Culver's has been my favorite fast food restaurant for many years. I always get their incredible Icelandic cod dinner, but for the first time, I ordered their double Deluxe Butterburger with 2 smash burgers, 2 slices of American cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo. Wow! I was amazed at how delicious this was, and it really lives up to its reputation that it tastes like steak! The only thing I would request is that they add a little salt and pepper to their dishes, including the cod dinner. Their food is consistently unseasoned. I was in the area shopping at thrift stores and getting hungry. I ordered a kids' meal cheeseburger, apple sauce, water, and scoop of the day cookie dough with caramel and chocolate. The cheeseburger was small, and I removed the bottom bun. I saved the no sugar apple sauce for later. The scoop of custard comes with a kids' meal. This was really tasty and a small enough portion. I really don't eat much fast food. My mom tells me about ordering kids meal idea. Culver's even has steamed brocolli as a side, hopefully without stems. Review 14 in 2023. read more

Went to this location a little over a month ago. Ordered online for curbside service. Got there, and checked in. Waited. And waited. They never brought it out. A couple of other people arrived and waited too. Waited over 20 minutes, my husband finally went in to see what was going on, when he did so did 2 others who were waiting. They had the order, who knows how long it was sitting there. Plenty of workers, no reason why they weren't bringing orders out. I ordered a chicken sandwich no tomato they charged me .30 cents to take the tomato off. Charged me .30 cents not to put tomato on my sandwich. And when I asked the lady she took my receipt went inside to ask about it came out no receipt and said that someone told her that's just how the system is. so i ordered a 2 scoops of ice cream and when it came it only had 1 scoop so I went back up to the counter to tell them and I was told that I could keep the 1 scooped ice cream and then I was given a 2 scooped ice cream. so in the end I got my 2 scooped ice cream and a free 1 scooped ice cream. The customer service at this restaurant is by far the best of any fast food restaurant. The employees seem to really care about their customer and it shows in so many ways. A mistake was made on my order and crew leader Charlie made sure it was fixed and even offered our table free frozen custard. They have a myriad of menu choices with cheeseburgers and salads and even offer dinner plates that are delicious - my personal favorite is the chop steak dinner. I'm not one to ever give high rating to fast food establishments, particularly because there is so much better out there as far as restaurants go. That being said, Culver's has decent flavor and menu choices. I brought my son here and we both enjoyed our meals. Some of the tables hadn't been cleaned yet and there was some food on the floor, but no more than any other fast food place I've been to. The kids meals come with a free ice cream treat but it's hard to know that because the coupons to redeem said treat is part of the kids meal bag. Elk River Mn.I went threw the drive thru orders 3kids meals two with punch and one coke.I also ordered 2 sour cream's and they were expired. I went in and there whole box was expired by at least 12 days. As I was waiting I also seen a sign that the co2 carbonation was out.But they never said anything about it in the drive thru. And that is part of the pop.so of course it was flat.There was an associate that made a comment They are dairy and expire. Then you should keep track of that. This wasn't the first time I've got expired sour cream there. I did get a refund. They need to keep track of that someone could get sick. Also inform customers about the co2 carbonation. read more

Culver's really is just better than the rest. I was always so weirded out when I first started going there with my grandpa 10 years ago, simply because I never tried it. Well when I finally did, along with the bacon butter burger deluxe double (mmmm... Bacon...) and a side of cheese curds, I knew fast food service would never be the same for me. Culver's is just plain more fresh than anywhere else and they also have some menu items you wouldnt find elsewhere at say McDonalds or Burger King, such as a walleye fillet (YUM) and a pot roast sandwich (Also yum). Everything I've had from Culvers falls nothing short of delicious. It just plain tastes better. The only place that would even begin to come close would be Dairy Queen Braiser, and Culvers still has them beat by a long shot. read more

Great customer service at this Culver's! My blue nosed pit bull had her head hanging out the window happily watching everyone work and taking in burger smells, and the staff was so nice to her & gave her a complimentary little pup cup of custard! Excellent food, service, employees, and even pricing for some items on the menu. If you're hungry, or craving some dessert, you can't go wrong with Culver's. My only issue is that the service can be inconsistent. If you visit at one day of the week at a certain hour, the service is fast and friendly, and the food is all on point. Then you visit a different day, at a different hour, and your meal is slow to arrive, the order is inaccurate, and the employees can make you feel rushed. On the whole, however, I would (and do) recommend Culver's to everyone I can! read more

We have a large family and usually some difficult orders with lots of extras, and they always manage to deliver excellent service and amazing food! I live in the neighborhood of this Culver's location and I'm very disappointed by this location. Other locations are managed and run so much better. Food quality is good, but even that could have been better. When I was there, there were only 2 cars in the drive through and I was the only one at the counter ordering in person. All I ordered was 2 concretes. The staff stood around and talked to one another and no one was in a rush to complete their jobs. The crew on custard kept dropping toppings all over the floor and blue plastic spoons too creating quite a mess. As I continued to wait longer than 10 minutes, a large group came into the restaurant and ordered at the counter. But an employee clearly recognized friends and came out from behind the counter to socialize with her friends. Many behind the counter seemed to know this group and it slowed down the service horribly as everybody began personal conversations. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 concretes and when tasted back at the house, peanut butter could not be detected in my order. I like that this restaurants hires young teens, but sadly, I won't want my teenager working there if this is how this location is managed and staffed. We won't likely be back. read more
