Everything was delicious - Cobb salad was very fresh from the warm back and chicken to the avocado and egg... so good. For fast food, the Habit is my new fave! I only recently tried this place for the first time and now it has become my go to fast food. The burgers are freshly made and I love that they add avocado and make it on sour dough. I also tried a salad here and it was very fresh and filling. I love the tempura green beans and their garlic ranch sauce is amazing! Tried it twice now and not sure why this place is still opened. Tried it when it first opened and gave it basically the same review I am giving now (years later)...If you like bread and salad then I guess this is the place to go. If you like burgers, look someplace else!! If you order the single burger you will get a HUGE bun with a TON of lettuce on it, tomato, grilled onions, mayo and pickles and an itty bitty burger that you can not even taste. Service is a hit or miss. I have ordered a few times for delivery and sometimes I would be missing sauce and sauce is so critical for dipping! Lol. Dining in, is a hit or miss with timing. Sometimes it's hectic and some people are standing around staring at each other impatiently. Sometimes it's nice and quiet and the workers bring your food to the table. Reasons: 1. It took 45 Minutes to deliver when I live right across the street light from The Habit, The Trails location. In the past, I have walked to pick up my order; being already completed waiting for me to pick it up, walked back to my place & had the food be warmer than this order was. 2. DoorDash driver brought me a bag up to my door; I ended up being able to flag him down before taking off with my order. He may work directly for Doodarsh, but The Habit directly partners with DoorDash to deliver great customer service; but this time delivered, as partners, disappointment to an extreme low. 3. I called to speak to someone at restaurant; I was just direct to go online by the automated system; I tried to find help online but no luck, I received an email to review my order; Did my review but my order receipt that came with my order did not have store # or receipt code # to complete my review. I checked on my App & my digital receipt doesn't have the information as well. 4. After the service I received; Paying $71.00 dollars for 4 burgers & Fries/onion rings is an eye opener on how much I spend each time being a repeated customer since moving to Silverdale 4 months ago. We used to love this Habit Burger, but after going yesterday I have to change my review. After reading other recent reviews it appears that this store has gone downhill in the last year, which is sad. My burger was burnt (probably because of all the recent negative reviews about them being raw), the fries are not the same as they used to be (smaller, no skins), hubby tried the new "Pretzel Pub Burger". When it arrived, it looked like it had been smashed, dropped on the floor, tiny in size, and nothing like the picture. To top it all off-everything was cold, and the cashier was rude, as I apparently interrupted her nap because she couldn't stop yawning while taking my order, and the prices have gone way up ($30 for two burgers, fries and small drinks). My first time at Habit Burger I had a Teriyaki Char with cheese, a BBQ bacon char with cheese, spicy tempura green beans, and a banana nilla wafer shake. The burgers were among the best I've ever had. You can really taste the char. I tried a little bit of a tempura green bean without the spicy sauce, and it was kind of bland, but with the sauce they were amazing! They're also good with the fry sauce that you can get from the condiment bar. I like that I could get as many jalapeños as I wanted from the condiment bar. The banana milkshake was so good that it made me lament that most places don't have them. It should be a requirement that every place that has milkshakes should have banana. I thought that the prices were maybe a touch high, but pretty fair. The only real drawback was that it was too crowded and they really could use a larger location. It's not enough for me to knock a star off for, though. read more

However the cleaning in this store has gone DOWN Hill ... lots of food on floor in a couple different locations and all the unattended tables needed to be cleaned, the habit speciality drinks where nearly empty. It's fine, if you don't care about order accuracy. I ordered online before picking up. My order included onion rings with a side of ranch (a default option when ordering onion rings). When I picked up the order, there was what I at first thought was a cup of Italian dressing (it turned out to be the "garlic" part of the garlic parmesan fries that were part of the order), but no ranch. It's amazing that a burger "hot off the grill" could be so cold and unseasoned. And to top it off it was covered in grease making the un-toasted bun a soggy mess. The cheese was hardly melted and from grill to eating the thing two minutes later it tasted as if someone dared to microwave an entire burger and pass it off as something special. I'd say save your money, go buy some meat patties from your butcher, local grocer, or even the frozen food section. This is probably my new favorite burger place to go for a while. This is my 3rd times having Habit burger. Each time I tried them, It just get better. The burger is made fresh right from the grill. I tried their special deal which is the French onion char burger. Whooop! It's really good. The cheese just melt in your mouth every bite, not to mention the beef patty were juicy and tender. Overall, it's just prefect with a side of fries or onion ring! Forgot to mention that they are very generous when you ask for sauce. They also have a mini sauce station where they put three different kind of peppers, and other sauce too. Friendly staff, they give us a big welcome when we walk in. Patiently waited for us to order. The silverdale location now has self-service only. Bad idea. They only have ONE station to do it at, so the line up is ridiculous. The menu is hard to manage and with a long line behind you, not ideal. I love their burgers but may have to think twice about going again, especially if I don't have a lot of time. read more

Walked in at 9:54, I know it was very last minute but they weren't technically closed. I politely asked if they could take one more order. I was quickly shut down by Cashier Ryannna(probably spelled that wrong). She was not polite whatsoever, and responded with, "NO, please leave!" With the rudest tone I've ever received by someone in customer service. My issue isn't that they didn't want to serve me, but her attitude was so foul for being someone working in customer service with the public. I get it, I've worked in the service industry my whole life and it sucks when people come in last minute but you cannot talk to people that way, and you weren't closed. A simple, I'm sorry, I can't or we just shut off the grill...would have sufficed. No reason to be so rude. I hope things get better for her, I'm positive I'm not the first person who has had an issue with her attitude...Hopefully things get sorted out and we have more friendly people working at this place that I love. *side note, I ended up at Chipotle with 3 minutes until close. My wife and I walked in 30 minutes before closing (I know, I know kind of a jerk move) but we we're flying all day and needed some good food to bring home. The team at Habit Burger didn't let us down! The chicken Club sandwich was fantastic as was the sirloin strip sandwich. Green beans and fries were cooked to perfection. Customer service was great and all aspects of the facility were visually clean and smelled clean as well. I went to The Habit Burger Grill on my last trip out to Silverdale. It's a newer place located at The Trails. I got the Santa Barbara style burger, which comes with two patties and avocado. I also ordered some fries and a drink for extra. Service was friendly and they make your order hot right after you place it, which is nice. I enjoyed the fries and the burger for the most part. I did notice the burger did not have much flavor, but the avocado and everything else on it helped to hide it. I would have preferred more seasoning, I'm not sure if there was any on it or not. All in all I think I would come back to try something else, I probably would try something other than a burger though. read more

In order to stress test how well their service staff would be able to handle the new restaurant that opened up in Silverdale a few months ago, the company reached out to a few nonprofits to offer a fundraising opportunity. I was an invitee of Meals on Wheels in Bremerton to come out and enjoy the food at Habit Burger before they opened to the masses. It was fun to do because it allowed the Meals on Wheels non-profit to get a nice bit of attention as well as new funds, and it allowed customers like me to be introduced to the new burger joint in my community. Seemed like it was a win-win across-the-board. I think the menu is appealing, with a number of mouth watering sounding items. It's not just Burgers but they have chicken, salads, sides, as well as malts and milkshakes too. I've been back a few times since the initial introduction through the meals-on-wheels fundraising day. I will say that the burgers taste good but my only problem is the bun. For some reason every single time the bottom line has been extremely overcooked and dry. It's very strange because it's just the bottom bun. And it's every single time. Other than that I think this restaurant has caught it's rythm pretty early on in this community.
