JUST LEFT & the young brunette working the drive through & older heavyset grey haired woman are hands down the rudest & most unprofessional people I have ever experienced. Yes its fast food but I having a horrible attitude toward customer because you clearly hate your job/ life is pretty funny. My girlfriend ordered her meal & the girl was snappy over intercom when making changes at time of ordering and when we got window rolled her eyes & smacked her eyes when we asked if we could get sauce, and again when we noticed there was no straw for drink only to bring it back glaring at my girlfriend. When asked why the hostility and poor attitude the old lady "manager" came over asking what the problem was my friend said " her attitude is horrible & unnecessary" the woman's response was "your attitude is nasty" and slammed the window. To be honest, I said I'd never go back again because they can't never get an order right. This sandwich now reassures me I never will. Ordered a large with curly fries and wife ordered medium with regular fries. Got 2 orders of curly fries and she got a kids sandwich. Arby's is our favorite fast food restaurant but the staff at this location want friendly at all. The lady at the drive thru window was very unhappy and a bit rude. Anyway there were no complaints about our order and nothing was missing and as always we enjoyed our beef sandwiches after a long drive thru Nebraska. The employee Jacob sucks. Terrible math mind and can't count to 100. Also the beeping sound made me feel like I was in the heat of war in Al Qaeda. Our total was $20.04 and after I payed $21 he handed me back $.76 cents. A nice thing about Jacob is he tips his customers. Handed my friend an extra $10. We have eaten at many Arby's across Nebraska and were not disappointed with this restaurant. The food was hot, prepared just right and ready quickly. We would highly recommend this for a good fast good stop. The staff were all wearing masks and very friendly! read more

Caveat Emptor, Beware of prices. Seems that the register prices don't always match the posted price. I was overcharged by .50 cents, which isn't much except it took them awhile to tell me that the board was incorrect. They did offer to take off the 4 bits but who knows what that "expensive" sandwich really cost. read more

My wife and I went into Arby's tonight and ordered two turkey, bacon, ranch sandwiches. The counter person waiting on us was training a new employee so one would think she had some experience. We received our sandwiches and after my wife took a couple of bites, she said there wasn't any bacon on it. I returned it and the counter person then dug through it with ungloved hands to try to find the bacon. When she was unable to find it, she took it to the shift manager, who then again dug through it. They apologized and said they would fix it. After some time, they returned and gave me a wrapped sandwich. Imagine our surprise when my wife unwrapped it and we found it was the same sandwich they had both handled and tore apart. Needless to say, we will never go back to this restaurant. read more

Worst Arby's experience ever! Slow service and they had our order wrong twice. We waited over 15 minutes to get our food then I had to go back up to the counter twice due to issues with the order and both times I had to flag an employee down as no one would help me. I watched them correct our order and then instead of bringing it back to me at the counter, they put the order back in the order up dispenser. I had to point it out to the employee because he didn't know what happened to it. The employees had absolutely no clue what they were doing. This was a Sunday evening at 7:00. read more
