It's a slow kitchen.Plain Jane Quesadilla was also pushed out with unmelted cheese, totally putting my teen daughter off of the place. Even she tempered her order, good girl, for thinking the chicken quesadilla was overpriced for what it is. The atmosphere at the Titusville location is is inviting for family dining. There is a good mix of music playing with many TVs around the dining area playing mainly sports. I had the Chicago dog and found it decent, but not great. I would try some different next time. My boy had the West Virginia dog and he liked it a lot. We shared a side of fries, which was plenty for the both of us. This one has more of a rustic bar feel but is a nice relaxing place to bring kids. The food is great. Love the hotdogs with fries. I ordered beer battered fish and chips! It wasn't very appealing but it was alright. Now it was fresh but the fries were cold. It was a family of 8. We had a variety of plates such as the seafood platter, wing platter, and what they're famous for are their wings. We had a very nice waitress she came to check on us a couple of times but she had a lot of tables but every time she passed by she would check our drinks to see if it was needed. Now they had multiple choices of desserts to choose from which was very delightful being that I don't think the meal isn't. Implore without dessert. Horrible Customer Service. Ordered a takeout order told 20 minutes it would be ready. Arrived 20 minutes later and told it would be right out. 50 minutes later still no order and keep getting told it will be right out. At the hour mark spoke with a manager for a refund since the food still wasn't out and we were no longer going to wait. Got the refund asked the manager what the deal was and he just shrugged his shoulders. At that moment a take out order came out and of course it was ours the manager told the server "He doesn't want it take it back and sell it to someone else". There is a small park on the river across the street where we parked and watched the launch . I went into this restaurant and ordered a meal and never got what I ordered the second time, and the first time, the food was put together sloppy and cold. We love Dogs R Us In Titusville but never again will we get stuck in Tandi's section. Pleasant girl but you will wait forever for your food, even longer for to go boxes. This girl even takes her sweet time getting your check. Last week she spent a great deal of time with one couple outside, this week we heard her say to another customer that her best friend was sitting in the far back corner so that explained why she gravitated to that table. The food is wonderful and for most of the staff I have nothing but good things to say. With the exception of the bar tender with the pig tails last week turning the juke box up so loud so she could dance and no one could hear themselves talk even in the corner so several people left. My now and recent fiancé, and I recently dined at this fine hot dog establishment, first we watched a rocket launch from across the river. Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. It's a hot dog joint so ambiance is really that important it's neat little place. Now to the food, we enjoyed the teriyaki wings, nice amount of sauce and mostly the drums, the hotdogs were ok, I had the Rueben and she had the basic sauerkraut mustard and ketchup, I won't order the Rueben again it was boring and lacked enough sauce and cheese to truly make it a Rueben. One dish I have to pick with them. However, my lady wanted a sangria. The only way they serve. It is a small picture which they call a smitcher, it was usually between four and five glasses of sangria. I ordered a beer so I had to have some of her sangria and my beer. I don't think that it's safe to have to make somebody order a snitcher if there's only one person there, especially offer a single glass of sangria, I mean I was even buzzed when I left there and that's not good.
