The app has brought back the 5 for $5 deal. I didn't realize it's now 5 for $30 or $35; that's outrageous! Had 5 for $5 deal with cheddar sauce on each sandwich. Also had 3 sliders. The spicy chicken slider? Good! The normal chicken slider? Tiny! The jalapeño something slider? A bit weird. Apple turnover was nice; nice that they remembered to include it too, unlike What-a-missing-items! The Buffalo Crispy Chicken sandwich was pretty good too. Strange that the stars of the show here are not beef-based. All in all, okay. If nothing else, this cured my Arby's cravings; these used to be so good, now it tastes like the roast beef has seen better days. The cat was extremely hesitant to try it, and that's a bad sign. Used to come here once a week. Was proud that I hadn't for awhile, but went back today was blown away by the new pricing. The regular roast beef is arguably too small for many guys. The double will cost you over $8. If you wanted fries and a drink you're close to $15 for a quick no frills lunch. There's a nice family of 4 next to me. Can't imagine dropping over $50 to sit here for 15 minutes grabbing a quick bite. They seem to have expanded their menu exponentially (and unnecessarily in my opinion). They have fish strips waygu and steak house burgers. Chicken, brisket, gyro, sliders and deserts. I think marketing is going to great lengths to offer all this stuff. The two things I notice, is that after 50 years of offering potato cakes, they're gone. And pricing is off the charts for the average guy. read more

It was a casual Friday evening and we just wanted something quick and comforting during a cold night. I have to say the guy in the drive thru with the glasses was amazing and extremely friendly, professional and thorough during the entire interaction. What I appreciated was before I left the drive thru window, he asked if I would like any additional sauces etc. I thought that was a great last question to ensure I had all the yummy condiments to accompany my meal. When we got home, the sandwiches were perfect made. They weren't messy at all and I thought they were appropriately packed with the roast beef. Delicious and quick dinner. read more

Do I give Arby's a five star review??? Quick, punch yourself to make sure your awake! Yes, I did. It will probably be the last 5 star review for a fast food place for the next 5 years! From the other reviews, I see a lot of 5 stars! And 1 stars... So this place must be rotating all of their good staff to one shift and the bad staff to the other shifts. First, the brisket sandwich I got was great. I signed up on the email list to get a $2 drink with a free signature sandwich special which meant that I didn't have to $6.95 for a sandwich. The sandwich was full of meat and tasted good. I had no disappointment. Maybe if I paid $6.95.... Second, the lady at the counter was really nice that it was a little odd. She started talking about how the sandwich was made, the reasoning behind it the concept and why I should choose that as my free sandwich instead of the Reuben. You know, the type of stuff waitress should do when they explain their menu. And third, she gave instructions to the back kitchen to make the sandwich perfect, and presentable for someone trying it the first time. And as it came out, the sandwich was perfectly built. She even gave me some instructions on how to eat it to get the most out of it. And there was a cookie on the tray too! Talk about service at an Arby's... yeah what is going on? Totally caught off guard when we walked in. We were greeted w hellos and big smiles from two different employees. The cashier was friendly and saved us some money by turning our order into a meal although we had said no to the meal to begin with. Another 10 minutes trying to get out. Their system went down as I was about to order. Only their drive thru was open. They got mad at me for asking how I could get out of drive thru and if I could get a free meal. As a person who works in customer service I thought a free meal was the easiest solution and not too much to ask. I just started eating at Arby's for the lamb gyro which I've been craving. There's no one else in the immediate area serving gyro for a good price. The place seems like an efficient machine production-wise during lunch hour. My gyros came out fast and the curly fries were right on. Hit the spot. I doubt I'd eat anything else here, it's not my thing, plus the photos look pretty dismal. Arby's has the closest gyro. I'm sure it's not the best, but the bread is soft and the lamb, even if thinly sliced, is delicious and decently plentiful. It's ok. I like the jr. hot ham & cheese sandwich. Today I ordered it with a jamocha shake, because it's hot outside, and shakes are cold, so I figured it would balance me out. The jr. ham & cheese sandwich is on their value menu (it's always weird and flattened looking no matter which Arby's I go to), so is the small jamocha shake (on the value menu I mean...not weird or flattened like the sammich). My hunger was satiated, the bill was cheap (for Arby's), and so far it has not made me sick, so I have no complaints. I don't go to Arby's very often, I'm not a fan of roast beast (unless it's a REAL roast with potatoes and stuff), but when I'm wanting a hot ham & cheese (and since there aren't any Hardee's around this joint) this is where I go...until I find a different venue that will gratify, satisfy and quiet my urges. read more
