The amount was shocking and, in my opinion, completely disproportionate to the issue. What makes this even more frustrating is that we proactively requested a move-out inspection on several occasions because we wanted to identify and address any concerns before vacating the unit. Each time, we were told that nothing major should be a concern. Based on those conversations, we believed there were no significant issues that would result in substantial move-out charges. When we later received the several charges, we asked whether the mark could be buffed out or otherwise repaired without replacing the door. That option was immediately dismissed, and we were told that repairing and replacing the door was the chosen course of action. As tenants, we had no input in that decision, yet we were expected to bear the full cost. What made the situation even more disappointing was the interaction with Tina, the property manager. During our conversation, she was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional when we attempted to discuss reasonable alternatives and better understand the charge. Rather than working toward a fair resolution, our concerns were brushed aside. She even emphasized that the apartment unit will not have been able to be rented out with the fridge's cosmetic issue. The charge also does not align with our own move-out video evidence documenting the condition of the apartment when we vacated. Prior to moving out, we requested a move-out inspection on several occasions because we wanted to address any potential issues before turning over the unit. We were repeatedly told that nothing major should be a concern. I strongly encourage future residents to thoroughly document their unit with photos and videos, request written confirmation of any move-out guidance provided by management, and keep records of all communications. My experience left me with serious concerns about the fairness, transparency, and consistency of the move-out charge process.

The complex has numerous amenities which provide residents many options without ever leaving...beautiful swimming pool/hot tub, 24 hr fitness center, barbecue / dining area, dog park, walking trails and beautiful landscaping throughout. This is in addition to a wide variety of social activities provided at the clubhouse by management during the entire year. The complex has a reliable and very capable 24/7 on site courtesy officer and a gated entrance for security. An outstanding responsive maintenance department is also greatly appreciated. My wife and I reside in a 2 bedroom unit that is very spacious and smartly designed giving my visitors privacy with their own full bath adjoining the guest room far apart from the master. My wife loves the spacious kitchen, it's stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinet space. Our outdoor views are all natural and wooded which we love. Lastly and probably most importantly is the always kind, competent and hard working management team that without their consistent efforts, the Sanctuary wouldn't be what it is. And that is a true community feel, that helps to create new friendships, a beautiful well maintained environment and much much more. The Maintenance Team led by Scott are simply incredible. The maintenance guys are very friendly, professional and efficient. The staff at the Leasing office, Lisa, Paula and Kelsie are always welcoming, very helpful and caring! They always host the best residents events! The ladies are very knowledgeable! The property is clean, and very well kept. For the past 3 years, they're very consistent with yearly inspections! This is by far, the best apartment complex we've lived in! Never really had an issue while living in here except maybe some dog owners are very lazy and not picking up after their pets despite the fact that the property has several pet waste station! They have a very decent trail where you can enjoy morning or evening walks. We felt very safe here over the last three years, we're only leaving due to job relocation. From the very beginning, I clearly communicated my situation to the property manager, Brittany, by email. She instructed me to provide a letter from the Army, saying the company would review it and potentially relieve me from termination penalties. I submitted the letter, only to be told it was insufficient. Brittany then referred me to Melissa, who told me over the phone exactly what additional information was needed. I went through the expense and hassle of translating, notarizing, and revising the letter exactly as instructed. After waiting days, I was abruptly informed my documentation would not be accepted simply because my husband serves in the Israeli Army rather than the U.S. Army--a fact they knew from the very beginning. Instead of being upfront, they misled me into wasting time and money, making me believe compliance would resolve the matter. To make things worse, Melissa ignored my emails and calls entirely. I had to send multiple follow-ups just to get a partial response from Jamie, while Brittany also stopped replying. This is the type of customer service they provide--unprofessional, unresponsive, and dishonest. I was transparent from the start, but Primrose and Olympus Property were not. Their lack of accountability has caused me unnecessary frustration and hardship. I would never recommend doing business with them.

Me and my caregiver moved into this apartment complex from the apartment complex under same…read moremanagement in Bonifay. We moved in in 2024 and now going on June 2026. I am very comfortable here. It's very quiet and people are friendly. Everyone just coexists together. The landlady has always been super helpful and very nice. Especially seeing how I'm disabled. She always checks in and makes sure that everything is OK. There are laundry services on-site. Animals under 20 pounds are accepted with proper paperwork. Service animals or ESA are also accepted with proper paperwork Stove and refrigerator are included. I would rate the noise level a 2 to 3 if the scale were 1 out of 10. It's very quiet and peaceful. You can hear your neighbor just barely. Enough to be background noise that's actually comforting. Garbage disposal is included with rent. You are assigned a parking spot. You can usually feel the breeze off of the bay even though you're not right on the bay You are about 1 mile and a 4 to 5 minute drive away from the shops and Food of Freeport. The surrounding towns have bigger shops that you can go to. The sheriff station is less than a mile away. Emergency services arrive in a very timely manner. Overall, it's a very lovely place to live and I am happy to be here. (RENT IS NOT A SET PRICE, IT GOES BASED OFF OF YOUR INCOME)

Deveid, our tile/travertine guy took his time and communicated with us every step of the way. He made sure we were happy with his work. Sean was our sales guy, who was laid back and easy to work with, not pushy. Morgan, in the office, guided us through the design process and picking out the things we wanted with great patience...we changed our minds on things and she was so graceful. Jaxon was our project manager and did a great job of showing up, confirming we were pleased with the work being done and getting things moving along, taken care of through it all. The pool looks beautiful and we are quite happy with the work they did and the people we worked with.

Blue Haven Pools & Spas is, without question, the worst company I have ever dealt with…read more I've built a 20,000-square-foot home and completed countless construction, renovation, and build-out projects over the years. I understand that delays can happen, but I have never experienced such poor communication, lack of accountability, and broken promises from any contractor. In June 2025, I paid a $48,600 deposit for a pool renovation. After signing the contract, I didn't hear from anyone for over a month. I repeatedly called and emailed before finally reaching someone, only to be told they couldn't start as originally promised. The project didn't begin until February 2026. My first project manager never provided a direct phone number--only an office extension where he was never available. For months, I left voicemail after voicemail and sent countless emails to him, the office staff, and the branch manager. Most of them went completely unanswered. Eventually, the branch manager contacted me to say my original project manager had left the company (or was fired). I was assigned a new project manager who at least answers his phone, but every conversation has been another promise with no follow-through. I still can't get firm dates or straightforward answers. To make matters worse, I was told I had to pay the remaining balance of the contract in full before the final phase of the project could be completed. I did exactly that over two weeks ago, and since then they've had a crew on-site only once. Back in February, I gave them a very reasonable completion deadline of July 1, giving them more than enough time to finish what is not a large or particularly complicated renovation. Instead, my project has sat completely idle for a combined total of at least two months. To make matters even worse, because of Blue Haven's repeated delays and poor project management, I was forced to spend another $2,000+ to upgrade the pool plaster simply so it could cure faster and be swimmable sooner. Because of these delays, I now have renters arriving and will likely have to let them stay free of charge because the pool is unusable. Instead of a finished renovation, I have a construction site. This company has shown a complete lack of professionalism, communication, scheduling, and customer service. I'm honestly shocked they're still in business.
