don't deserve their jobs. I've been in this place slammed at lunch and still been out in 30 mins. My wife and I usually love Qdoba, but this location and multiple employees that work at this location will ruin your whole experience. I went in with my wife around 6pm to pick up some dinner after work. First of all, nearly the whole line of food was not stocked and every time we asked her for the item of food we wanted, she rolled her eyes and showed us attitude as if we were asking for too much. My wife asked for one of the sauces and the employee said they were out of that sauce, however once we were paying we saw the other employee go get more of that specific sauce for the people behind us. Lastly, we were both charged for double meat when neither of us had asked for it, and when we asked the employee why it was charged this way, she was extremely rude and standoffish. read more

Also the cleanliness was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. there was stomped on tortilla chips everywhere and pans stacked on top of each other. It was so gross. Not to mention that they were out of so many of the different types of food. I asked for grilled veggies and they said they can make them but it would take a few minutes. This location used to be really good but the last year the quality has gone was down hill big time. My last visit I was the only customer in the store and took 10 minutes to get served because the crew was standing in the kitchen gossiping and i had to hollar out to them so someone would come out to serve me. Thats after two of them had already looked right at me and ignored me to go back to their conversation. When she finally came out i noticed the meat was obviously old. I recently had this location ( not the ironwood store) Cater my rehearsal dinner at the party boat through Hayden Marina. The food is fantastic and the service top notch! They came and set the whole thing up and were very professional! Jenny ( the manager) and I have been working on a discrepancy and she has been exemplary in helping me and correcting the issue! arrived at 6pm on a tuesday. they close at 8. after waiting about 5 minutes for one worker to help the customer ahead of me and the other to ignore me and clean the counters i found they were out of everything. dry rice, crusty queso and the only proteins available were chicken and something that had at one point been ground beef. i requested steak and they were out and weren't going to cook anymore. i said thanks but left. it's one thing if you don't have the manpower but they had plenty of people on shift to make sure things are available. read more

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have been here. I always try to come back and give them my service. Not to be rude but this is not the place to come. Food is terrible and so is the staff. One more remark, the manager with the long hair is extremely inappropriate. I don't think the food here is completely awful. it is froofy gringo "mexican" food and there are worse options in this area. but if you must eat Qdoba go to the ironwood location. quality of food is about the same but level of service is infinitely better. i guess I should be glad none of the employees rolled their eyes at me as i walked in today. that's an improvement. would not recommended and though in post falls might suggest either ricardo's baja tacos or tacos reynoso. both of those places are pretty legit! read more
