Nearly every time I've gone to this establishment, I've received an incorrect order and experienced long wait times. Often times it will take 2 - 4 remakes of my sandwich in order to get what is said on the receipt. I feel as if many employees do not even read the order. However, there are a couple of the employees that do a good job and whenever they make it I have no issues at all. The food itself is great, but the service and accuracy of orders in my experience has been highly negative. Only about 1 out of 5 times when I visit do I receive the correct sandwich the first time. If you're ordering a sandwich just as is without changing it at all you might get by fine. But add more than two instructions such as no pickle spear and no dressing; and it just trips many of the employees up. I hate to leave a negative review especially if it's about people, but my experience here has not been satisfactory; and mind this is a recurring issue. read more

I always get the smokehouse beef and cheddar. The price has been $14.89 for the large and the price went up to $18.99.That's a big jump in price. You still have the 14.89 listed in menu prices. read more

Love the location and space. Can accommodate large number of customers during peak periods Service staff has very low energy but is quick with orders. Sandwich was exactly as expected from this brand. Bathrooms and Coke Freestyle machines could use some attention. Saw 3 different employees visit the coke machine in 15 minutes that needed cleaning and not one employee took the time to wipe down and clean. Lunch tables could also benefit from wipe downs and I never saw that happen as well. This attention to cleaning certainly needs to be address by management / ownership. read more

I ordered my food through the app for delivery. I called right after I ordered my food to make sure the order would be correct and I would get the correct chips. She said she made sure she added the correct chips and my order was the way I wanted it. I didn't receive my pickle as well. I hate when I go over my order and they still get it wrong, so I got my sandwich but no chips and pickle with it. I just got over covid and needed my food delivered because I'm too weak to drive. read more

Usually this place is great and the staff is very kind. I just felt the need to inform that when someone orders a COLD sub for pick up please do not keep it in the oven. Keep it out or keep it in a fridge if possible. I ordered the tuna salad which is on their "cold subs" list and when I picked it up the bag was so hot it burned. The tuna was completely melted and running off the bread and gross, bread was rock hard, the cheese melted into feeling like a plastic substance. Usually they're great but maybe when someone is coming to pick up an order don't keep the cold sandwich in the oven/heater thing. I wanted to throw up that was so nasty, also spent $15 on that. Great experience at this Firehouse Subs!!!! I had the pepperoni pizza sub which was amazing!!!! My order was ready and bagged when I came in. I didn't have to get someone's attention to order an ice tea, they came right over to take my order and even brought it out to my car. The garlic bread with cheese as well as the subs were great, I will definitely be returning to this location!!! read more

I really hate when I have my palate ready for something and it comes out wrong. I ordered 3 pastrami reubens 1 without cheese and mayo and one with everything and one with extra pickles. How can you mess up all 3 sandwiches? 1st Reuben had Mayo.... my son doesn't eat mayo, 2nd sandwich no cheese and no slaw, 3rd sandwich was an Italian ... really? And to top it off if I were to go back they close at 9pm and it's 8:47 pm and I'm 4 miles away and I won't make it. Wasted money. Please do better. read more

I have enjoyed their subs and service for many years, but their service has declined and they aren't that great anymore. My last order was not what I ordered, and extremely dry, nothing but meat, no tomato, etc.... I complained via their web page and was offered a free large to make up for it. Today I stopped by to pick up the free replacement and a medium sub for my son. I got home and they had made the replacement wrong again. Dry, only meat and lettuce, nothing else. To top it off I looked at my receipt and saw that they had not given me a free sandwich, but had charged for the replacement and not the less expensive medium. To be fair I just received a call from their manager with an apology and a refund, but the damage is done. I may return someday, but not in the near future. read more

I don't give Firehouse Subs a 1 star overall, however I wish I could rate this location less than 1 star. Been here 5 times since it opened, 3 of those times they have either messed up my order or the person with me. Shame on me for coming back. Final straw, person who appeared to be the manager (Jesse?) rang me up, I ordered one sub with one specific request, no mayo. I'm sure you can guess that mayo was on it. I can and do eat mayo but did not want it on my sandwich, apparently Jesse knows how I like my sub better than I do! First time at this location and it was an ok experience. I ordered online the medium wheat veggie w/ mushrooms and jalapeños and picked it up. My sandwich was perfect and had a good amount of each ingredient in the sandwich, however, the service was not up to par. I was not greeted and stood under the online pickup sign for at least five mins without any help. Then, I decided to slide over and told the cashier I was here for a pickup. She gave me my sub and that was all. I've worked in retail and in the food industry and it was quite disappointing to come into an establishment where you don't even feel welcome. My first time eating at Firehouse, and it was fantastic. Not only was my food incredibly good (New York Steamer) but the staff was very patient and PLEASANT. My wife loved her Hero, but she is a light weight and could not finish her sub. This place sure beats the local competition by a large amount. I am not very familiar with Firehouse Subs. Saturday October 14th was my 3rd time. The previous times had been ok. I called in the order and when I got home we opened our 3 sandwichs and the bottom bread was soggy. We had to take almost all of the bottom bread off. There was so much water I had to take napkins to soak up the moisture. We also observed the sandwiches had not been toasted. I decided to call them about our order. First of all I wasn't absolutely sure if I had to request toasted. I checked the menu and it didn't tell me. A man with an accented voice took my call. I asked him 2 times for his name but he never would tell me but said he was the owner. I doubt an owner would be as rude as he was to me. I told him I was not after free food that I just wanted to know why my food had soggy bread and if I was suppose to ask for toasted bread. I am going to guess it was from steaming the meat. He told me 3 people inspected my food and there was no way I had could have soggy and untoasted bread. I forgot to tell him we did not get and cheese on our sandwiches either. One more thing ...we did not get pickles either. He repeated 3 more times the process of making a sandwich the Firehouse way. I ask him did he really think I would call him when I was about to watch UGA play football if my sandwiches were made the way he so rudely keep telling me. He ask if I didn't want free food what did I want. I told him I ask how to order a sandwich at Firehouse when I started talking to him. I honestly thought the soggy sandwiches would be something he needed to know. Now with his loud rude voice he has assured all the employees it's ok to have short cuts with customer orders. I really hope he was not the owner and I really doubt it. Usually owners really take a phone call with their food not up to par very seriously.
