Service was terrible from the start. I ordered a glass of red wine and it took 35 minutes to arrive. I drank it, but didn't even consider ordering a second because I knew I'd be ready to leave before it showed up. Waiting 35 minutes for a glass of wine is just ridiculous. Our appetizers came out after an hour and were ice cold. Not slightly cool. Cold. We didn't feel comfortable eating them, but couldn't even send them back because our server never came by to check on us. Our entrees showed up another 30 minutes later and everything was cold or room temp. How do you mess up tater tots? Again, no check-ins from the server until we were clearly done and asking for the bill. To top it off, when we paid, the server returned the wrong credit cards to the table and had charged each of us incorrectly with someone else's bill. Listen, mistakes happen. You can mess up appetizers, food, or even service on a bad day. But I draw the line at waiting 35 minutes for a glass of wine and being completely ignored the entire time. I will not be coming back, and I definitely won't be recommending this place again.
