Friendly workers, clean store with lots of nice places to sit and keep an eye on your car in the lot. Ah, but it's been probably 30 years since I've been to an Arby's - my wife finds it vile but I had a hankering for a Beef & Cheddar, and figured the way to make it go away was to just have one. Turns out they have a half-pound variety now so - you betcha I got that. Along with some potato cake things that were also new to the menu since my last visit three decades ago. They have a serve-yourself soda fountain with a decent variety of drinks. Well . . . it's a Beef & Cheddar, all right. To be honest, the half-pound variety was just too big for the bun - the meat and the double measure of cheese and sauce just sorta glopped off when I picked it up. And, probably my tastes have changed: the Horsey Sauce didn't seem piquant and the barbecue sauce just tasted sweet. The thinly sliced meat didn't taste of anything other than salt and the "cheese" glop was, well, not what I remembered. The store was great and the service was great. Prices were fine. The food was okay and it scratched the antojo I was having for the taste. Probably won't rush back, though: I blame that on my tastes having changed - I suspect Arby's products are as unchanging as the Sandias. read more

I went into Arby's and was waited on by the assistant manager, who was very polite. I also need to add the restaurant was very clean and inviting. I asked her if the curly fries were hot and she said she would make fresh ones for me. I ordered beef and cheddar meal with a vanilla milkshake. I ordered the roast beef Gyro, which was lacking a bit and we should've opted for lamb. I had asked if the peach cobbler rolls were any good and the assistant manager said she had not had them yet. I teasingly said well then you should have cut one open and we should both sample them. Once my order is ready she handed it to me and said hey I threw in one of those peach cobbler rolls for you to try.. all the food was hot and fresh. The only thing I would change next time would be the roast beef Gyro.. I know a different note. I will say that the half pound beef and cheddar is just a touch too much meat for the sandwich. read more

SERVICE, just went by Juan Tabo Arby's got a sandwich a Coke and two Arby sauce that's right two Arby sauce, bought a double which is the equivalent of three regulars, got to the window and was told limit of two Arby sauce per sandwich. Thought I was in the twilight zone. So I said why only two per sandwich? Duh, that's the new rule. So when these guys aren't busy, they sit around thinking of ways to make customers wanna never come back? I'm never going back to that location. read more

I haven't been to Arby's in so long, so I was so excited to take advantage of the any deals on the mail. Drive-thru experience was smooth. We ordered 3 large Andes Mint Milkshakes and medium vanilla milkshake with our Arby's roast beef sandwiches. Took advantage of their bundle deals, so they came with curly fries, my favorite. Everything was assembled at standard, and tasted really good. I really enjoyed my milkshake. I had to finish it in 2 sittings bc it was so big. It tasted really great being in the freezer for a few hours. Well worth the price. We'll be back for another. Perfect color for St. Patties Day as well. read more

Well I won't be back to this Arby's ever again. I was craving a chicken salad pecan sandwich but I got disappointment instead. I get home and find out the sandwich isn't even cut in half. Ok. Whatever. Lift the top slice of bread and there's hardly any chicken salad. Oh. And the lettuce is wilted and rusty. What a waste of money. As I was pulling out of the drive through I noticed the landscaping was overgrown with weeds and debris. This location is NOT well managed at all. Don't waste your money. read more

I've seen those 2 for $6 fish sandwich commercials, so I decided I wanted to give it a whirl. It is only a seasonal item...my husband managed to get one last year and told me that I would really enjoy. By the time I got there, it was no longer on the menu, so this was my time to sink my mouth into that sandwich. I used the drive thru, which moved people through as a good pace. The staff were friendly and I was on my way with my fish sandwich. It was so good! Probably one of my favorite fast food fish sandwiches there is out there. I've been coming here weekly and have yet to be disappointed. The restaurant is clean and my mobile orders are always ready by the stated time. The food quality has been consistent and I'd say is a a notch above other fast food establishments. My only criticism is ease off the sauce packets guys! Clean, even the restrooms. Orders always right, quick, tasty. I can't eat onions so I always ask for onion bun to be substituted with sesame bun, no problem. Good prices especially when they offer sales...2 for $6 etc. I get a bunch, freeze them individually and nuke them them when I'm in a hurry. read more

Before I begin I wanted to issue a disclaimer: this review is only for their fish-sandwich! That said after being pummeled with ads stating that the fish is larger than the bun I had to see for myself. It appears true! Yay! We all know that more often than not reality falls short of the glossy TV ads. Though this isn't the best fish-sandwich I've ever had they get 4 stars for getting as close to the ad as darn is to swearing! My son and I have a running joke about a lot of fast-food sandwich places. When you see the sandwich advertised then open up the wrapper to behold the sandwich was smacked a couple of times with a rubber mallet or run over with the company station wagon.... It's Arby's. 5 cheddar melts for 8 bucks. Sounds good to me. Extra horsey sauce and arbys sauce please. Oh yeah, extra napkins also, cuz I'm about to make a mess! Melts is usually what I get cuz we all like them and are good warmed up later or the next day. Unless it is on special, the menu can be pretty pricey. Almost $3 for a drink? Yowza! Turnovers and potato cakes are good. I am not amazed by Arby's, however K loves it when I bring them home. One of my go to places when I am eating alone. I usually order off the value menu but come to find they no longer have a a value menu.
