Not good. I have been here before a few years back and had some very good burgers. My wife and I…read moresaw they were running a Sunday meal deal where you could get 3 courses for $20. The options looked good salads and deserts and a decent seeming selection of mains. It was a mistake. I had my eyes on the mac bites so I ordered an extra appetizer and they were the best thing about the meal. They are the only reason for the 2nd star. The salads were salads nothing special or bad. The main dishes were where the bad began. My wife got the chop steak (a favorite of hers at home) with mash and broccoli. I got the Shrimp and Grits. The whole theme of the meal was "overcooked." The chop steak was dry and crumbling the sauce was almost sour. The broccoli was covered in clumpy seasoned butter (not bad tasting just poorly prepared) the mash was under seasoned. The Shrimp and Grits was a disaster from the beginning. The dish was served so hot, that the shrimp, no matter how they were cooked before, were over cooked and rubbery by the time the dish was cooled enough to eat. The sauce on top was scalding hot with chunks of undercooked plbell peppers (how they managed that I am nor sure). The grits were way too wet and were flavored only by the sauce. Desert was no exception to the disappointment. My wifes brownie was meh at best, but the creme brulee was a travesty. The sugar crust was way too thick and unevenly torched. I (a guy who loves hard candy and jaw breakers) could not eat the torched sugar because it was harder than rock and again, way too thick. The creme was nice but after having to excavate it from under the polar ice caps of sugar it was not worth it. Service was also not amazing. After a good start ordering and appetizers, the waiter disappeared for a long time. I needed to ask another waiter for some extra napkins and a spoon (grits were too watery) after over 10 minutes with no sign of our original waiter. This would have been somewhat acceptable if they had been busy, but there were less than 5 occupied tables in the building. Over all not a place I'd go back to any time soon. Maybe in a few years more time we'll try again and stick to the burgers.

This place is not that bad! It's a standard bar and grill with the usual menu. I ordered a…read morecheesesteak with fries and my girl ordered a fish sandwich with fries. The cheesesteak and fries were as expected but delicious. The fish sandwich was good as well (I stole a few bites). Both sandwiches were pretty large with a good amount of fries. Service was amazing! Our waiter treated us like we were the only ones there. We didn't order any drinks but the bar was well stocked. Overall, a cool little place!

The staff was nice and the establishment was clean. At the time we went it was not a lot of people there but they slowly started coming in. Ordered some wings and fries and a 5 pc tender dinner. They both were good. I did like the fact that they sell whole wings. Even though they were small they were enjoyable. There was a lot of talk about the restaurant across the street (JJ's) I believe that is Fingez new competition. The talk was mostly from an employee, I think he was not happy with them moving over to their location. Maybe at some point I will visit them only because the employee was not happy with them. Based on what he was saying it was like they did not care about the customers and Fingerz does care about their customers. So I guess in time we will see. I think the pricing was the normal charge for meals like that. The chicken tenders were good, not to crunchy, not too much seasonings just right actually. The dipping sauce was ok too. They have lots of choices for the dipping sauces so I did like the choices. Generally speaking the food and service was ok but it is not a place I would run to for a meal. If I am in the area and in the mood for some chicken I might stop by.

As I pulled up, the banner caught my attention. Mentioning the type of food, location, and hours. As I walked in I was immediately drawn to the cleanliness of the dining area. There are bar tables and 2 booths. Maybe 20 ppl can dine inside. There is seating outside. Customers were eating outside. Only 1 table w/umbrella. The service was spot on. I did not get the cashier's name but she was nice. I ordered the plain fried whole wings. You can order 4 or 8 wings with fries. I had 4. They were cooked to order actually all are. Nothing frozen. Fresh food! The wings were medium-sized with a hint of seasoning. I really didn't taste any and if any it was very subtle. If you want Tabasco sauce or any sauce, there is a fee. I found this out after I had placed the order. The fries were fries. Hot and tasty. The fried okra was okay. I would not order again. My husband ordered the chicken Philly cheesesteak. I tasted a piece of the chicken and let me tell you it was delicious! Seasoned very well. It has a hint of spicy flavor but you taste it after the fact . It's not overly spicy but you taste it. The peppers, onions, and cheese all melted together for a delicious sandwich. Bread was fresh and soft. I ordered the Mango Lemonade and oh my! The lemonade is one of the popular drinks if not the best drink. If I'm not mistaken you have another choice of cherry/grape. The mango has 4 peach candy rings at the bottom of the drink! So so good! This drink will set you back $5.50. It's worth it They have daily specials... I do apologize for not taking as many photos as I usually do but I got distracted in the sauce . I will try to upload a video later and if my husband has photos I will upload them Now go ahead and give these folks a try! You will not be disappointed BTW, you may want to order ahead bc they cook to order.

The server came over and I ordered for our table (2 for $26 - Chicken Fingers and Chicken Breast). Server put the order in and brought out our appetizer relatively quickly. Entrees came out in a reasonable amount of time, this is where the problems started. Server brought out hickory bourbon salmon instead of the chicken and then argued with me that I stated salmon instead of chicken. I corrected him and stated that we do not eat fish and when I ordered I stated chicken and even pointed to the chicken on the menu. Server stated that he would fix it. After another 30 minutes the chicken breast was brought out as the table was done eating. My husband ate his chicken breast and we asked for the check. Little to my surprise the bill was over $50 for one 2 for $26 and waters. I advised the server that I didn't think the bill was accurate and he said "oh yeah it is". I advised that he billed us separately for the chips at a total of $10.99 as that was part of the 2 for $26 deal. He said he was going to go "look at it and came back and gave us $5.00 off. I advised that the check was still not accurate and to send the manager over to address our concerns. After a few minutes the server came back and stating that his manager was "too busy in the kitchen" but they got it taken care of for me, acting that this was a courtesy they did to bill me correctly for my items I purchased. Finally I paid the bill $33.91 and collected my leftovers and went home knowing this was a horrible experience and we wouldn't be returning. I saw the parking lot and there was maybe 7 cars in it so I know the manager couldn't be "too busy" to come speak with us. The next day we heated up our leftovers and to our surprise there was 2 HAIRS in the food on the chicken tenders. Needless to say me and my husband are both bald and these long hairs are not ours! FOOD WENT STRAIGHT IN THE TRASH! This restaurant has gone down hill so much and it's truly a disappointment. Out of all of the Ruby Tuesday that have closed and this is the one that is left open. If they keep the same management in place it won't be long before this one shutters its doors too.

I got the lemon pepper wings. They are dry rubbed. They were crispy, well seasoned, and juicy. I've made them at home and now I don't have to. My husband got the Katie's special flavor wings. They were wet. It was a mixture of garlic and buffalo and something else. He liked it a lot. The wings were served with celery and wet wipes. We got ranch dressing cause we don't care for blue cheese. Mike did a great job. Drinks: we ordered the pineapple upside down cocktail as a shot x 2 delicious both times. Tasted just like a pineapple upside down cake. We ordered the Piña colada: Delicious. The Havana Breeze: Delicious. The Café Con Leche Martini: Delicious. This is because Kaitlyn is a great bartender. Attentive. The bathrooms are clean. They are still cramped but that's the space constraints not fault of Katie's. The floors are not greasy and slippery. The place is clean and the staff are friendly. The music is perfect volume. They were hosting poker night and it was a decent crowd. Not loud. Everything was just nice. And these days nice is wonderful. It was a great upgrade from our experience 1 year ago and a welcomed change. Thanks Adam for convincing us to try this hometown gem. We will be back.

Even though we arrived about 30 minutes prior to closing, we weren't aware we'd be kicked out as soon as the store closed. We were nearly finished with our food and then the lights turned off in the restaurant; I guess they realized us and another family were still eating and they turned them back on. We were then (passive aggressively) offered to go containers to pack up our meals, to which I declined since I wanted my kids to finish their nearly done food. Next, we overhear another staff member saying "they know we close at 9," suggesting that we shouldn't even have gotten food to eat inside. Well, if my first sandwich was made correctly, perhaps I could've finished a little sooner. When asking the staff member we overheard why would his coworker let us order and not mention we'd need to plan to leave at closing, he couldn't really answer other than saying legally they couldn't not sell food to customers but he wouldn't come inside if it were him. Overall, this is not the customer service I was expecting. My first time visiting this location was pretty good; food was fresh, hot, and delicious. After this experience however, I doubt I'll return. I'm sure they don't care either way since there was no attempt to rectify the situation in the extra 9 minutes we stayed over.
