A nice girl named ?Priti" did such a great job almost painless threading and eyebrow tint. Definitely going back.

Update: They stated that they brought the gel back that doesn't stain your skin. But I came today and it stained my skin, it's apparent that it isn't the same product. I hope to see consistency and the true miracle gel to be used again. I'm not happy but I am willing to give them another chance... I ask that for me techs don't go so dark on the tint, no need! the pic I posted is perfect. Tips for the techs; ask the client to show you a pic instead of assuming you know what they want and in return get a poor review. The only reason why I rated them a one star was because they had the gel tint (that doesn't stain skin and it was a perfect brown) for a short time which made my brows look amazing. Everyone was asking so they can go to where I go. I came in today and found out that they no longer use that particular gel so I went ahead and used powder and it was a total fail, my eyebrows look horrible! After I told ppl where to go for brows and now I have to tell them to go else where. :/ The manager is sweet but I question the products they use. I miss having my brows, soon I will have them perfect again, it's just finding the right tech. Asima is good, she takes her time. The manager is sweet but at the end of the day it comes down to service and delivery. This place may be perfect for someone else but its really finding the right tech who will listen and deliver to your terms. I also look over reviews and if I see any inconsistencies I think twice about going to that place. read more

Went in for simple brow threading, but ended up getting brow tinting, eyelash lift and tinting as well. There was no pressure to get all these services...I just got excited when I arrived and saw all that was offered! I was extremely disappointed. I was not informed until AFTER my services that I could not use my Groupon until after 24hrs of purchasing. I walked in expecting to pay $10 and ended up having to pay $20. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. Needless to say I WILL NOT BE RETURNING. TOTAL RIPOFF! I've NEVER paid so much for threading! Ridiculous & Greedy! I'd like to add that this was the MOST PAINFUL experience I've EVER had. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years. The person who threaded my eyebrows cut way too much off and messed up my micro bladed eyebrows which I had to get redone soon after. After the owner said I could get a refund I come back in and they tell me to call the owner again. The customer service is terrible and so is the threading service. read more

Today I returned to the Flower Mound location of Arch and Brown for a eyebrow threading and tent. I always see my favorite person for that, ... who does other services now I hear such as lasering and waxing. My experience with her is always superior. My eyebrows are done perfectly to shape my face, tinted appropriately to match my coloring, and this is over many times now. She took the time to ask and get to know what I wanted and listened when I returned and said I thought I needed longer time or more application in on the inside and outside of my brow, and tiny details I liked were always remembered as well. She has always appreciated any tip I provided or if I did not have any cash available the smile and goodbye is always the same. Service is professional and she takes her time. Today was no exception. She did wonderful and suggests services sometimes which of are great help and very well priced. I have purchased them many times in the past years. Other women there have done extra great jobs and I rate Nadia as a 5 plus in all categories I have had with her. I've had many services over years in Flower Mound. She is owner of all locations. Her demeanor is so kind like Asma and both knowledgeable about services. Many times I've asked Asma if I need lip threading and she has said no all but once over the years. So today when she suggested it (and I thought I'd seen some darkening) I trusted her. I leave feeling taken care of and we both have gotten to know each other, which is very nice, she smiles and makes it a great experience. I'm grateful for her services. All of the services including facials, (I love the glo one) and I used to get mink eyelashes, which I loved!!! They have really good deals on them around various occasions, holidays and in general. I earned points that allowed me to get a facial. I kept Services I still need to use that I bought in a very nice package and was able to gift out one to a friend. My daughter uses some of the basic threading. She sees anyone and always has had a great experience with each lady. Everyone is easy to talk to. Communication is the key. Know what to say you want and do not want. Thanks to you all there. I recommend this place to be explored-stop in and see all the deals and specials going on, services offered, vast array of choices and get on the email or text alert so when specials come you can take advantage of them as well. Sanitation is horrible. We took our family on Saturday and noticed a woman going from woman to woman threading without washing her hands. She also had red marks all over her face that looked like the chicken pox or measles. We left and will not return. The waiting chairs are dirty and smell. If you're going to be working with clients, please wash your hands between clients. And don't cough while you're doing someone's face. Also, none of these women have any certificate/training. They have their friends, grandmas threading. And saliva everywhere. Unacceptable and should be turned in to proper authority for inspection. Please was your hands and clean up the place. I came to Arch Brows because of an advertisement for a free eyebrow thread. I usually go to Style of India, and am happy with them, but I figured if it was free, I'd give them a chance to win my business. I regret it. I don't know if it is was because I showed the coupon up front or what, but I am serious when I say the girl did my eyebrows in under 3 minutes flat. She didn't listen to my request that my brows just be "cleaned up" and that I like them thicker. In under 3 minutes, she basically destroyed my brows. They are even thickness the whole length (generally not desirable for most women), and just much too thin. I'll have to spend a couple months growing them out to get reshaped back to normal. I gave an extra star for price (obviously) and the woman's generally nice demeanor, but I would recommend everyone stay away!!! read more

I love going here. I only usually come in as a walk-in and there is never a line. They know exactly how to work with my eyebrows, even when I've plucked them and messed them up beyond what I think can be repaired. They're so kind here and the prices are so cheap. I come here after work and there's never a long wait. I'm in and out pretty fast. I like that they don't try to force you to keep your brows really thick, but they also don't make them super skinny. Most importantly, I'm slightly a weirdo and can never initially tell if my brows are even- they never get impatient with me when they hand me the mirror and I'm triple checking to make sure my brows aren't wonky. They offer a lot of other facial/ spa services but I haven't tried any of those yet. read more

Great service, friendly and fast!! I highly recommend. I will be going back, when needed. I have always just "plucked" or waxed. Waxing always left me with whelps on and around the areas waxed and left it so raw for days. Threading is not as painful as waxing, at all. The girls here are fast, it's over before you know it and no after effects; no whelps, no rawness, no swelling. I'm sold!!!!! Love it! The only problem is they will always try to charge you more, if you take in a coupon. You have to argue with them to get the "deal" they are offering that month. They do always try to up-sale, as well. Which make it awkward at check out. read more
