This place is wild. You have got to be a filthy little animal to eat here. Every table was dirty. Every booth was dirty. The floor was so caked with grime I could pop off a flake with a chisel, seriously I could make a viral video out of thissss. The food was good no joke but dawg. They forgot my au jus when I ordered through the app. A worker I called claimed I had the wrong store when I confirmed with my delivery driver that I had the right one. I read the specific address to the employee who said, "we are not even connected to that store or address" Only when I said store 5668, she agreed I had the right store which is literally at the address I read. They also claimed that orders in the 100s (mine being 105) is not even possible when I am literally staring at the receipt. Get your sh** together. read more

Don't use the Drive -thru at this location, they take forever to serve you. Also I used a coupon and they failed to give me the discount. When I pointed this out, to them It took another 10-15 minutes for them to correct it. I had to ask for a manager because the clerk did not know how to correct it, once the receipt had been printed. The manager just gave me cash no new receipt plus it took even longer for them to give me my food because of it. The line behind me was about 10 cars deep, by the time I pulled out. The Guy behind me started honking, and actually got out of his car and threatened me. When I finally pulled out he did not stop for his food, he followed me about half way home. I try to never write bad reviews but this is the 3rd time in the last 2 months that my order has been so far from what I asked for (and was charged for). I ordered a beef and cheddar sandwich with extra mayo and received a plain roast beef sandwich on a plain burger bun (if i have to specifically ask for the onion bun now and am unaware i apologize). I asked for a small curly fries with cup of cheese sauce and received a medium fries no cheese sauce, and the LARGE strawberry lemonade i ordered is tiny. I used to love arby's but for the prices being as much as they are and it being almost guaranteed I'm not getting what i want i just can't think to go back soon. read more

This location seems to be in real trouble, and it has the worst service I have ever seen - they give a whole new meaning to the term "fast food restaurant" I attempted to order a meal at this Arby's at approximately 1:25 p.m. on Sunday, April 25. I sat in line for 20 solid minutes before I got to the window. I had the opportunity to watch how three separate vehicles in front of me sat at the window for at much as five minutes waiting for an order to be finished and delivered. Why don't the employees ask the driver to pull the car in front of the restaurant and wait and the order will be delivered when it is ready?????? When I finally got to the window, before I ever tendered any money, I asked if my order was ready. The response I got was "when you pay for it, it will be" in a very smart-ass sarcastic way. I repeated that I wanted to know if my order was sitting there waiting to be handed to me in return for the money. She said yes, so I handed her the cash for my order. In return, she did hand me my beverage, but I still waited a couple of minutes for the bag with my meal to come through. I commented to her that I had been sitting in line for 20 minutes, and in return she slammed shut the service window. Several observations: 1. I am sure that this operator is having problems getting and/or keeping employees. He/she/they might be better served to offer more than the minimum wage, and also might be better served by offering overtime pay or a full 40-hour week to the employees they have. 2. Dropping the fish sandwich from the menu was, in my opinion, a bad mistake. Arby's fish is better than any other fast-food on the market, and they are losing business to McDonald's every day by not offering it on a year-round basis. 3. Make it a standard that if all of the components of an order are not immediately ready for delivery to the customer, the driver will be asked to pull to the front of the store and the order will be delivered when complete. The vehicle in front of me waited seven minutes!!!!! for his order to be handed to him. This store is ruining the good reputation of the entire Arby's chain in this area by their lackadaisical attitude toward GOOD customer service. This needs to change. read more

First time going to this Arby's. Was worried when I saw the reviews on it but hey I love a challenge. The drive they person was great at taking our order and we did ask for no onions and tomatoes on 1 of the gyro's but it had onions on it and not lettuce. Ordered a Mello Yello no ice and light salt on fries and those were correct. The person at the drive thru window was excellent and asked if we wanted any sauces and I asked for 3 horsey and 5 Arby's sauce's and she gave me exactly that much and yes I worked in fast food for a few years. When she gave us our food she smiled and said thank you and have a great day. My experience was excellent except for the one mistake on a special order. Not sure why they had such low scores. This was my first visit ever to Arby's. I ordered the pecan chicken salad sandwich, which sounded delicious. I was surprised to find a Reuben sandwich in the bag I received. Drove thru again and said I received the wrong order. When I got to the window, I was asked for the receipt. The server pointed out, with a bit of attitude, that the receipt did in fact indicate a Reuben sandwich. I said it was not my fault that the wrong item had been keyed in. The sandwich was tasteless. The abundance of sauce soaked through the bread, which quickly fell apart. I ended up picking chunks of chicken out of the soggy bread with my fingers. This was my last visit to Arby's. read more

It's nothing to get excited about. We even tried their Two for $6 special and we were disappointed at the mediocre food. Its all rather bland and lifeless, which reminded me of cafeteria food. At these prices they should be serving gourmet food, but they aren't so I cannot recommend their expensive, bland food. There are better choices out there. We tried a variety of their offerings over time, including their specials and are completely disappointed with how poor their food tastes, especially compared with other fast food places. Our modest local sit-down restaurants serve far better food at the same prices so there is no way that fast food should be this insanely expensive. I LOVE Arby's but HATE that this is the only one close to me! I've lived in the area for almost ten years now and THIS Arby's has had, notoriously, THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE YOU COULD EVER IMAGINE!!! I used to work at Arby's I know/remember the sandwhiches are supposed to have like 3 oz of meat. I have had mismade sandwiches given to me with an oz or less. My most recent experience was that I arrived at this location. There was TWO cars in line, one at the window waiting to receive their order the other at the drive through waiting to place their order and me right behind him......after 45 minutes!?! The line had not moved AT ALL! Let me just make this clear,this is NORMAL for this location. After that 45 minutes of waiting without having even placed my order I decided to leave and travel to ANOTHER Arby's almost an hour further away from my house. I was sooo dedicated to Arby's but so against that location I was willing to do that. To sum it up for the past ten years I have known this Arby's it has been a waste of time, energy, and $, it is ALWAYS A LET DOWN! ANY PLACE IS BETTER THAN THIS ARBYS ON SOUTHERN IN RIO RANCHO!....... This location is the worst for taking and giving the wrong order. The first time I ordered a regular roast beef meal and was charged for and given a Beef and cheddar. I can't eat cheese so it was a waste of my lunch break. Fast forward to last night... I decided to try it again and I ordered a Turkey sandwich with bacon. I was charged for the bacon but it was not put on the sandwich. I do not understand how they are having such a hard time with not paying attention to orders. Arby's is neither fast or cheap for fast food, however it's not a sit down kind of place either. It seems like Arby's should be more popular being that it's not your regular burger and fries, but somehow it is easily forgotten. Whenever I go to Arby's it's because I get a hankering for a roast beef sandwich and curly fries. I like the meat to bun ration, I use one packet of Arby's sauce (which you must ask for because you will not get condiments in your to go bag otherwise). Employees were not very interested in customers. We ordered a BLT and a Turkey, bacon, avocado with an order of fries. There were no tomatoes on the BLT, when we went to the counter to get some tomatoes were were given the saddest 2 tomatoes slices I have ever seen. The fruits weren't hot. Claudia, the woman at the drive thru window, took forever to open the window when I got up there. I just sat there while she was talking to people. She wasn't friendly either, no hello or anything. Hot outside 94° Hot inside at least 85°. Ask mgr. Yes a/c is on. Yea right. Could just told me it's not working. I checked all the vents, could not feel Any air movement. Worked around trying to find a vent with blowing air, non! Also 16 tables were filthy. Floor was also dirty. We ate asap. And left. Daughter started to get a bloody nose and I felt lousy. I had a coupon for ANY Arby's sandwich with purchase of a meal at full price. The cashier and then the manager insisted that the sandwich was for equal or lesser value, although she could not find it on the coupon, which she slammed down in front of me. No wonder there are never any people in the restaurant. That manager needs to firstly be trained on bait and switch law and then maybe trained in how to be a little nicer to customers. Horrible old and cold fries, cold sandwiches , incorrect order, forgot our drinks which we didn't realize because we were focused on our incorrect and somewhat expensive order. The girl working the drive through gave us more attitude than we needed violently snapping the bag to open as if it something wrong to her just to put a sandwich in. Very disappointed with my experience here. Stoped in to take an order to go and first thing was there was no a/c and was hot as hell inside. Were ordered 3 beef and cheddars and two orders of potato cakes. All 3 sandwiches had no cheese and the order of potato cakes were a joke, they only put one cake in each box. We really felt like an Arby's Roast beef sandwich tonight. It was shortly after 6 and there was a line in front of me. We waited over 4 minutes to move forward one car to put our order in. We creeped forward and 18 minutes later (4cars) I was still waiting to approach the window to pay and pick up. I decided to call their number. First call was a minute 8 seconds before no one picked up and I got a hang up. Second call was 58 seconds of ringing until I was disconnected. Third call after 38 seconds of ringing , I got the manager. He said that 3 of the workers had walked out and there was only 3 workers juggling everything. When I got to the window he gave me a 20% discount. My husband got a small vanilla milkshake instead of a medium because the machine ran out. Brian told the other two workers, they were out of milkshakes for the night. I hope that none of the 6 cars behind, patiently waiting had ordered a milkshake. Absolutely love the customer service we received at this location! Our very first time trying Arby's.. I know right? And definitely will be going back! The young gentleman in the front was very helpful, and very charismatic! Wish I had his name! But by the time we were don't eating his shift had ended and went home. I said that doesn't add up, he tries to make it make sense saying the tax is over $2. If I could give zero stars I would. Our order was wrong. They didn't want to remake my sandwich that I brought in because they didn't give me a receipt. The manager finally found it since I literally had just pulled away. She then refused to remake all of the sides that were now cold. She then refused to give me a refund.
