Once you discover hair/trash in your seafood, your first thought is to throw it out, not to get back in your car and drive 15+ minutes for a refund. The complete lack of accountability was about as gross as the food itself. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just a flat refusal and dismissal of a legitimate health concern. If you care even a little about cleanliness, food safety, or customer service, stay far away from Yummy Crab. There are plenty of better restaurants in coeur d'alene that won't serve you contamination, and then blame you for it.

I felt as if our server should have told us immediately that this was a shared option, but even then to make every person pay $57 is nuts for the portion of food that you receive. We are content creator, so we happen to record every dish that we received. ( the leisurely) First thing they brought out was roasted nuts and marinated olives. (6/10). Some of the olives were hard, but the roasted nuts were pretty good. 2. My wife is allergic to shrimp so they were gonna bring out the grilled ponds but instead the chef decided to bring out brussels sprouts. (2/10). It was awful. At 5:30 a customer asked the lady dealing with reservations if they were on schedule? She said yes?. We finally got seated at 5:45, half an hour late!. We had drinks, starters, and ordered dinner. The poor waitress kept giving us excuses for our late meals. So we finally got our meals at 8:30PM!, yes, 8:30PM. There is no excuse for this, three hours of waiting. Then to top it off, our food was lookwarm. I ordered the 16oz prime rib, I was so disappointed, waiting so long for a delicious prime rib, I obviously got the last piece, it was 50% fat, and I am not kidding.
