I came across Best Deal Auto Glass. Keith answered my call (10/17/22) and squeezed me in for next day service (10/18/22). I arrived at 10:10am and Keith got right to work. I was out by 10:50am. Work looks good. Still need to make sure there's no leaks with rain, washing car etc. But Keith assured me 1 year warranty on labor. I'll take it! P.S. It's no big fancy Auto Glass shop. I get here and I was explaining to this person how it happened. This happened yesterday as I was driving from work I heard, felt and saw a small rock hitting my windshield. I brought my car to this place in less than a day. He started saying that someone had already repaired it, this was already fixed, this happened along time ago maybe when I bought it ( umm I bought it in 2024), he started saying so many things and I was in shock. I told him I was not lying, I'm not a liar. NO ONE has touched my car for any repairs yet. I didn't get a response by text, hours later I ended up calling then was told the windshield had not arrived yet and the appointment would need to be Saturday. On Saturday, I again had to wait for an update and was eventually told he would be arriving at 1 PM, Marco then reached out past 1pm and let me know he will be 30 minutes to an hour late. The windshield itself was installed and the price was pretty reasonable. However, I did notice that the lower right trim around/below the windshield was not fully seated afterward. I was able to seat it myself, so it ended up being a minor issue. The bigger problem was the communication and calibration follow-up. I asked for a report confirming the windshield calibration had been completed and was sent to a location in El Monte. After sitting in traffic for almost an hour to get there, I checked in and the people at the location had no idea who I was or why I had been sent there. Marco then called me and explained that the person I needed had already left and that I would now need to go to another location. I was told I could go to ANOTHER location on Saturday, so I messaged Marco the day before asking for the address. He never responded. It is now Saturday and I still have not received the location or the calibration report I originally requested. Overall, the windshield was installed for a decent price, but the communication throughout the process was extremely lacking and the calibration follow-up has been frustrating and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I most likely would not use this business again.
