As usual chain fast food restaurant ,so don't expect more than that. Taking orders and food delivery is mediocre fast, and reasonable service. Food are pricey (compare with other fast food restaurant) ,but didn't feel the quality that much. I like to come here because of the calmness of the location and cleanliness. This Arby's location is situated in the same complex of "Home Depot ", "walmart" , "ruby Tuesday " and a lot of other. So you don't have to just come for Arby's ,you can also purchase what ever for your home. I will surely comeback again ,when the coupons are came to my mail. We were there last night and there was one table eating, one person waiting for a to go order and us. We ordered the family combo meal (2 roast beef sandwiches, 2 fries, 2 drinks, mozzarella sticks, and 2 turnovers) waited 10 minutes to get the sandwiches and fries, had to ask for cups for the drinks and the turnovers, then had to wait another 5 minutes for the mozzarella sticks. There was no one going through the drive thru. There were tables that needed to be wiped off. Very disappointed. Use to be a good place to go not anymore. read more

I came to this location late night one night and received my chicken sandwich which was horrible. I took it back and ended up getting a fish sandwich and that was better. The fries are always on point. The service was quick but when you call them about issues they don't never answer the phone. The ambiance is family oriented. This is the worst experience we have had with Arby's. I ordered the "boneless wings" and my wife ordered the fish strips. The "boneless wings" were chicken nuggets thrown in the box and drenched in some foul tasting buffalo sauce. My wife's fish strips were ok. I ordered two orders of crinkle fries and received one kid's size fries, not fresh. We'll stick to their milkshakes, which are outstanding. read more

We have not been eating out since the pandemic. Tonight we went through the drive through you would have thought we had never been there before. The staff was all so polite. Have not been to an Arby's is years, but got a coupon for BOGO SANDWICH. So I went to the drive through. Ordered two roasted chicken, bacon ,Swiss sandwiches. After paying I was told to pull up and wait. Waited 7 minutes in pull up line and manager delivered my bag and said, "crispy chicken sandwich" snd I said no, and she immediately corrected herself to "oh, chicken Swiss" . I took the bag and headed home. Opened the bag and had one plain crispy chicken and one crispy chicken with Swiss. I can't eat fried food. Will not return to Arby's ever. read more

I got a delivery order from here today for my family. Everything we re wives was right but what about the items I didn't receive? I tried calling and of course no answer. I just left the Arby's in Loganville and had probably the best experience I've had in a long time at a fast food restaurant. The food was good but I want to talk about the manager. It appeared that half her shift had not shown up, only three people there working. It was lunch hour. And it appeared that she was under an inspection by the corporation . If this young lady wasn't in the military I'll be surprised, she took command of everything she made sure that every customer's orders were completed and did it in a positive friendly atmosphere. She made sure you left happy. The mayor of Loganville even stop by and she took her time to greet him and make sure that he was happy customer. All I can hope is that the corporation takes a look at this young lady it keeps an eye on her and gives her career good boost. I got into line at the drive through at 11:25. After waiting there for about 5 minutes then went to see what time they closed on the door. It said the drive through was open until 12 am. So I got back in the car and pulled up to the speaker and waited for another 5 minutes, I decided to look up the number and call. As soon as the phone started to ring a voice came over the speaker. Finally after ordering and paying and realize I was charged for an extra order of cheese sticks. Then I get home and open up my highly anticipated roast beef sandwich. While Arbys all taste the same... the difference here is the lack of experience. The portions are tiny and the prices high. If you order off the dollar menu expect less than you would get from anywhere else. These people are skimpy! Service was horrible. Drive thru is the pits. Had a family of 5 in the car with me. No traffic, no line behind me. Wanted to let them decide what they wanted. The guy said over the speaker that I needed to hurry up!! Inside isn't great, but slightly better. Went here tonight for an easy dinner. Drivethrough was pretty busy so I went inside. Everything was extremely neat and clean, the guy at the cash register was very nice. My food was fresh and tasted amazing. Definitely going back soon! read more
