In 2022 my brother moved to The Ranch as he could no longer physically navigate The Village campus. The Ranch staff loved on him, making the transition much easier. At this point, he fully transitioned to campus life, rather than a working world schedule. They provided an array of classes, with each resident having 3 classes per day. Staff filled in with special activities during class semester breaks. Finally, my brother had further medical issues and moved to The Villa, where there was more access to medical support and services. Once again, the staff had smart suggestions to help this transition and were always willing to work through any rough spots which might occur. Supports at the Villa included an on-site physical therapy team, around the clock nursing care, a PA on site full time, a dedicated doctor, a social worker, as well as daily planned activities. Marbridge was a life long blessing for both my brother and my family. Our experience has been that they provided a quality living environment with appropriate levels of care for all stages of life.

They seem to keep parents away and tell residents not to tell them anything. I cried too many times to stay working at The Village. The net result was the team walking off the job having received most of their payment but not having delivered on the job. I wound up hiring Woody's metal and they sorted the whole thing out without any drams and in a very efficient manner in less than 10 days. I would not recommend Manchaca metals. I am including some photos that compare the quality of work delivered by Manchaca compared to the quality of work delivered by the crew I hired to replace them. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this crew for anything that requires: working against plans, precision, focus, attention, or just generally giving a damn.

It was the best experience I have had in a studio and the result is the best product that I have recorded to date. It was nice working with Kfir because he has a very positive attitude and makes sure everything possible is done to make the recordings sound the way I want them. Rom is a pro level drummer and was able to write specific drum tracks that fit each song perfectly in a short period of time. Kevin Abbenante mixed the recordings and they couldnt sound any better.
