Arby's is the only place I go to get a chicken sandwich for lunch. This was no different this past week. I have been seeing the commercials for for the meat & three meal. I hadn't ordered it before because it's too much food for me. However, when I looked into the deal, I realized I could get the deal cheaper that what I normally get. I ordered the chicken sandwich, no tomato add Swiss cheese, changed the fries for 2 potato cakes, iced tea, 2 mozzarella sticks, & a peach cobbler roll. I usually just get the chicken sandwich & 2 potato cake, but all that food & a small drink was cheaper than 2 items. I took the mozzarella sticks & peach cobbler roll home for the kids to eat. The mozzarella sticks are really good. Next time I will eat them & take the potato cakes home. read more

We had the Reuben and the beef, bacon and cheese sandwiches. I got mine without buns, which they did quite well. I tried to order a side salad, but they don't have side salads, so next time we'll have to stop at a Chick-fil-A and pick up a salad on our way to Arby's. Excellent service. They decided to close almost an hour earlier than google says. The lights were on we went to the drive thru and no one spoke to us we then went around to go inside they then turned the lights off. When asked if they close at 12 like google says they said no so that either needs to be fixed on google asap or you need to have a talk with your employees about closing at the correct time, whichever applies. We got there around 11:10- 11:15 the screenshot is around 15 minutes after we left, says it's still open even now. read more

This location is way below average. Ordered online: fries were cold, old, soggy.... and that ruined the meal. I mean everyone knows, you come here for the curly fries. I went thru the Arby's drive-thru today (5/5/26) on Elliot & Priest in Tempe. i PAID for a Chopped Brisket Meal with 1 Curly Fry-MD and 1 Drink-MD. I RECEIVED the sandwich and the drink. The curly fry's were missing from the bag. I didn't know this until I was getting on the freeway & I couldn't turn around. Also, when I got to work & looked at the brisket to add the barbecue sauce, it was nothing but pieces of fat. This is THE WORST food I have ever gotten thru a fast-food restaurant. A great treat. The manager took our order. Genuinely friendly and helpful. We had the classic cheddar roast beef sandwiches, fries, and a snack shake. The total cost was under $10. Drove all the way to this place from 10 miles away to get a Diablo Chicken Sandwich and was told "we don't have the sauce that goes on the sandwich ". If you don't have the sandwich sauce, why are you selling the sandwich? Because without the sauce, it's just a plain chicken sandwich. Come on Arby's you can do much better than that! Their employees are to busy outside smoking weed and playing with their cars. We walked in and the employee walked out to take a phone call. We stood there for 15 minutes waiting on him. This was a return trip to Arby's. This time we ordered potato wedges along with their roast beef sliders. The roast beef sliders were delicious. However, the potato wedges were awful. They tasted like fish! There was no doubt they used the oil to cook the potatoes in that they use to cook their fish in and the oil hadn't been changed in a while. No way could we eat the potato wedges. They were taken back to the cashier. No offer of replacement but we wouldn't have wanted anything else deep fried either. Next time we order from Arby's we'll ask if it's cooked with fish. read more

Got ripped off last night. I ordered the 4 for $10 roast beef sandwich (To Go) and when I got back home there was only 3 sandwich's in the bag and about 20 packs of assorted sauces. I ordered the creamy Mediterranean chicken wrap and roasted turkey and swiss on their "market fresh" Menu. I must say it did not disappoint. Both were so good I'm kinda sad I'm full. Also ordered the LTO sweet potato fries, which were ok. And the orange cream shake, it was so good my daughter kept taking it from me! We went through the drive-through an hour after noon, and asked for two roast beef sandwiches, chicken tenders with two sauces (honey mustard and ranch) and curly fries. - The regular roast beefs were replaced with "beef & cheese whiz" which they call "beef & cheddar" and charged $2 more for. - There were two ranch but no honey mustard - The chicken tenders were tough and salty Went back and stood at the counter while employees milled around until finally (two minutes later) one asked what I wanted. I showed him the "Beef & Cheddar" and receipt and told him we asked for regulars. He said he couldn't take them back but would make me new regulars. Then I had to wait another minute or two (didn't time that one) for him to respond to "And you owe me $2 back..." (the beef and "cheddar" is $1 more per sandwich.) Had I exploded into bloody bits they could have cared less and only been upset that someone has to clean it. Time for whomever owns this franchise to fire the B team and get people there who can get an order with 3 items straight, and when they see a customer standing at the counter not ignore him, and then when having charged someone for a higher item [that was not ordered] refund the difference without making it seem like an inconvenience. I like Arby's... but never will I go to the one on Elliott Rd again. There are plenty others where the employees are happy they are employed and realize that selling food to customers [that they order!] is why they are employed. read more

It's an Arbys. The food is good, the prices are fair, and the employees are competent and friendly. What really sticks out at this Arbys is the faded, mid 1980's decor and the over squishy booth cushions that threaten to suck you, butt first, into the lower bowels of the booth's framework!! For crying out loud, I recently sat at a booth and sank down so low I looked like a 3 year old, barely able to see over the tabletop, and the next booth wasn't any better. Awesome staff and manager. The women's bathroom was absolutely filthy - The floor was covered with water, paper towels were taken out of the wastebasket and thrown on the floor, in the corner by the sink. The changing table was also covered with used paper towels. Somebody had an accident on the toilet seat and the outside of the toilet bowl. I notified the manager, Eric, and the staff quickly cleaned the bathroom. Just before I got here they'd thrown a homeless woman out of the restaurant. Someone had bought her a meal and once she ate it she became disruptive. I dined in and enjoyed listening to the camaraderie of a the crew! read more

Arbys's it's a fast food place and what more can u say about the food. The food I recieved tasted like anything from another one of their stores. My fries were fresh and my sandwich hot. So for the food dept it was good. What I really wanted to write about was the service I recieved. I believe the manager was on duty and she rang me up it was Kristen or Kurstin I can't quite remember. She was extremely polite and super friendly. The rest of the staff seemed very happy and the atmosphere here was just plain wonderful. I really felt welcome and had a nice dining expeirence. It's good to know that there are some people who can still provide great customer service in the fast food industry. read more
