It's Arby's. This location recently went through a renovation and finally offers a station for customers to get their own beverages. The reconfigured dining room is very accessible. Arby's can be a little pricier than most fast food restaurants, but it's easy to find coupons for good deals. I never go to Arby's without a coupon. read more

Tonight I ordered the Arby's Beef Brisket sandwich. It included a nicely spiced barbecue sauce as you would expect on a brisket sandwich, and it was topped with CARMELIZED onions which definitely takes this sandwich over-the-top in my not-so-humble opinion!! The bun was big enough to hold it all, which is not always the case at some restaurants. Their curly fries are good, but although I would prefer either a baked potato or steak fries, I won't ding them too much because the sandwich filled me up. Needless to say, I was VERY impressed and I will be back. That sandwich is really out of this world!! read more

This has got to be one of the single most poorly run locations in existence. I don't believe they have EVER gotten my order right. Why do I keep going back, you may ask? because every time I go they screw it up so bad that corporate ends up sending me coupons for free meals Then, even when given a "sorry we messed up" coupon they STILL don't have the ability to even come close to getting it right, to offering even the minimum of customer service, etc. Keep on sending me free meals and I'll keep using them. I'm thinking that may not be the best business plan for them, though. read more

Horrible customer service. I complained to corporate. No response yet. Unless corporate responds, I'll never go another Arby's. Even if corporate responds, unless the employee who treated me badly apologizes personally, I will never go to that particular Arby's again. I wanted to report the initial rudeness by responding to the survey that normally appears on the back of a receipt. There was no receipt in the bag. So I went back around to the window to get one. The clerk said I could not get one and to get out of his line. I asked for the website for comments, and he told me to get out of line again. I did. I parked and knocked on the door. The clerk walked over to me, holding a phone, and then turned and walked away. I returned to my car and searched the Internet for Arby's corporate complaint line. While I was doing this, a police officer approached me and informed me that the clerk had called the cops on me. I explained what happened, and the officer was genuinely surprised that the clerk would not give me a receipt and instead called the cops. He offered to go inside and get my receipt. He came back with a receipt (not mine). When I pointed out that it was not mine, he told me that he knew it wasn't, but that it had the store number on it so that I could complain. Nice gesture by the officer. He then informed me that the clerk said that I had to leave the parking lot and never return. That is his right--unless corporate overrides him. I thanked the officer and complied. I only wrote this review because Arby's has not yet contacted me. It has been four days. Otherwise, I would have considered the matter settled and moved on. Since the have as yet not replied, this review is now permanent. I will update the review if corporate ever does respond, but the review (and the one star) will remain forever. read more

I'm done here. Last week I ordered the pecan chicken salad wrap (this is a great wrap, and the only thing I ever eat at Arby's). When I got home, it was chicken salad on pita bread. I ate it but it wasn't the same. It was messier than a wrap. It was more bread than what I wanted. This location is very close to home, and on my way home. Today, I wanted to grab one for a late lunch, plus I had a coupon for a free small fry and drink with purchase of the chicken salad wrap. There were 5 cars ahead of me so there was a bit of a wait (fyi, they are pretty slow to begin with). The associate working the drive-thru was friendly enough. For the record, I am nice to people. Customer service is very important to me, both giving and receiving. I went home and found...a gyro...with lamb...ick. I don't eat lamb. Disappointment led to being pissed off that I had to get back in my car and drive back. I no longer wanted the wrap I ordered and I didn't like my time being wasted. I walked in with the gyro and the two associates were standing behind the counter (no customers at that point). The one who helped me said "there it is" (that was it, not gosh, I'm sorry). Obviously they knew they screwed up and Mr. Gyro got my wrap. I said I wanted my money back, and the manager came to work the register. He said sorry about that and offered a new sandwich. I said no, just my refund and said it was such a pain to have to come all the way back. I was mad. I bitched. I didn't yell. I didn't swear. He tuned me out. He didn't care. I got a condescending "have a nice day" and as I reached the door I turned around and saw him condescendingly looking back. Sincerity goes a long way, fella. No more Arby's. read more

Quick and correct service through the drive thru. Both people taking orders and serving food at the window were super pleasant and friendly.

When you go to the dining counter, be sure to note the large cups next to the soda machine, and whether the cups and entire area are splattered with ancient syrup. And if the cups are leaning over to the right at least a foot into the area you need to get your food. Note, but be sure not to gently push the cups upright out of your way. Even with clean, well manicured hands. If you do, you're likely to have the same counter attendant who has been mopping the floor with a smelly mop, wringing it out, and then touching everyone's food without washing her bare hands accuse you of "wiping your hands on cups," If you explain what you did, be prepared to sit down and eat and listen (along with the whole dining room) to her repeat the same lie to the manager. When you get up and ask to explain yourself to the manager and point out that they have cameras they could easily review before continuing to humiliate someone erroneously over dirty cups while they aren't even following ServSafe guidelines, be prepared to get a lot of slackjawed nonsense. Although you paid tax to to eat in the dining room. ask for a bag and sauces to take your food to go. And next time maybe go to any location but this perennially deserted Arby's, so perhaps they can have some free time for Customer Service and ServSafe Seminars. read more
