He walked away as I approached the counter. I was confused as I wasn't aware I had to order on the tablet on the counter. When I began using the tablet I was in search of the new mushroom burger they sent me an email yesterday about. Of course you know it's what I wanted to try. Sadly it wasn't on the menu on the tablet. When I called the employee for help I basically got the vibe he didn't want to be there and he was hesitant to approach. When he did come to the counter I asked about the burger even showed him the email to get told it's not out yet and it was coming soon. I found myself wondering why I even got the email if this was true. Needless to say the food came out really fast. I thought well that's good at least. The presentation was better than the experience. The cheese on the queso fries was pretty skimpy. There were way more fries than cheese which was disappointing. The burger I wasn't a fan of either. It needed more cheese and the stackers sauce tasted strange like it a chipotle sauce it wasn't the same as I recalled. I'm sad to say this is the second location I've had a bad experience with. It's really disappointing because I really loved this place. I guess I'll have to stick to the central food hall because so far that's the only location that hasn't disappointed me like this yet.

I don't know about the tea. Had a taste to it like when it starts to almost sit too long. Next time I'll just have water. So much flavor, and the steak was perfectly tender. The restaurant has food nailed. And our server was amazing. Unfortunately, th manager did a poor job estimating how busy they'd be on a Friday night, so the two servers were running ragged. The manager pitched in, but they were playing catch up with the silverware and we had to wait for it when the food arrived. Which, no biggie, but it was a fork when I had steak and my husband had a messy burger. So we right away asked for knives. I pointed out my steak, and the manager got snarky with us like she got it. But then she brought us butter knives. When I got up and went to the bar to ask for a steak knife, her attitude was even faker. I don't abide fake when someone's eyes and mouth clearly say they think you're stupid or annoying or both. As a manager, you learn how to school your face and keep people happy or you don't last in management long. Also, if she miscalculated staffing, then it should have been her job to get into the bathrooms and keep them presentable. They weren't. Paper everywhere, and the walls need some serious touch ups. It's hard for people to trust the food safety if the job-food public areas aren't kept clean and well-maintained, you know? We'll be back because the food IS awesome and we always have an enjoyable meal. But they definitely need to turn an eye toward building upkeep and service.

Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Honestly, it couldn't have been any better. What elevated the experience to another level was our server, Taz. I've been in countless restaurants over the years, and every once in a while you come across someone who is simply exceptional at what they do. Taz was one of those people. She was warm, attentive, professional, engaging, and very cool. She seemed to genuinely enjoy taking care of her guests. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we sat down and played a huge role in making our breakfast meeting such a great experience. Before leaving, I actually sought out the manager, Shelby, and asked who hired Taz because I was that impressed. Shelby told me she did, and I told her it was a fantastic hiring decision. Then I got to thinking, whoever hired Shelby deserves some credit too. It's clear there's a great team and culture here. The food brought us in, but Taz is the reason we'll be back. I've tried some of the burger variations and they're delicious when you'd like a change. Salads are basic and the green chile stew is thin. The worst thing I can say is that one of the cashiers is way too assertive about soliciting tips at the register. Unprofessional, and rude when I finally decided not to tip her. That was a first for me! Especially since everyone else on staff is amazing! So Do give it a try. I've returned many times and am usually happy if I order only my favorite burger! We were told, as we stepped in at 5:40 pm, by a clearly tired, grumpy counter girl, that: 'We are only doing Take Out," to us and the four people that came in behind us. I said, okay, I guess, and went on to order a double hamburger, and a regular burger with fries and drinks. She pointed at the cooler where their canned soda pop was, without another word. We got our 'drinks' and sat down to wait. The staff in the back was clearly miffed that people had shown up for service, too, as we heard stuff getting slammed around along with foul-mouthed whining from them, as we sat there watching and listening to the counter girl picking up and banging the chairs up onto the tables around us. Eighteen minutes later, we got the 35 dollar bag of food from her. The 'sandwiches' were garnished with chopped up lettuce, tomatoes, and onion mixed up in a goopy slather of mayo and ketchup. There was no salt on the fries or anything else on those bland over microwaved burger patties served on un-grilled hamburger buns. Exactly the Opposite of what I had known Burger Boy to be in the past. When I went up to try and return that stuff, the door was locked, and I was completely ignored even with the other four people still in there waiting. We were hungry, and I was done with that stupid place, so we left, and yes, we did eat that wretched meal. Obviously, I will never stop there again, and I will heep scorn upon that cruddy place any every chance I get for the rest of my days.
