I ordered from Arby's Zion Crossroads, Virginia, today. The roast beef pictured in their app and on their website was pink in color and looked juicy. What I got was dark brown, dry meat, almost black in color. The Jamocha shake pictured was dark, almost like a chocolate shake. What I got looked like a vanilla shake and had almost no flavor to it whatsoever. The curly fries I received were about half of the amount pictured. I'm so sick of this deceitful advertising. We all just take our orders and figure, Oh, well, I guess that's how it is, and move on. I'm just damn tired of the lies from these corporations and won't be going back. Period. read more

Clean and efficient operation from the parking lot to each one of the dining room tables and restrooms. Counter service was friendly and speedy on turning out a double beef sandwich and fries. Bar none the best fast food restaurant in this area that had over a half dozen. 3.5 seems to fit them perfectly. read more

I dont frequent this Arby's often, but I ordered a #1 double beef and cheddar combo meal with a side of mozzarella sticks, when I was handed the food, all of the cheese in the mozzarella sticks had busted out the sides leaving a empty shell on all of them, then I get back to my break room and open up the sandwich only to find that the bun was molded over...I tried calling the location to speak with someone and nobody is answering the phones. Honestly, I had no problem whatsoever with this location! Arby's is one of my husband and I favorite exit food snack while we ate on drives and road trips. We pulled into the drive through ordered a couple small things each, mozzarella sticks, curly fries, chicken tenders, and he had a Jamocha Shake. The order came out super quick, no line, friendly service, and the order was complete! She even put in extra sauces (call me crazy but I save sauces for use at home). The mozzarella sticks came out hot with melty cheese, tenders were good and crunchy, and who doesn't love the curly fries? I'm not sure how often I'll find myself near this location, but we will continue visiting Arby's! Especially on trips! read more

This Arby's it's not very good probably the worst out of their chain. I do not frequent Arby's too often but I have a few times I have it was easy a bid experience. I suppose they do not care, obviously, if they have happy customers... they are doing you a big favor by providing very low quality food and you pay for it. It was always had been cold, dried out and lacked the amount of beef that it should have. The fries were cold and dried out, q/2 way full and had bits and pieces instead of full fries. They always seemed to forget to provide Arby's sauce, napkins, and straws. Really what good is this? I suppose you need to explicitly ask for it. read more

The food was great, the people working there seemed like they really cared and the bathroom was clean. Had the standard Arby's ambiance, which is a level above the usual fast food joints, especially this close to the interstate. Will definitely come visit this Arby's again. Other than that if you like Arby's you'll like this place. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place. I got a chicken sandwich and my chicken was chewy... I don't know if that means it's over cooked or undercooked but I wasn't about to eat it. The service is just okay and the restaurant was not very clean or organized. read more

Just ordered at the drive through that was horrific. The chick at the intercom had a bad attitude. We just laughed it off but dang it wasn't even that busy. We ordered two meals and some sliders and when we asked for the sauces she said to just tell her at the window. When we got there we asked them she said yes and disappeared. Next came some guy completely clueless of what was going on and tried to hand us a milk shake and telling us our total. We were so confused and we kept telling him we didn't order that. Any who's.... so we asked for Ranch, BBQ, and Bronco Berry sauce and well he gave us one of each and we asked for a few more and still got this confused face! Not so sure what's going on at this location but it's always a strange experience! I like my cheese on my sandwich not the box so maybe a class on where things go should be done. read more

They have very bad customer service. My middle school boys were on a school bus trip and stopped for food at Arby's zion xroad. My boys ordered sliders and sandwich. The order was not big and they were first in line. The entire bus was served except for my children. A teacher even asked what was taking so long for all the other children got their orders. They ordered first, paid first, and got cold sliders and sandwich last! Dead last. They saw my kids waiting for the food, no one stopped and asked what they were waiting for. Ignored until the teacher stepped in to ask for the food. If not for the teacher, they probably would not have served them at all! Never going there again and will go to another Arby's in the future if there are absolutely no other food places. We will get service station food if available. I will not give patronage to businesses who don't care about insulting customers. Food is not good enough to overlook being ignored, forgotten and given bad service. read more

This location just opened a week ago, and they've been slammed every day. I went today and ordered something that is not on the menu, but that they'll make for you if you ask for it. Of course being a new location with new employees, there was a bit of confusion. The drive-through guy took my order after getting it okay'd by his manager, but when I got to the window, it was wrong. It took about 10 minutes total to get through the drive-through line, but when I got my food, they also threw in a turnover to apologize for the wait. It's obvious they want to please, and hopefully that kind of service will last. read more

So unprofessional.. 2nd time in 2 days. The coke machine not working right they mixed up the flavors and coke was syrup. They ignored it, had to get other drink, people not trained. We got the pecan chicken sandwich. It's a very large sandwich and they didn't even cut it in half. It was awkward to eat so I are from the side. I ate about 1/3 before I got any chicken salad in my bite. Husband did not like the fruit in it. This Arby's has been serving us for years and not once have they let us down. Once we went through the drive through and someone ordered a sprite. Unfortunately as we were leaving it was discovered it had no sprite flavor in it and it was just carbonated water. The employees were very apologetic and gave us a refill and an extra one for free for our trouble (once they added syrup for the sods of course.) I recommend this location strongly. read more

Food is fine, but the few times I've been here they have no air conditioning and it takes awhile to get food.

Maybe it was just the day and time, but the service was incredibly slow on a Sunday at 1 pm. I will go back but not if there is a line at the drive through. read more
