The mixed flavors of smoked beef brisket and corned beef isn't a bad substitute for pastrami and is certainly better than any of the pastrami hoagies I've been able to find so far. I wasn't particularly impressed with the Bony Billy sandwich or with their wild rice soup and the staff is going through and obvious (to me at least) learning curve.
