Chase and his team initially answered the phone and came to our house following multiple water slab pipe leaks (cold and hot lines) in our kitchen and living room area. He helped us with mitigation was super nice, easy to deal with, and fully understood that me and my family were going through a lot of stress at the time. They sectioned off the area that needed to be dried out and ensure all the dehumidifiers, blowers and purifier units were placed inside this area to help control the heat in an area without any AC vents. This made a huge difference for us since it allowed us to continue to live in our home while going through this painful and lengthy process and still have full use of our kitchen sink throughout the entire 3 month process. We also decided to use them for the restoration portion of the job which we didn't have to do. That's when we worked with Andrew and Tanner as well as Rodrigo and Nelson.
