My order for 3 meals 2 being smalls, came up close to $60 so I questioned and she tried to tell me to be more calm and patience. but didn't know that I was already being that, until she started walking away mumbling under her breath. Brand new location just off the freeway in Marysville went to the drive-through a couple times this past week so I I have no clue what's going on inside although I would think it's in perfect clean condition being brand new. It's been a while since I've had Arby's roast beef and I always kind a remembered it being pretty large roast beef sandwiches and tasting pretty good although not high-quality roast beef by anybody standards but adequate Got a couple Arby's classic roast beef sandwiches about a week ago with a coupon from the paper and today I stop for a couple more Arby's classic roast beef's with cheddar The sandwiches are made quickly through the drive-through and there's a decent amount of roast beef on them but it seems to have a lot of sodium in the beef oh my goodness they tasted so salty Service was very friendly and pretty quick my biggest complaint is the buns must be steamed or something by them because they just seem moist and wet for some reason and bread should be dry ? I've never worked in fast food so I don't know how the buns would be stored in a drawer that maybe is intended to keep them warm but is somehow getting them steamed and kind of soggy in a way. It makes for a very unappealing unappetizing sandwich when the bun is so wet and moist that it almost seems like your sandwich has been sitting out in the rain or something it's hard to describe but I won't be back for this reason. Just watched 2 employees cuss out a customer who stepped out of their truck to ask why they were not polite enough to let the 3 vehicles know they were closing rather than just put up yellow cones. Arbys is Arbys. They are all the same. You get exactly what you expect. However, this Arbys drive thru is particularly slow.

We had the 2 traditional Greek gyro deal (2 for $6). They were good, for a place who's speciality is anything but Greek. Lettuce, tomato, onions in addition to that greek sauce (can't think of how to spell it) and the fantastic gyro meat. I definitely think it could've used more sauce. The worst customer service. The know there app doesn't work properly. But if you call store you get told call customer service. Call them and they tell you they will let the store know and have them call you back. Then some director of operations, Hector garcia, call and says there is nothing I can do for you. I drive for DoorDash so I deal with a lot of restaurants, and when I tell you this is the worst one I have to go to I mean it. In the 15 times I have had orders here not one has even been started by the time I get there because they don't check the DoorDash screen. Then I sit there waiting 15-20 minutes wasting my time and money. And don't get me started on the management either lady is extremely rude to every single customer. Garbage food. Went here around 11pm because nothing else was open. I don't tend to eat fast food but I was starving, I only give it a one star because the gals working there were nice. There was a miscommunication about our order. This was understandable, but the way the staff went about it was completely unprofessional and stoic. They fixed the order, but said nothing to us and stared at us through the entire ordeal. Mozzarella sticks were good, but the curly fries were cold. The roast beef sandwich that they fixed was tasteless, but had a jarring consistency that evoked "fresh dog turd" and they put a "special" label on it that that the previous sandwich didn't have. The lack of manners, communication, and warm food has made it clear to stay away. Sonic and Popeyes are both next door and gave far better service and food. read more

This is a new location having moved from their old building. Such a nice improvement for them. The service is friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. Saturday September 9 2017 around 8pm. It was a stressful day at work and I'm hungry. soon as I got off work I went to the new Arby's location in 116th in marysville. The place is clean as its being brand new. It wasn't that busy inside he dine area but drive thru is packed. All employees are busy working. The cashier he's very polite. The prices is a little bit expensive but for quality of food I won't complain. I got my food very quickly. But I noticed my curly fries is a bit cold. I greeted the manager Darla Kruger and mention my concern about the fries right off the bat she said I apologize the new ones are coming out in 50 seconds and I will send you new ones. Sure enough she comes running with a fresh curly fries and a extra sandwich for me! Above and beyond right?!! I also noticed that another person comes in and made a big order and Darla was just on it! She new the menu she was very polite and always a smile on her face. I was happy, food was great service is above and beyond! Darla Kruger the shift manager is an amazing person. Employee like Darla is big asset to this kind of business. Hard to find for sure! I hope in some ways corporate or higher management team would appreciate what she does because consumer like me will be returning for many many times knowing I'll be taken care off. We saw the commercial for the new hushpuppy breaded fish so we decided to go try it out at our local Arby's in Marysville. When we walked in at 6pm, the lobby was empty. There were only about 4 cars in the drive-thru. It took them just over 15 minutes to get our food. I think a couple more cars went through the drive-thru, but still, why would it take 15 minutes? While we were sitting and waiting, we couldn't help but notice how dirty the lobby was. 5 of the 9 tables on one side of the lobby had food crumbs on them and the floor looked like it hadn't been swept all day. When we finally got our food, I had to remind them about our shake. I got the Cajun Fish Wrap which was supposed to be 3 Cajun seasoned hushpuppy breaded fish sticks. I got 6 small lumps of breaded fish sloppily wrapped in a tortilla. The flavor was good, but not much fish. I also got a small curly fries. I got 4 curly fries and the rest were inch or smaller pieces, about half of those were overcooked. My husband's fish and chips were good, but the 5-pieces of fish were small uniform pieces (they almost looked formed they were so alike). We also got 2 of the chicken sandwiches (2 for $6) for our lunches the next day. The pictures showed very plump chicken pieces on a bun with toppings. What we got were two chicken strips that looked like they were pounded flat or sliced very thin and breaded, not even a half-inch thick with toppings and some kind of sauce dumped on the bun and dripping over the sides.
