Noble pro was quick to respond and come out to assess crown molding that had become detached from the wall. They thought I needed to replace the crown molding on one side of the wall and that is what I was quoted for. However, when they came out to fix it, they decided that wasn't necessary. They fixed and painted the wall (including running to the store to get the right color paint) and it was like new within a couple hours. Highly recommend for quality, service and price. read more

I have used Noble Pro Painting a handful of times now and each job has been different. They first repaired a leak from a second floor shower that was destroying the first floor ceiling, they found the area were able to reseal the area and repair the ceiling as if it had never happened. The second job was a neglected income property who's hallway walls became cracked and peely, within 3 days they were able to get in prep all the walls, paint and repair an outdoor overhang that had also peeled needed to be repainted. They have been my go to for a few years now, their prices are reasonable, Im comfortable with giving them access to properties when I cannot be present and the outcome of their services are impecable. I have used Noble Pro for two different jobs: first for repairing water damage and second to repaint my ceiling and addressing cracks in crown molding. Both times the results are excellent. The process to receive the quotes is quick and very transparent. When the work was being done, they arrived at the exact time they said they would and were very professional (I work from home and was able to work in another room without any noise issue). I hired Noble Pro Painting after reading some positive reviews. Later on I realized that those reviews had been written many years ago. When I received a long Invoice by Christopher, the owner with a high prize and many items, that went on and on, and wanted me to sign off. I had a bad feeling and thought of not hiring them. Long story short, the First day they came they told me they would be leaving later in the day at about 4:30 PM. I came home at 3:00 PM and they had left, without a note. The apartment that is rather small was left with all of their tools spread in my living area and in the Hallway. Many other incidents occurred. I treated the workers with consideration and respect, and paid them accordingly. I I later called and told Christopher that small wall, column I wanted it painted as the original color I had previously. I had already paid them in Full and the work was was done by another painter for $100.00 and took him only 25 minutes. Christopher told me he would send me an Invoice and treated me in an awful way saying it was my fault, and saying I wanted to paint the wall purple, which was not true. read more

However, I asked for a modification to exclude some items as our budget was not high. Long story short, they ditched me when the cost of the work was going to end up at less than $5,000. I am SO IMPRESSED with the quality of work Noble Pro did in our newly purchased home. The house is over 100 years old, and they did some (necessary) extensive patching to prep the walls beforehand. The place now looks brand new! We were shocked by how quickly they worked, and the final product is beyond perfect. They painted three rooms, a hallway and a staircase. Xavier (co-owner) also gave us some amazing advice on some other projects we are hoping to complete in the house, on top of re-hanging a ceiling fan that was a little wonky in one of the rooms. Very disappointing experience. This company was recommended to us by several people, and the initial meeting and estimate were done very professionally. We did a detailed walk-through of the unit to be painted, and they generated a detailed estimate. However, once the painting began, the quality of the work was poor. Many missed spots, drips left on walls, uneven lines at transitions and general lack of attention to detail. Due to these issues, the project ran over by two days. They were supposed to do some wallpaper work, but the wallpaper installer never showed up. We had to call the company's managers and they had no idea that he had not arrived at our house yet--and we had to reschedule. Worst of all, when the painting was finally complete, the work looked like something an average homeowner could do themselves, not what you would expect from professional painters. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. There is little communication from the company, and they don't seem to communicate with each other. The cost was much higher than other estimates we received, but we went with this company because so many people raved about them, and we assumed the work would reflect that. I do not recommend this company for any reason. read more

My parents needed their foyer walls and several bedroom ceilings redone; foyer walls were peeling and bedroom ceilings had some water damage. We found Noble Painting via yelp reviews and messaged them for a quote. They were super responsive in replying back and we had an appointment within a couple of days. Christopher came by the house, assessed the damage and provided a quote by the next business day. We had other companies come in to assess and provide us quotes and Christopher was very patient in following up with us during this time. We had a mix up on available dates and Christopher was able to reschedule us for a preferred, earlier date and was super easy to work with. During the repairs, there were some issues found with the foyer walls and Christopher emailed me the issues and also talked me through them - was super helpful to hear them explained but he reassured me that his team was going to address these issues. My parents are very pleased with the work that was done and with the team that Christopher sent over and told me so repeatedly. Don't recommended using them based on the fact that they allow online quote requests, however do not actually provide those quotes without doing an on site assessment or asking many follow up questions. I understand that the online quote is a very rough estimate of the price, but for some reason the other 3 companies I requested a quote from all delivered within an hour. In today's world, online connectivity is critical to running a good business. Perhaps they do good work, but they don't do good online estimates, And their 4.5 star review is not as good as some Of the other companies who provided instantaneous online quoted. read more

Yes, they may be a little pricier than most and you might have to edit a month or so to get in... but they are 100% worth it! They did a wonderful job painting my master bedroom. We found Noble Pro through Yelp and were amazed by the 5 star reviews and overall comments they'd received. As recent home buyers, we wanted to give our place a little pizzazz. Watching these home improvement shows gave us an idea of using wallpaper as an accent wall in our living room instead of painting. We contacted Christopher at Noble Pro, set up a time and date for him to get the measurements of our wall, and he gave us a quote along with the amount of wallpaper needed (we picked and purchased the wallpaper from a separate store). Once the wallpaper was shipped to Christopher, he contacted us and we set up a date and time for the work to be done. Xavier actually did the work, but Christopher came by to introduce us to him. And Xavier was amazing! He was so quick and thorough with the installation of the wallpaper, and complimented us on the choice! Honestly the end result looks like the wallpaper was painted on the wall; no creases or indentations or anything!! So later we find out they installed backsplash. After the tremendous job with the wallpaper we gave Christopher a call and got a quote for installation in our kitchen. Sure enough, he came by with his backsplash crew and in a day and a half, our kitchen looks phenomenal. The backsplash crew was clean, protective of our furniture and super fast. The people at Noble Pro are so professional, prompt and courteous. We will definitely be contacting them FIRST for any changes we even think about making to our home in the future! We had our kitchen backsplash re-done by Noble Pro Painting back in August 2014. I received several quotes - all just by googling/yelping companies and researching reviews. Christopher came out and gave me an estimate, one they stuck with throughout the project, no hidden costs. NPP came back much cheaper than the others so we went with them. We had an existing backsplash that was already up, so a majority of the hard labor would be spent knocking out the old tile. The day of the job, NPP had 3 men come to our house, and what was originally supposed to be a 2 day job, they got done in one day, about 10 hours. It was phenomenal - they worked so quickly and were all so professional. Part of the reason we were able to cut the other day out is we sealed the grout and tile ourselves 48 hours later, eliminating the need for them to come back out. The other companies I received quotes from estimated at least 2-3 days for the entire project. During the project the men laid down paper all around my house so they wouldn't scratch the hardwood, utilized an outside outlet to plug in the wet saw/did all the tile cutting outside, and did a great job cleaning up. They even took their lunch around 2:30, after working for 7 hours so they could eat while the new tile was drying as to not waste time. I have the highest recommendation for them - it was the right price and a fantastic job. We were a little nervous if the quality of work would be reflected with going with a cheaper company, but that was the farthest thing from the truth. Also, because we opted to purchase the tile/grout/sealant all ourselves, I had many questions for Chris during the weeks leading up to the project, and he responded to every single question in a timely manner.
