This Dunkin' was so unorganized that it took 20 minutes for us to receive 1 iced coffee, 1 wrap, and 2 donuts. The primary problem was the store had no process for organizing orders as they were ready. Various employees took partial and entire orders back and forth from the To Go counter, to the Drive Thru area, to the cash register, to the donut counter, etc. Employees put things on shelves, moved them around, put them back, it was confusing. The digital display indicated our order was ready LONG before employees found all the parts and called our name (we saw the order before employees, too). The employee who gave us our order was rude, clearly flustered. To top it off, the employee gave us the wrong coffee which we only realized walking to the car. Alas, 20 minutes later we were back on the road with a cold breakfast wrap. This has not turned us away from Dunkin'; however, we have no plans to waste time at this location again.
