Tried ordering online, had difficulty, went inside asked manager for help. He told me that they have been having trouble with the app ordering for over a week. I asked him if he could honor the online deal and he said no. He also said that he doesn't know what's going on with the app ordering, people have been having trouble for over a week. Arby's used to be a very nice meal to buy. I wont go back anymore, the quality of the food has gotten worse over last 2 years. Curly fries used to be the bomb but they have forgotten how to cook. Last 4 times I've received a box of very very over fried pieces of C.F. Today I went and tried the steak bowl, ROFLMAO , steak ? Steak ? This (March 22) was our second visit to this location. Each time the guy (same guy each visit) taking our order was excellent! He's upbeat, friendly, outgoing and professional. They are putting much less meat on the sandwiches. The shakes are smaller. Service good if you check everything. Fountain sodas poor.

I placed an order on their website, paid for it then, specified a time to pick it up an hour later. When I arrived on time for it, manager said he did not get the order. I was able to show him my email confirmation, but he said that was not proof it was paid for. He was unable to discuss this reasonably, so I left. Don't order online, they will literally take your money and say they didn't get the order. Complete trash service. Placed an order online through the website. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. Went to Arby's and was told by the manager that it could take 45 minutes for the order to show on their computer. I came back an hour later and still nothing. I have no option to cancel anything, they saw on my phone that it was paid for. They refused to just make the same food because "too many people cancel orders" while acknowledging that I have no way to even cancel anything. every time we go there and order food it's wrong! I thought I would give them one last chance and my food is still wrong. I got the beef and cheddar meal I asked for extra cheddar, didn't get it, and they put no red sauce on my Sandwich, I never said no red sauce, I said extra cheddar, which I paid for and never received. I also got the hamburger asked for black cherry sauce, it wasn't on it. I visited this restaurant Sunday June 5, 2022 to try the new burger. I waited in line at the drive-through for 23 minutes, paid for my order and when I finally got to the window to pick up my order, a young lady asked me for my bag looked inside and said oh, it's the wrong order. I waited 5 minutes at the window before asking to move up so other drive-through customers could be waited on. 10 minutes later a young lady came out to my car and asked what I had ordered. They no longer had my order ticket, I told her what I ordered and she said she would be right back. Another 10 minutes had passed when she finally brought out my order. When I got home and opened my sandwich wrapper, it was saturated with mayo, I took off the top bun and scraped off the mayo and most of the lettuce came with it. I took a bite and the burger was cold because it was raw! I also I had ordered a diet cola and received a regular cola. I tried calling but there was no answer and did not want to waste another 40 minutes of my time. So very disappointed. I guess they "don't" have the meats! Went into this restaurant for dinner with my Mom. We were the only ones in the place. We could hear the employees cussing behind the counter. I requested a manager and i informed him i was there with my Mom trying to be at a place you wouldn't expect to hear that language especially from the employees! The manager (young arrogant man) told me he didnt have a problem with his employees cussing and that if we didnt like it that Arbys didnt need our business. I told him i wanted the store # and he wouldn't give it to me. He went to the back and called the police on me and my Mother. I gladly waited for the police and the officer got me his name and the store # i have filed a complaint with corporate. I will not return to this restaurant again. It used to be my Moms favorite place to eat. Beware eating here with your kids or your elderly mother who dont need to hear that foul language. I have told our church and we do not do any business with Arbys anymore for our church functions. We were surprised by how nice looking and new this chain was. Everything seems working, friendly and well trained stuff. We liked the food and we even didn't get any food reaction. Portions are much bigger comparing to other chains like Burger King, etc. Their flat bread with fish was very tasty. And their onion fries were very cool. My husband and I are moving to Titusville soon and stopped here after doing some house hunting yesterday. We walked in and were immediately greeted with smiles by all. We had not been to an Arby's in such a long time and my husband remembered the "Horsey" sauce from years ago being a favorite condiment. We didn't even know what to order so the girl made suggestions. We ordered 2 Gyros, a French Dip sandwich and some roast beef sandwiches. My only issue would be was that the curly fries were not fresh but when I tried the turkey Gyro, I thought I was in heaven. I loved it so much I went back and ordered 2 more turkey Gyros! My husband enjoyed everything and YES the Horsey sauce was incredibly delicious! We were wished well when we were leaving, the staff there could give lessons in courtesy, respect professionalism to many restaurants we have been to.
