I hadn't been Arby's in a while, I was curious what a beef Gyro would taste of a fast food joint I was pleasantly surprised to find out that their Gyro taste just as good as King David's They seem to have a new menu since I last visited, they don't have any ham anymore in any of their food, More turkey offerings, that's a good thing I'd say Staff was friendly and efficient enough, good experience overall

    Diablo here I come

Always good service and sandwiches at this location. They never have you wait and everything comes out fresh and hot. I know it's just fast food but they really step up here. My suggestion is to use the app. to order. Great deals and your food is ready when you get there. Not like their competitors who don't start cooking until you get there which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Come check them out and make sure to get the Spicy roast beef!!

If you like Arby's sandwiches this place is awesome. Especially noteworthy is their fantastic COVID era drive through service. We have been several times over the last 4 months, during the lunch hour (11-1) ,and the service via drive-thru is superb. They are a well oiled-machine and they crank out the food. I have never had such great drive-thru service as at this place. If you are a local, this is the one just down from Sweetheart Corners. Hats off to the management of this shop because these workers are efficient, polite and respectful. Thanks for making this tough time in life easier. You guys rock!!!

When my partner and I walked in, we were greeted by a man at the counter and mentioned it was our first time visiting. His response was about as uninterested as it gets. Instead of offering a menu or any guidance, he simply pointed off to the side and told us to order when we were ready. Not exactly a welcoming first impression. The space itself was small, with a few tables, drink coolers, baked goods, and smoothie options. After placing our order, we waited...and waited. After exactly 40 minutes, I finally asked about the status, especially after watching another couple come in after us, order, and leave with their food before we received ours. I understand that takeout and delivery orders are part of the business, but in-house customers should not be completely overlooked. There was no communication, no sense of urgency, and no effort to acknowledge the delay. It genuinely felt like we didn't matter as customers. And for what? Two sandwiches--a roast beef and a turkey. Having worked in restaurants myself, I can confidently say that should not take 40 minutes under normal circumstances. I don't enjoy writing negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to warrant one. We will not be returning. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere.

We seek out places like this who hold them to a higher standard. (Usually the places that have "Cheesesteak" or "Philadelphia" in their names.) The litmus test is whether or not they offer whiz as an option. These were miles above the stuff you'd get from a non-Philly branded place in Syracuse, but on the lower end of the good tier. We would definitely ask for extra dressing/whiz on our next order, because they were disappointingly dry. It seemed like an oxymoron to order Whiz Wit and have it come out dry. With that said though, all the ingredients were amazing. The bread is light, pretty much a full on sub roll. The meat was tender and tasted legit. Nothing weird, stringy or clearly frozen. The Smokey Horseradish Dijon kind of got lost in the shuffle. Same meat as the philly, but the mild kick from the mustard didn't really match what a focus on cheese would have done. The chicken cordon bleu was solid. The minced chicken was actually pretty moist. We added cherry peppers, which took it to another level and I would now never go without. Minced chicken is hit or miss for me, but I rolled the dice for chicken cordon bleu and hit the jackpot. These guys aren't my favorite "authentic" Philly in Syracuse, but they hold down the north side just fine. I'd be happy to eat here any time, and the prices are pretty good as well.

We happened to be on the north side…read moreof town on pizza day, so we stopped here and picked up a pepperoni and 20 wings on a 39.99 special. The wings were good, plenty of sauce and good, crispy skin, soft meat texture. What blew us away was the pizza. It was just a pepperoni pizza, but somehow it had it all. Soft, plenty of sauce, the perfect amount of greasy and stretchy on the cheese, and then the whole thing had a subtle crunch to it. Never had that in a pizza before. I hate talking favorites for things as big as pizza, but this just might be my favorite Pepperoni Pizza in Syracuse. We've been back twice since then, pretty much on a whim when we happened to be passing by. First time was on a Friday, so we got some fried fish and a steak sub. We went with both the regular fried and beer battered. We ordered the philly/steak sub because it was featured on their website. We kind of know what we're going to get when we order a philly from a pizzeria, but figured it was worth trying if they're going to make it the first high def photo on their website. Despite the hype, it turned out to be the same meat, bread and cheese you get from any other pizzeria, or any other place that doesn't really go for it. The fish was actually disappointing - one of the worse fish fries we've tried in Syracuse. The regular fried haddock had a hard bread crumb coating that pulled apart from the meat. You could snap it apart to break a piece off the filet. The beer battered shrimp was better, but the breading was soft and kind of peeled right off. Fried fish and philly steaks are never a bad meal, but this is about as low as it gets without crossing into malicious. We saw multiple people raving about the eggplant parmigiana, and I wanted to try their riggies. I figured Utica, Riggies, can't go wrong. Once again, we were in town, and it was on a Thursday, where they have a few dollars off. The riggies hit the requirements with the creamy sauce, the cherry peppers, the wicked tender chicken, and the peppers and onions were a good addition. My only complaint is that they weren't better coming from a place named Utica Pizza Company. They were exactly average - sauce could have been creamier, hotter, more flavorful. The eggplant parmigiana turned out to be nothing special, I'm not sure why people raved about it. Just an inch or two of thin sliced eggplant, breaded, cheesed and red sauced. With that last sentence as your recipe, you could make the same thing at home. We also threw in a medium buffalo chicken pizza, which was really good, but didn't have the same amazing texture the first pizza did. I had high expectations for this place, so if it seems like I'm complaining, it's definitely better than your average pizzeria. I'm sticking with five stars because the pepperoni pizza we got was absolutely perfect. We've been working our way through pizza places in Syracuse for years and this one stands out hard. Take or leave the other stuff, but absolutely get a large pepperoni and some wings.

The calm ambiance and muted, cinnamon-brown walls of the space's predecessor, Cafe at 407, which closed at the end of 2023, have been replaced with TVs in the dining area and bar, a wall-length mural and a little nook with a neon sign that reads "Say Cheese!" and Polaroids of satisfied customers pinned to the wall. The menu taps into childhood fast food nostalgia, with burgers, fries, onion rings and milkshakes -- plus beer, wine, cocktails and boozy sodas. With five burgers, two chicken sandwiches, two salads, a few shareable starters, Fly Bird chicken tenders, a Chicago-style glizzy and a fried fish sandwich served only on Fridays, the menu isn't long, but offers enough variation to appeal to most diners. The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday right at opening time. We were sat and given menus immediately. We decided to share a burger and fries and an order of tenders. We ordered the blue suede shoes - a burger topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato, carmelized onions, pickles and house remoulade and an order of hot stuff buffalo tenders. Our food was brought relatively quickly and we enjoyed everything. Fries were fresh, crispy and seasoned, burger was cooker perfectly, the tenders were fresh, crispy, saucy and had just the slightest kick of heat to them. Our server was very friendly and helpful, prices were comparable to similar restaurants, and we has plenty of food to bring home. We'd definitely go again.
