    Double Cheeseburger (Smashburger)

Happy Hamburgers is a great small diner-style spot I found in Scottsdale after my golf round. I saw they had smash burgers, and since I'm a smash burger guy I had to give it a try. I love the small, no-frills vibe--no glitz, no glam, just straight to the point. They also have a little side patio area that's a nice touch. It's very low-key, but I can imagine the lights making it a great vibe at night. The burger was good, but there were a few things that could be better. Mine had a bit too many grilled onions and was slightly burnt. It also could've used a little more seasoning. You can tell everything is fresh and that there's definitely heart put into it, but it just didn't quite hit the level I was expecting. The fries were really good though--kind of like those classic corner-market style French fries. The workers were super nice and quick with service, and they kept checking in to make sure everything was good, which I really appreciated.

Was in a hurry and thought this was a fast food spot but it's a sit down diner. Got 4 sliders. They are so small and expensive. It came on a cute board though. Got the hash browns and they were good, some were crispy.

Happy's Hamburgers Have been wanting to try this place for quite sometime, but never had the chance to stop by. My daughter picked up so.e items and brought home. The Ultimate - Fried Egg, Bacon, Mushrooms, Grilled Onions, and Cheese was an awesome burger, good size with everything i would want on a burger. Nice combination of all the items in the burger. This is a big winner and would highly recommend. French Fries were nice and crispy, especially for a take out, generally by time we eat them at home they are soggy or have to crisp them up in the air fryer, but these were good. Homemade Chips are made in house and if you are a chip person like I am, these are excellent, good even on a take out order, super crispy and delicious. Tator tots are good, how can you not like tator tots, basic yum. Sliders served in a bun with caramelized onions, lettuce and a pickle, good tasting as we ordered 4. Not going here for the ambiance or decor, but the food is the main attraction. Everyone was very helpful and didn't wait long for our order. Prices are on par to slightly above average, but the food is really good. First time trying Happy's Hamburgers, will be back. Good job!

I ordered the burger they are known for - the classic double with added bacon. They don't put special sauce or pickles which is fine with me, but they do have grilled onions. Unfortunately the milkshake wasn't that impressive. It didn't taste blended and might have been icemilk, not real ice cream.

I'm back again trying out different items off of the happy's menu. This time I got the two cheeseburger sliders as I had brought my friends who were in town to try Happy's out and wasn't too hungry. These sliders were the perfect portions of a happy's burger and I'd definitely get more next time. I also ordered their classic onion rings as a side and I love the presentation of the stack. My friends also ordered two double cheeseburger smash burgers with a side of tots. They loved the burgers and their sides and have mentioned wanting to come back a few times since. They also loved the vintage dinner vibes. Overall we enjoyed our dinning experience and service and will be back to try more.

Headline: Happy's Hamburgers made me happy! It's really just that simple. I ordered a double (patties are THIN) and it came with carmelized onions, pickles and lettuce. I added a side of tater tots (piping hot and crispy!) Washed it down with a Coca-cola. Mustard, ketchup and napkins are all housed on the table. 5 out of 5 stars. This is a cozy diner, so there aren't a lot of tables. There's also a quasi-patio if it's not sweltering. Photo attached. Party of 1 and I tipped 20+%. I mention because it was $25 all in - that feels a little high for a burger, fries and coke, BUT I'm willing to pay when fast food just won't do. I also understand the current economy. Restaurant is located in an unassuming, but busy parking lot. Be careful - cars coming from all angles, but spots are plentiful.

Amazing burger. Juicy, gooey cheese, all in one cohesive delicious unit. Loved the fried as they were hot and seasoned adequately. The one con were the onion rings only because I thought they were too sweet but that is personal preference.

Tried Happy Burgers in Scottsdale for the first time and was impressed. The seating inside is fairly limited but there's 4-5 booths and a few high top tables. I went with the traditional burger, and it hit the spot -- juicy and flavorful. Fries were crisp and golden, and the portions felt worth the price. I could only finish half of my burger and fries, I got two meals from it! Overall, a great spot if you're craving a quality burger in Scottsdale.

Wonderful Hamburger place. Been my go to for many years. Now serving Beer! Great service all the time and the diner vibe with oldies music is my kind of place . Great fries and Detroit type burgers. Make sure to try some of their sauces on your burger and fries

Chris, our server, was bubbly, engaging, and genuinely helpful, offering real feedback to guide us through the menu. We indulged in Tommy's Biscuits, which are a 100/10--absolutely worth breaking any diet for. Paired with grass-fed butter and peach preserves, they were heavenly. The brisket burnt ends were phenomenal, rich and smoky, with a small side of coleslaw that perfectly balanced the flavors. For something lighter, the Hamachi Crudo paired with the egg yolk nigiri provided a momentary escape to Japan. The fish feature of the night, the Hamachi collar, arrived with a Thai-inspired salad and savory broth that was both delicate and bold. We capped the meal with a banana bread ice cream sundae, complete with brûléed banana halves and all the decadent accompaniments you could wish for. Visiting during happy hour was a bonus, as we scored half off a bottle of wine from a selection that left nothing to be desired. Between the impeccable flavors and Chris's attentive service, The Ends is a must-visit for an elevated yet approachable dining experience.

If you see "The Energy Never Dies" writing nearby the door, you are in the correct place. It is best to make an advance reservation to get a table. Even when you get seated, the table has a notice saying there is a two hour dinner time limit. Our service and food were both excellent and lived up to the hype! Started with the Curious by Nature cocktail, which was a creative combination of flavors, but a bit expensive for the drink size. For food I tried the hamachi crudo, Tommy's biscuits, crab stuffed pasta, red snapper, and the charred broccoli. I don't know what type of sauce came with the broccoli, but it was amazing. I also loved the Anthony Bourdain themed photos and decor! This place is great for a date night or to catch up with friends. The only downside is they did not offer anything for a birthday or special occasion, but I definitely plan to go back for the food.

The hostess and the waiter were amazing. We had the pleasure of talking to a cool gentlemen who was a cool native of Phoenix. I traveled from Tucson and wanted to give this Diner a try. Overall I would give this place a 3/5 stars. Huevos rancheros- disappointed it wasn't the traditional salsa bandera (onion, tomato, Jalepeno) but it was good. Different twist with the rib with eggs. The chips were soggy when I got my food. I liked the red onions, it added a little kick to the food on top of what the food offers to begin with. 6/10 Eggs over medium- not too runny how I like it. Velvety, the eggs weren't burnt crispy and was delightful. Meat was umami, savory and tender. Different than what I expected, had a little kick of spice. Beans were dry and bland. Not very impressed. 3/10 Pancakes were okay. A little dry for my taste but they were fluffy. The syrup with it was tasty. 5/10. I enjoyed this restaurant but I think it was a bit pricey for everything we ordered.
