Walking inide, you stand in line and wait to be called and when it's your turn, you ask for the product and the gentleman tells you were it is on the floor or they will need to retrieve it from the stock room. Today I found antifreeze but it was a bit more than I'm used to paying for. I grabbed 2 bottles and headed back up front. The customer service was very professional and cordial. Pro-Tip before you leave the counter to pick up your product off of the shelf, ask the gentleman if you need to stand on line again or express the line and go straight to the counter.
