David from Arce Painting did an amazing job!!! We hired Arce Painting to repaint our bathroom ceiling, which had cracks and peeling paint. David showed up the first day with a colleague to do the work and finished up the second day on his own. He showed up on time both days and cleaned up before he left. David gave us a great price and even touched up our window trim, door trim and the top part of our walls. Just did a fantastic job. The best thing about David is that he did the work with kindness and respect. He treated our home like it was his own. Our bathroom looks completely new. The estimates from two other contractors were much higher because they said we needed to replace the ceiling. I'm not an expert, but I'm happy with what David did without having to replace the ceiling. Arce Painting does drywall work, so if anything comes up, we'll be fine. I was grateful that he came up with an affordable solution in our budget. We look forward to working with Arce Painting again soon. read more

Can't paint (clearly don't realize they need to do edges of wall, don't remove outlet covets and instead paint over them, leave highly visible roller marks), can't patch drywall (despite claiming they can do professional level drywall work), and are more comfortable delivering subpar work than correcting an underquoted project despite customer requests. We needed help fixing a previous drywall patching job. I created a Yelp request and David responded within minutes (even late at night). He asked good questions about the job that helped ease nerves surrounding the work that needed to be done. He offered a fair and reasonable price. David came the next day and offered to paint the drywall job after fixing. I didn't plan for him to paint, but his pricing was once again reasonable, and he was able to complete everything within one day. Overall, the job was well done, David provided great communication, and he was quiet and respectful as I was working across the hallway. Got painting to be done? This is the guy! Very impressive. I highly recommend ARCE Painting. When David came to estimate the work, he answered my questions before I even asked them and his estimate was on the spot and reasonable. The painting work I had him do was on the exterior of my house. He covered everything that could possibly get splashed with paint but I'm not sure it was all even needed he is such a careful and skilled painter. He completed everything sooner than estimated and when he was done, it was beautiful. I'm extremely pleased. His cleanup was impeccable. David was quick to respond and give me a reasonable quote to demo and drywall, insulate and paint 4 closets in my house. He and his crew were so polite and professional. They went out of their way to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction however I did notice some issues which I touched up. David offered to come back, but for minor issues it wasn't worth it. So not 100% perfect but no one is and so they deserve 5 stars for truly going above and beyond in terms of being clean, neat, polite, and considerate. I first hired Arce to repair some drywall that was cut when we added electrical outlets to our living room. He was so quick to respond, and came out to give us an estimate right away. I was impressed with the quality of work, and so we additionally hired Arce to paint our whole second floor and the ceiling of our second floor to get our unit house ready to put on the market. Other companies were clearly trying to price gouge us when they heard we had a time sensitive project, but Arce gave us an excellent price, worked quickly, and took great care with his work. We needed drywall repair in the ceiling due to a leak. David responded quickly with a quote! Most contractors quoted a two day job but he did it in one using a heat dryer. A two day job cost twice as much. He did an outstanding job on the work, but most of all he was true to his quote, he was very kind, and took care of the work area. I cannot recommend him enough! Just had a great experience with Arce painting my kitchen and 2 bedrooms. I contacted David on Saturday, and he was able to compete the project beautifully (trim work and window wells as well) by EOD Tuesday so I could move with my movers on Wednesday. He did a great job taking out the old screws and patching left over anchor holes from the previous resident of my apartment. His work was thorough, clean, and quick!
