Yo, why does this location ALWAYS have you pull forward or around the building for your drive-through order? It doesn't matter what you order or if you're the only car in the drive-through, you WILL get asked to pull around to get your food. I promise you. I'm pretty sure they are trying to falsify their order completion times by getting you off the sensor right outside of the pay window. So for that reason, I'm publicly announcing my displeasure with how annoying this is here. read more

Very quick service and friendly staff. I didn't catch the man's name but after I picked up my food and was leaving I saw him running towards the car. I didn't think to check my bag and he thought everything was there when he handed it off. His coworker came back with my turnovers after pulling away and they chased me down lol! They get 5 Stars from me for fast, friendly, patient employees. At the drive thru I usually stare at the menu going uhmm, even though I've been there tens of times. I love the Jamoca Shakes and Mozorella cheese sticks. I also like the Ruebin sandwiches. Those new mega fat, jumbo Roast beef sandwiches caught my eye. And I try a new one every other visit. Dr.Pepper was mostly seltzer, not so much syrup. Medium fry was barely a small. Sandwich had almost as much sauce as it did meat. Turnover was as warm as if it had been an my kitchen counter for the last hour. If I could have wrote a review on their website, I would have. Ordered the angus beef sandwich. I got home, took a bite, opened the sandwich, it was cold, the meat was discolored and the cheese was slick and wet. I vomited and was so sick for about 10 hours. The health department obviously doesn't know this place exists but they will!! Never again read more

This Arby's 3 out of 5 Stars The several times I have gone here the fries (curly) have tasted like the oil they fry it in needs to be changed, which should be done consistently or they taste very sour, and have a burnt taste. this is on the Management. The roast beef has always been fresh and tasty, but If I go back to this particular Arbys, I substitute the fries for something else. I hope the Mgmt gets the hint, and has their employees change the fryer oil, when it expires or you will keep selling a poor product. read more

If you want great food but don't care about customer service eat here. But if you want your order right the first time or you want them to be courteous and friendly about your order the next time, when you tell them you have free meal cards from the previous mix up, forget about it. Never have I experienced such rude behavior and it was from the manager himself! I had gone through the drive through. I was told, after I heard the huge sigh, that next time (wow, already predicting they'll mess up and have to give me more of these free meal cards) I should have told him about the card first (funny, didn't say I had to do that on the card) and that I should've come inside because those just hold up the whole line. I told him there was no one behind me and that it's funny how I shouldn't be able to use them in the drive through when that is the very place they screwed up and gave the cards to me in the first place. I ended up saying "I think I'll get my food elsewhere", to which he replied, "I think that would be a good idea." It's sad because we just moved less than 2 miles from this location and could've become regulars but now I'll never step foot in that place again. read more

I only went through the drive thru earlier today, but, everything I could see was clean and Melissa was manning the window, great smile, super friendly. I was able to see two two of the other employees and they all seemed to work well together being friendly AND efficient, wasn't even going to check in until I had such a great experience. read more

I just had the best, most wonderful experience ever at this location, the manager Zach was the coolest, most excited and driven person a have ever met in the fast food industry. This location is always on point. I live in a condo complex one street over and come here once or twice a month, and they're always fast w/ my order and always have it correct, whether I'm ordering for just myself or myself and 3 others. Today was no exception - Zach was fantastically fast and accurate with the order taking. He read it back to me perfectly and when I received the order, everything was right. He got me a drink holder for my 4+1 drinks and put each order into individual bags which made giving them to their designated recipients very very easy. One of the recipients of this order has never had Arby's, but since I'm writing this in the Arby's parking lot before taking the food home, I can't attest to if she'll like it as much as I do. Friendly but incompetent staff. I can only think of two times my order was completely correct. And when it was correct, the quality was awful. I recommend not trying to change anything from the combos (i.e. sub the side, get a wrap instead of a sandwich, take out lettuce, etc.) because they won't do it anyway read more

Had the chicken salad sandwich. The bread was fresh and the chicken salad tasted really good but not nearly enough on the sandwich! At least a quarter of the bread had no salad on it and the rest was already spread pretty thin. However my biggest complaint was how the manager/supervisor treated the young lady taking my order. When I placed my order I asked for the chicken salad sandwich but she thought I said just chicken salad. An honest mistake but by the time she figured it out they had already started making the salad so they had to throw it out. I understand that the manager would be upset and perhaps the employee needs to pay attention better to the customer but to reprimand her in front of me and the customers behind me was unprofessional and unnecessary on the managers part. He wasn't yelling or anything but it was just in a clear normal tone and anyone nearby could easily hear him. The employee was clearly embarrassed. I thought about saying something about the poorly made sandwich but he probably would have reprimanded the sandwich maker too. read more

I came to this particular Arbys a few months ago... I will NEVER go back!!! Because of a very disresectful inconsiderate man working in the drive thru... I pulled up and asked if they were having any 5 for 5 specials and he said no not at the moment...then i asked how much it would be for 5 individual regular roast beef sandwiches.. He proceeded to tell me that they 4 dollars something a piece and that qith 5 i would be over $20 already and that i could blame the price increase on the new $10 minimum wage... I tried to ignore the comment because i was hungry and i was just trying to get something quick to eat for my kids at home it had been a long day at my minimum wage job.. I told him well i work for $10 minimum wage and didnt care about the price but he just kept on that we will probably never see discounts like that because of the minimum wage increase and that i can... Not only was this inappropiate from a drive thru worker or anyone in customer service... I was truly hurt and offended that anyone thinks that in this day and age $10 is in anyway unreasonable to pay people to work... Needless to say i took off like bat out of hell... I am a single mom with 2 boys at home and i barely make enough to take care of things we need... Without help from family and food stamps we would have nothing... That night i was hungry they were hungry and i didnt care what it cost i was just trying to get everyone feed so we could spend sometime together and to have someone treat me like a damn arbys sandwich was not affordable any longer because they had to pay their workers fairly is damn ridiculous....
