This store and restaurant combo is so fantastic. I came here with my mother recently and we were out having a nice mother and daughter day out together. We ordered the cinnamon roll skillet/casserole and I also ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. I ended up filling up on the cinnamon rolls, because they were that delicious, and so I was only able to get one bite in of the chicken sandwich, but it was a delicious bite! I also enjoyed some of the fries that came with the sandwich. The service was great but sadly we didn't get our server's name. After we ate we took a walk around the store. The store has so many amazing things that's it's a fantastic store to shop at for anything from Birthday gifts to Christmas gifts, and don't forget Halloween as well. We actually tend to shop here for gifts a lot, especially during the holidays. My mother even bought a giant Christmas tree at Cracker Barrel last Christmas. read more

Just like any other Cracker Barrel, the one in Titusville is just ok. The service can be quite slow during the weekend rush. During one visit, we waited over 35 minutes to order because our server completely forgot about us after handing our waters. The best part about Cracker Barrel are the pancakes. They're probably the best ones you could get in Titusville, way better than IHOP across the street too. Aside from the pancakes, I love their country fried chicken and mashed potatoes served at lunch. Cracker Barrel has been a consistent classic spot for my family and I. We always order our favorites, regardless of their menu evolutions -- their classics are the best. I can never go wrong with their sides sampler, for four of my favorite classic sides. Their Chicken and Dumplings are also a favorite, and my kids love their breakfast offerings. I love that we can order an Old Timers Breakfast no matter what time it is. Their servers are the best! Love how welcoming they always are. We went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast on a Sunday morning arriving around 8:30 am. We had no problem getting seated though the restaurant was already getting busy. Our server was quick as was the food preparation and delivery. We ordered the Chicken and French Toast and Momma's Breakfast. They came pipping hot out to our table. The food was delicious. Cracker Barrel's pancakes are the best I have found anywhere in Titusville and rank among the best pancakes I have ever tasted due to their delicious buttery flavor, crispy edges and tender center. The French toast was also good and is better than any other I have tasted in Titusville. You can taste that they do soak the bread unlike Downtown Diner. The chicken was cooked to perfection, it was not rubbery or tough; it was very tasty. We definitely recommend this location for breakfast when you are in Titusville. The only thing that could be improved was if our server would have refilled our drinks when they dropped off the check. I also tried the vanilla iced latte. Cracker Barrel in Titusville has gone down hill for several months now. Today we were seated and waited over ten minutes for someone to even acknowledge we were there. Three servers in our section waited on everyone including people who were seated after we were. We finally gave up and left making sure to tell the host our situation since there didn't seem to be a manager anywhere around. I thought I placed a "safe" order as it's hard to screw up breakfast. However, Cracker Barrel was able to bust my theory. I ordered Grandma's sampler (all bacon). I ordered over hard eggs, regular hash browns, crispy bacon, and pancakes. My bacon was raw and I returned it immediately. The hash browns were burnt - I ate the center portion. The eggs were still runny in the center - I ate around the runny portion. The pancakes were by far the worst thing. They tasted like a cleaning product and the top pancake looked like it had been thrown on the floor, stepped on and then plated. I sent them back. My food arrived after my husband finished his dinner. Restaurant was not busy. It was around 5:30 on a Thursday night. read more

It smelled bad, the rice was a little over done, and the flavor was meh with a little spice. We also tried the hash browns skillet, also not great. Service is hit or miss. I like Cracker Barrel for reasonable comfort food and quirky country shopping but I don't like staying the night here. This location's sort of become Camp Cracker Barrel and that'll be more or less part of your experience. Along with good natured not so stealthy campers and weary travelers flushing out the parking lot who make this more than a rest stop comes the crowds of those who take advantage and trash the place bringing all the bad things that come along with them. Nobody wants a mouthful of that pissy cesspool storm water drainage ditch air on the way in for pancakes. Gross. Was about bowled over one night on my way out in a rowdy rush of campers dashing in to use the bathrooms one last time before closing is what prompted this review and the barrel of laughs we get rubbernecking the parking lot whenever we drive by. I really have such a tremendous fondness for Cracker Barrel. I love everything about it, from the kitschy country store to the dining area that looks the same in every location to the tasty, down-home cooking. So when we were looking to grab a quick lunch on one of our last days, I naturally through of Cracker Barrel. We showed up around lunchtime and the place was impressively busy. I love that you can walk into any Cracker Barrel and it'll always look exactly how you remember it. We snagged a nice table and began perusing the extensive menu. I eventually decided to go with the Country Fried Steak ("USDA Choice steak fried and topped with Sawmill Gravy. Served with your choice of 2 or 3 Country Sides and hand-rolled Buttermilk Biscuits or Corn Muffins"), and for my two sides, I went with the Hashbrown Casserole and the Fried Okra. (And of course, I selected the Corn Muffins, because they're always so good.) We always had a joke in my family that the food at Cracker Barrel was never hot and that was certainly true this time as well. I nevertheless really enjoyed everything; the steak was tender and flavorful, and my two sides were as delicious as I remembered. I probably could've done without the huge dollop of gravy on the steak, especially since it wasn't hot, but otherwise I loved all the food in front of me. Staying overnight in Titusville Florida on my way to Ft. Lauderdale, decided to have dinner at the local Cracker Barrel, our server Morgan was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient at her job. Cracker Barrel decided to place the catfish back on the menu and let's hope they won't remove it again. I had mine grilled and wifey decided she preferred her fried. The grilled fish was perfectly seared and very flavorful. The turnip greens and dumplings were also delicious. The Mac and cheese was very loose and watery that item I probably wouldn't order again. As always the ambiance is always very quirky. While waiting to pay my check I was noticing all the different odds and ends hanging from the ceiling. If you spend any time traveling throughout the southeastern United States, I am sure that you have encountered a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. It is a national chain that I find just off of interstates. This particular location is just off of Interstate 95 when you are getting on State Road 50 in Tutusville, Florida. Well you can see it just as you get off the exit, I guess it is actually I guess on a side street. I will have to say that I far more enjoy the country store part of Cracker Barrel Old Country Store than the actual restaurant. I enjoy the eclectic mishmash of items that they offer in their store. I guess there is really nothing wrong with the restaurant. It is a chain restaurant and I find that they put an emphasis more on keeping the menu consistent across their multiple locations than worrying about creating a superior dining experience. I will say that I like their breakfast offerings more than the other options. My usual go to at a Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is probably their country fried steak with eggs over easy. All in all, I'm going to give this particular location three stars. While not terrible, it is also nothing special. read more

After a two night stay in Titusville, including a full day at Kennedy Space Center, we got up early, hitched up the trailer in the hotel parking lot, and continued heading north. My wife and kids were hell-bent on seeing manatees, and after having driven more than 1,000 miles from the top of Florida to Key West and halfway back again, we had not seen a single sea cow. as it turned out, that day was destined to see us enjoy more manatees than one could delight in a lifetime... But that's another review. And before we start it off on our adventure to find vegetarian and aquatic life, we stopped to feed the kids and have a breakfast of our own. We only go to Cracker Barrel restaurants when we're out traveling. To be honest, I'm not sure if there are any in our native southern California, but then again, I've never really looked either. We always seem to find them though when we're out on the highways and byways of this great land, and eventually, you just need to put the car in park and answer the call of biscuits and gravy sitting aside eggs and pork products on a big hot plate. This particular location is right off the highway, so a couple of quick turns with the camper and we were stopped for breakfast. Either I'm getting older or restaurant servers are getting younger... Maybe both? The young lady that waited on it seem like she was about 14 or 15, but very kind and patient, even with my indecisive morning kids who seem to include "running the wait staff" as a hobby. Everyone got their usual fare, and I polished off my mail quickly, then scarfed down my daughters side order of grits, which she didn't know what it was, and didn't ask when I ate it. Bonus breakfast meal. The usual old Timey country Decour all over the walls, the not unpleasant den of folks enjoying breakfast with their families, and the occasional clinking of a fork on a plate. This is about as Murica as it gets, but in that kind of way that comes with a tip of the, a friendly smile from folks you just met, and a heartfelt wish that you have a very nice rest of the day sir. We SoCal folks could take a lesson to slow down and enjoy life like this. As for us, we need to enjoy that in those breakfast of moments when we're on vacation. See you next time Cracker Barrel. Do not order take out from this location. They got everything wrong on our order. It was supposed to be eggs Benedict but they forgot the hollandaise sauce and they over cooked the eggs. So it was basically dry bacon, with a dry egg on a dry biscuit. They forgot the side of pancakes. We ordered fresh made chocolate milk and received boxed chocolate water. 4 dollars for a 50 cent mini carton of chocolate water. We called to complain and the manager said they would refund the food and we could even come back to pick up another order. Seems awesome but it took over an hour to get the first breakfast massacre so we were not willing to go back for more torture. As for the refund she promised, it never happened. Cracker Barrel traditionally has amazing food but this location needs to retrain its staff, get more help or stop cutting corners. read more

Can't say anything bad about this location. Food is always fresh and good! Service has always been good even during the pandemic. One of my new found favorites on the menu is the pot roast! It's surprisingly good. It comes with either corn muffin or biscuits. Breakfast is always great and their pancakes are some of my favorites. They now offer limited outdoor dining which is nice. Their menu now includes Beer, Wine and Mimosas. My favorite is the Strawberry mimosa. It's quite tasty. Raised in the south on Cracker Barrel. But living in WA state where there are not any. We were looking forward to it. We were also curious of the publicized changes. On the outside no changes yet. However the menu was definitely different. Some staples were removed and the logo was different. I personally had a hard time finding something I could eat and like as I am trying to watch what I eat. I did order the hashbrown casserole as it is something I used to love and enjoyed. To say the food was OK at best is being way too nice. The hashbrowns were nothing like I remembered. Everything else I could have made better at home. The worst part is I was nauseous the rest of the day. Unless they change the quality of the food or start maybe adding (not replacing') some healthier options, sadly I won't be going back. Side note we saw an updated one in Lakeland,Fl and I thought it was like Joanna Gaines threw up on it. I didn't even recognize it as a Cracker Barrel. This is my number one Cracker Barrel. You can travel up and down 95 and not find one that exceeds this location. I feel they have a well established staff because they are generally fast in all areas of service. Did you also know they have off menu omelettes. One day I asked and my oh my, how glad I am that I did. My go to is the western omelette -- green peppers, onions, cheese, and I choose ham usually (though bacon is bangin in it too). It comes with all the fixins which is biscuits, gravy, grits and jelly. My top compliment for this particular restaurant is that the food is always cooked right. Naomi really turned it around for us at this particular location previously we waited for over an hour and haven't been back in about a year, but Naomi even brought me out some vanilla flavoring for my coffee since all they had was regular creamer.
