I was def disappointed by the jalapeno poppers. Jalapeno was so tough and did not break apart when you bit into it. You have to either menace the popper like a dog with a rope toy in he hopes it will break or you have to deal with the sad reality of having the whole jalapeno slip out of the crunchy covering you are still holding in your hand when you move it away. I haven't been here in a very long time. Went Monday for dinner. I remembered my fave from there, so I ordered that. It was their roast beef and cheddar meal. Got curly fries with it. It was very good. About as good as I remembered. The service was ok. They made the food pretty quickly. There wasn't any of those small tubs for sauce out, so I asked for one. They apparently had some behind the counter and gave me like 5 of them. I only wanted 1 or 2 at most. That was good. The ambiance was about what you'd expect from a fast food place. The booth I was in was a bit dirty, but not bad. It would be nice if the menu up on the wall was bigger or in bigger font. Overall, it was nostalgic to me and good. read more

I ordered a beef and cheddar meal to go and it had no cheddar on it. It came with curly fries but only 2 were curly and enjoyable and the rest was half inch pieces. literal bottom of the bag pieces. The building was clean but there was no music so it was super quiet. if you were to sit down and eat in here it would just be awkward. Service was good. On 1/18/24 @ 6:30 PM I entered the Arby's in Silverdale WA. I am a senior citizen and a disabled vet. I had to use the restroom I went to the bathroom and there was a sign that said bathrooms for customers contact Staff. I went to the counter and told the person that I needed to use the bathroom I will buy something after I get done. He said nope you have to buy something first. This was an urgent need, and the cashier showed no compassion. Yes, after that I said a few choice word and left. If this is how your staff treats potential customers I'm done with Arby's. I am hoping that the store goes out of business because of stunts like this. read more

I'll present my credentials up front. I've smoked many a beef brisket. whole packer and flat. I know how to smoke a great-tasting brisket. So, with that being said, I'll review Arby's Smokehouse Brisket sandwich. But first I'll give a brief review of the restaurant itself. It was clean, the counter guy was friendly, as was the counter gal who handed me my order. The entire crew did their jobs professionally, a sign of very good management and training,. My food was ready pretty quickly, too. The crew merits the 3rd star in my rating. The Smokehouse Brisket sandwich, sadly, doesn't quite merit two stars, but we can't rate in half stars on Yelp. As always with fast food chains, the food looks nothing like the professionally staged and processed photo. There was just enough brisket to see it poking out from between the buns. I was shocked to see a slice of smoked Gouda cheese and some onion rings in the photo. I was shocked to read that there was mayo and BBQ sauce shmeared inside the bun. Shocked because I didn't taste any of that. All I could taste was a faint smoky flavor in the brisket. If Arby's smokes its brisket for 13 hours as it claims, there should have been a more pronounced smoky flavor. The thin, sliced meat was dried out on the edges, but a bit more moist in the semi-piled meat inside the buns. I get really irked when those restaurant photos misrepresent what it actually looks like. This was really a poor excuse for a smoked brisket sandwich--and no excuse for it being this way. However, as always the Curly Fries were very good, as was the Coke. I've actually had one very good smoked brisket meal. It was part of a bowl served by a Mexican fast food chain. You can find that review on Yelp somewhere. As for Arby's, from past experience, their Market Fresh sandwiches are the best things on their menu. The gentleman at the register refused to speak up, even when I said that I was hard of hearing. My order was inaccurate and when I went back to the counter, the manager threw the missing items at me. My chicken tenders had more breading and very little meat. The French Dip Swiss did not have meat throughout the sandwich. "Old School" Arby's Store, No Drive Thru !! Seems Weird.... Lol. I haven't grown up in the Area but I would imagine this Arby's was one of the 1st Chain Fast food joints in Silverdale. I know it was here when I moved to the area way back in 1991. Seems very well maintained for being in this location of Silverdale for so long. It's always kind of nice from time to time to grab some fast food that's Not a Burger. From their Classic Roast Beef (With Arby's sauce) to the Beef 'n Cheddar Classic. Good stuff. Although if ya haven't been lately ya need to make a trip again. To many to mention in this review but to mention a few, how about a Brown Sugar Bacon BLT or a Reuben, a Roast Beef Gyro or a Chicken Bacon Swiss Sandwich..... The food is consistently good here. That's reassuring. However, I do not like the location. There is no drive-thru and it is not easily accessible. I'm so spoiled with fast food drive-thrus, that this is a definite negative regarding this store. I would go here more often if there was a drive-thru. The customer service is consistently good. The service in this place is extremely slow, but your food is always fresh so it's definitely a trade-off! I really dislike this location doesn't have a drive-through. I love that they always have coupons that come in the mail, because it is a bit pricey it definitely helps when you're working on the budget. The location is clean the staff is very polite. There aren't really any healthy-ish meals. This is the only Arby's as far as I'm aware that is nearby. I've never been to the one in Bremerton. The restaurant is clean and food orders arrive quickly. I went there for a reuben sandwich but decided to try their new fajitas. It was pretty bad. I ordered the beef and the meat was smothered in a strange spice, and the sandwich itself was drowned in what was called a spicy avocado sauce, applied so thickly that it dripped from the sandwich in gooey puddles. The combination of strange tasting spice and mounds of sauce made it inedible. I should have ordered the reuben which is very good. I learned my lesson. read more

I would never come here without a coupon, they have a bell that you can ring if the service was great, and it's like really? How bad would the service really have to be before I would actually not ring the bell? And so sometimes I leave and I ring the bell on the way out and then I think about it and I'm not so sure they really earned that, and now I feel even cheaper than I did before I came to Arbys. I would never actually want to go to Arbys, but I have a coupon and I like the bell. SO THAT ONE TIME WHEN I CAME AND THE SERVICE WAS BAD! NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH THE BELL? Not ring it? This is a "5 Star Arby's Restaurant"... The place is clean and well maintained, the staff is hand picked by the owners and upper management so the service doesn't suffer. This is also one of the few fast food establishments around that has a very low overturn of employees; so a good customer service experience accompanying the typical Arby's menu can be expected. Don't expect to get regular fries (which can be found at other Arby's) to be part of the menu as this establishment only does Curly style fries. read more

I used to love coming here. Now I just seem to get disappointed every time I go in. This last time was kind of the straw that broke the camels back. I got there 2 hours before closing and they were basically breaking everything down to close. The guy seemed irritated that we requested a different cheese on our sandwich, which I guess is harder then I thought to do obviously. The girl in the back starts making our sandwiches why the guy starts that fried stuff. Our sandwiches sat for about 8 min in a bag (not even on the warmer) while they made the fries and cheese sticks. The whole time the two team members are sitting there bitching about closing while the girl is leaning up against the frying with her hair touching my fries and other things. When I said something I got a disgusting rude response. I asked for a refund because I was pretty fed up at this point and the manger on duty didn't even say anything at all. Just pressed a couple buttons on the register and handed me the money. To top it all off I handed the food back to the girl and she walked around the corner with it while making gag noises. I'm completely appalled by the type of service. Not only from a brat of a teenager but from a manger who is suppose to be overlooking what is going on as well. People who work here are exceptionally nice, well mannered, courteous. Only issue is that the soda area needs to be mopped (I always leave with sticky shoes).
