The chicken was completely burned - not just a little overcooked, but charred to the point of being dry, bitter, and inedible. It tasted like it sat on the grill way too long, and instead of tossing it out, they served it anyway. For the price Chipotle charges, this is unacceptable. The staff didn't seem to care, and the overall quality felt rushed and careless. I left feeling like I wasted my money and my appetite. Definitely not what you expect from Chipotle. The store on 48th st and broadway! Two of the employees were really rude. They both lied about having an item that was replaced after I ordered. I had to ask for more corn as the little mean looking guy was upset about adding more, told me there was no more lettuces. So I was doing a review outside the store as I looked back Inside and he was serving them lettuce. he barely put anything in my bowl. Had a bad experience with him a few months ago as well. I had a Chipotle craving today and decided to stop at this location even though it has such a crazy, congested parking lot. I was there around 11 am and there were a few customers ahead of me in line. This is a small Chipotle location, with about three tables inside the restaurant and a few on the patio outside. The line moved quickly and I was helped by the friendly employees. I got a veggie bowl. Quick tip: I think you get more beans if you order half pinto and half black beans. I asked the cashier if I could still get Chipotle rewards if I didn't have the app installed on my phone. He wasn't sure. The answer? Yes! Go to the Chipotle website and log in to get your rewards if you didn't scan in on your app. You will need some info from the paper receipt, do make sure to get that. I did end up putting the Chipotle app on my phone later when I got home, and found a birthday offer of free guacamole with a $5.00 order. Guess I will be back for more Chipotle soon! read more

this is normally a preferred Chipotle location for us, but on a Saturday night over 30 minutes before close, we ordered two burrito bowls, which were missing multiple items, including corn, salsa, fajita veggies, and a few other salsa. The bowls were crushed in the bag and spilling everywhere. We normally expect way better from Chipotle, and were very disappointed. read more

If I could give this location 10 stars I would. Came during rush-hour today and ordered a big team lunch. Half of our order worked through the mobile app and the other 11 orders had to be placed in person. The three employees on the line today were efficient, ambitious, and more than willing to slow down and listen to each individual order. I already felt bad because there was a line of people growing behind me, but they were able to get me in and out with over 20 orders in five minutes. Five star service. Tried the "steak" protein option. Utterly inedible. Fatty, a lot of gristle and too spicy. Whatever this meat was it was like no steak I've ever had. Just pathetic. I'm done with Chipotle. Used to be a good choice for a reasonably priced meal with quality ingredients. Service friendly. Atmosphere is sterile though typical of fast food restaurants. The portion sizes are terrible, they never have all of the ingredients, and now they even skimp on the vinegarette so badly that you have to order 4 to get a proper portion. It is laughable. And how wasteful when you could just fill up less cups and save on plastic.........Not to mention Chipotle now uses cheaper ingredients than they used to, so it all tastes like a bowl of greasy nothing. this location is really good. I love the steak that they have. The steak is so flavorful and they added really good amount of seasoning. They also add really good flavor to the rice as well. I love the fact that they add a hint of lime to their rice. It really makes it flavorful and it really makes it really easy to enjoy I really enjoy the cheese as well. I love getting a big bag of chips and dipping it into the hot cheese. It tastes really good and it's something that I definitely want to come back and enjoy over and over again read more

I want to start off by saying I absolutely love chipotle! I will always choose this restaurant over any others. I came to this exact location on Friday night, about an hour before closing time. I ordered 5 soft tacos and was given 3, the younger (high school) kid working didn't even say "that will cost extra" which I was fully prepared to pay for. After asking me what I wanted (rice) it took him about 67 seconds to scoop the rice and lay it on. Why did that take so long? Well it's because he would rather have a conversation with his heavier set co-worker. There was no line in front of me. Nobody. I always time my service because I like to leave good reviews for good service. It took 6:38 seconds from start to finish. All the food was relatively full in the bins so there should've been no issue. I understand for a younger guy he might've been tired however customer service goes a long way! The staff even recognize me and have my order ready before I even walk up to the counter! They are always so professional, and efficient and I couldn't be more satisfied! Stopped in for quick dinner, service was quick and excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly. I always get a chicken bowl with mild salsa, SC, cheese, corn, guac, and two handfuls of lettuce. Chicken is always super fresh and flavorful! Love the crunchiness in the corn and fresh guac! I came around 6 pm on a Wednesday and it wasn't too busy. This location is hit and miss with parking, sometimes can be hard to come by. Definitely recommend this location for freshness and great staff! read more

In my previous review at this location, I mentioned it was one of the better Chipotle locations, and this still stands true. They have great outdoor seating, it's in a nice plaza and service tends to be better at this one as well. I don't usually do Chipotle on a weekend, but this time we wanted to grab something light and quick that was next to Nekter because we had our heart set on a cone there. We don't usually do dessert at lunch so we had to go super light. I ended up ordering flour tacos and a side of guacamole and small chips that my husband and I shared. It was a decent amount for two without being overwhelming (just right). The guacamole was fresh, and there were actually more chips than I expected in a small. Food was hot and fresh and service was exceptional. I would say service is even better on weekends here because the employees aren't so rushed and can actually excel at giving great customer service. I find all too often the speed at Chipotle hinders their ability to really listen to and connect with customers, and well more mistakes are made. The location was super clean, even more than usual and I attribute to the employees having more time to focus on those important details. After dealing with a variety of different artificial intelligence people. I finally ended up with someone who cut me off because I was being rude. Unfortunately, chipotle does not care about customer service. At all cost, I would avoid ordering from this chipotle, and in my past experience, any chipotle online. I like this restaurant when I pick up.... Chipotle should evaluate their free delivery in January campaign. I ordered and the meal was delivered all smashed to one side of the container in a ripped bag with no silverware, napkins, salad dressing etc. The taco was leaking from the foil into the bag. Not a good representation of the kind of restaurant Chipotle is. Recommendation.... Chipotle please put the utensils in the bag and staple shut so I can be sure that the delivery people did not tamper with the product and send out survey's after each delivery so the drivers that shake up the food can be terminated. read more
