Amber was super friendly, clean dine in. Elliott priest. best arbys ever fresh bun delicious meat. Fresh curly fries love this place!!!

They decided to close almost an hour earlier than google says. The lights were on we went to the drive thru and no one spoke to us we then went around to go inside they then turned the lights off. When asked if they close at 12 like google says they said no so that either needs to be fixed on google asap or you need to have a talk with your employees about closing at the correct time, whichever applies. We got there around 11:10- 11:15 the screenshot is around 15 minutes after we left, says it's still open even now.

    Curly fries. Yum yum!

A great treat. The manager took our order. Genuinely friendly and helpful. We had the classic cheddar roast beef sandwiches, fries, and a snack shake. The total cost was under $10. How can you beat that? Very very very clean and bright dining room. We will return more often to this location.

Typical chain experience. I only frequent Arby's during Lent because they have fish on the menu. Best fast food fish in town.

This place is incredibly slow today. I believe we are going on 30+ minutes for an order of 3 persons.

STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND READ THIS--Portillo's at 7200 W Ray Rd in Chandler Has Just Redefined…read more"Heaven on a Plate" with the BIG BEEF DIPPED and That CHEESE SAUCE... OMG! I've had Italian Beef before. I've loved Italian Beef before. But nothing--NOTHING--prepared me for the transcendent, jaw-dropping, flavor-explosion experience that is ordering the Big Beef DIPPED at this Chandler location. If you haven't done it yet, you haven't lived. And if you've had it elsewhere but haven't had it here with their cheese sauce... well, buckle up, because you're about to discover your new favorite thing on the entire planet. From the second you walk into Portillo's on Ray Road, you can smell the magic--crisp sport peppers, rich au jus, and that unmistakable aroma of slow-roasted beef that makes your stomach growl instantly. But the real moment of truth comes when you look that server in the eye and say: "I'll take the Big Beef, DIPPED, LOADED with cheese sauce. And I mean loaded." Watch their face light up--they know. They understand. This is not just a sandwich; it's a ritual, and this location performs it with reverence. Then it arrives. Oh. My. Goodness. The bread is drenched--and I mean perfectly, gloriously drenched--in that deep, savory au jus, so every inch is saturated with rich, beefy flavor. It's not soggy; it's luscious. It's a sponge for joy. And then... the cheese sauce. Sweet, spicy, velvety, liquid gold--it's like someone took pepper jack, dreams, and a touch of heaven and whipped it into a creamy, molten ribbon that cascades over every millimeter of that dipped bread and tender, shreddy beef. The first bite is not just a meal--it's a religious experience. The crunch of the giardiniera, the pop of a sport pepper, the warm, juicy beef, the cheese sauce pulling in golden strands... it's an OMG moment so intense you might actually forget your own name for a second. You'll hear yourself making sounds you didn't know you could make. You might cry a little (happy tears). You might order a second one before you've even finished the first. And here's the thing--the Chandler location executes this with flawless, almost artistic precision. The line moves fast, the staff is smiling, and they don't skimp. They don't hold back on the beef, they don't drizzle the cheese sauce like it's an afterthought--they PILE IT ON with pride. You can tell this team lives for these moments. They're not just serving food; they're delivering pure, unadulterated happiness. Even the atmosphere feels electric--like everyone in the room knows they're about to have their day made. You'll see strangers nodding at each other in mutual respect over their sandwiches. You'll hear "OMG!" echoed across the dining room (seriously). And when you finish that Big Beef Dipped--cheese sauce glistening on every corner, not a drop of au jus left--you'll sit back with a food coma smile so wide it hurts, already plotting your next visit. Bottom line: If you are within 50 miles of 7200 W Ray Rd, you have no excuse. Go. Right now. Order the Big Beef DIPPED with EXTRA cheese sauce. Thank me later. And maybe bring a napkin--because that cheese sauce is so good, you're going to want to lick every last drop off your fingers. Five stars? Try FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS PLUS A STANDING OVATION! This is the best sandwich I've ever had in my life, and I'm pretty sure it's illegal to be this good.

I love Portillos! This is a new location and closer to my house, which I am excited about!…read more The first thing I noticed was how much smaller this location is compared to the Tempe location. Plus it didn't have that nostalgia vibe Tempe's location has. But, I was there for the food. I ordered my norm, which is a Chicago style hot dog along with some cheese fries. When my order was called, I picked it up and sat at a window side table. I tried French fry first and it was Luke warm and limp. I had to take it back and asked for crispier fries. They automatically upgraded my fries to large. The fries were just a little crispier and a little warmer, not hot. Weird! But the fries were tasty! Now my hot dog. It wasn't much warmer than my first batch of fries. Plus it didn't taste as good as the Tempe location. It was still good, but I think if the hot dog was hot it would have been better. My wife suggested maybe it's because their grill is new and isn't seasoned yet! Hmmmm! Maybe! But it was still good. I paid another visit and ordered another Chicago dog and a Fish sandwich. The hot dog was the same as my last visit. But the fish sandwich was a different story. It was actually a very good fish sandwich. I rank it higher than the other fast food restaurants; such as, McDonalds, Arby's, Burger King, and Culver's! I do want to try their charbroiled burgers! Although I had the Italian beef at their other locations; I haven't tried it here. So I'll have to give it a try also!

I used the app & it was confusing as to how to pick the food up. I went inside because it said something about grab & go. I'm pretty sure I was to go through the drive thru, which I would have preferred. I had to stand in line behind multiple people placing their order. There was a special for $6.99. It included 2 new sliders, the garlic Parmesan crispy chicken sandwich, with a 5 piece mozzarella sticks & a drink. I got an unsweetened iced tea. The sliders were okay. They didn't have much sauce on them. They were dry without dipping them in ranch dressing. The mozzarella sticks were good, but the marinara was not good. It was really sweet. I wouldn't get a drink again since the unsweetened iced tea tasted like it had some sugar in it. It wasn't sweet enough for sweet tea, but didn't taste like unsweetened ice tea & I was the one who filled it. I'm sure I'll go back, but just get some different things.
