Got a very friendly greeting when i first walked in. I didn't make an appointment and there was only a 5 minute wait. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for years at other salons. However, this was my first time getting my lip and chin threaded. Haleema did a pretty good job! I'm not 100% in love with my eyebrows. After having paid for eyebrows and facial package, in full amount, the center is unable to locate the package and has no record in the system. No call back received. I wasted time in stopping at local center but no apology and no call back. After repeatedly trying to reach them and multiple call wait times, they ask me to track the payment history. Luckily having paid on credit card , 2 months ago, I notify them. Still no apology upfront and when asked to refund the amount, refused by OWNER. I went here to get a Brazilian Wax and I am NEVER coming here again. They do not use hard wax. They use strips to wax your pubic hair and that is not what you are supposed to use. They are more painful than hard wax and there is a higher possibility of leaving your vagina swollen and bleeding. After I went there today I know not to come here ever again. My vagina is definitely swollen, it is bruised, and it is extremely red. Some of the skin even came off and it bled. So I'm warning you, please do NOT come here to get a Brazilian wax. I had a facial at Arch Brows. The estitician did not wrap my hair with a towel which meant that my hair got wet. She didn't examine my skin under magnification, use steam or use a hot towel at all. What i received was a facial massage with a very cold towel. Very sad and very disappointed in the service. read more

ALWAYS understaffed. There is one lady that works almost everyday and seems to be the only one who cares to take care of people coming in. She's greeting, threading, and checking out. I sat there as 3 people came in behind me and apparently one booked appointment..while a girl named Amisha/Misha sat in the back on her phone talking loudly like a teenage girl in a fight with her boyfriend. The lady actually working called for her multiple times and she continued to ignore her. Their packages are wonderful, and overall have saved me both a lot of money and time. I've always had a good experience here, and have never had an appointment and am serviced quickly as a walk-in. I have always used the eyebrow tint and threading package, so I cannot comment on other services. If you like going to a salon and just relaxing while receiving a service, they are good for this as well - the technicians will service you quietly and professionally. This does not mean they're not personable, as if you start a conversation they will definitely talk with you, but otherwise they are quick and professional. The only critique I have is the location, as the shopping center has limited parking on busier days like weekends, and the salon itself is not much for atmosphere/decor. But hey, if you come for the service at a good price, this is a good option to consider. read more

My boyfriend and I had the best waxing experience here! I went in for a full leg and a bikini and he went in for his first ever Brazilian. Our waxer, Ms Patty, did a fantastic job on both of us! She was very thorough and made absolutely sure we were satisfied with our waxes once she was done. Some aestheticians are uncomfortable having other people in the room while they're waxing you. But ours was very accommodating when we wanted to be in the room together. My boyfriend was nervous and wanted me there with him, and I wanted an extra pair of eyes to check the areas I couldn't see. I highly recommend going here for a wax! My one thing would be that I hope they're able to add hard wax to their services. Soft wax can be rough on intimate areas. Our waxer said she's trying to get this under way and I hope she's able to do so. That would've made the experience absolutely perfect. We are both so satisfied and were very happy with our experience. I suggest asking for Ms Patty by name. She's obviously skilled, very personable, makes you feel comfortable, and is an absolute hoot. read more

I didn't have an appointment and amazingly enough they were able to get me in and out quickly. I'm very happy with the results and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good hair removal service. I did not have any irrigation and it looks great I'm very happy with the results. It's great they follow up via email to make sure that I'm satisfied with the customer service and my the appearance. Yes they do upsell other services as mentioned in other reviews however doing so is part of every salon I've been to. It may feel awkward to some customers it doesn't bother me as they are very clear with the explanation and it is easy to just say that you are not interested in other services or even to go home and think about it. They offered store credit, but I no longer live in the area. I have no friends or family in the area to pass it along to. They have several hundred dollars from me that they did no work to receive. My experience here was by far the worst waxing experience I have ever had. My esthetician (who I really wish I could've seen her creditials) was Esma. During this entire experience I dealt with three people: the assistant who scheduled my appointment, Esma, and Heleema. The only reason I have two names is because I watched them type in the Groupon. I asked for their names multiple times along with the name of the person I spoke with over the phone as well. The assistant scheduled me for 12 pm and was even nice enough to tell me what Groupon would benefit me more. I live 30 minutes away... so I'm sure you could image my face when Heleema told me that she didn't see my appointment and to come back two days later. After 5 minutes of explaining that I drove 30 minutes WITH an appointment. She rolls her eyes at me and says she can do a Brazilian (one of the THREE things I scheduled an appointment for.) I ignore her rude gestures and go into the room with Esma. She didn't even blow the wax, place her hand on the freshly waxed spot after pulling, nor did she take her time. she just kept ripping and yanking and even got hot wax on my hands and OTHER PARTS that shouldn't have been touched at all. She kept going over the same spots with HOT wax instead of just FREAKING tweezing it!! and after COMPLETELY FINISHING she used BABY OIL instead of witch hazel which was also irritating. I will never step place in this establishment ever again!! I cannot believe how terrible this experience was. I am literally writing this review in the car, I refuse to make this 30 minute drive home without writing this review. read more

I bought a groupon for my guy, to get waxed on various parts of his body. In the civilized world, this is normal. He's really active and sux to have lots of hair in texas when it's hot. The first time, they did his upper thighs and butt but this last time, he had a different woman and she made him feel strange for even asking for the same things he got the first time. If you are offering wax services, a good salon will wax anything or they would be courteous when explaining why or why not. It's very hard to get a man to go in and feel comfortable getting waxed, so when the tech is rude and makes him feel strange, it would be almost impossible to make him go back. Men should feel comfortable to get just as much waxed, as any female, and we all know the areas women get waxed. My guy didn't even ask for bits and pieces, and yet she had the nerve to make him feel embarrassed. I'll never go here and I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. Salons should be safe places to be yourself and learn about making you happy with your body. read more

I should have known to avoid this place when I wasn't greeted upon walking in by the staff, yet other customers were who came in after, and happened to be Caucasian. I thought perhaps coincidence. Either way, poor customer service! Then when I gave the worker specific instructions to just clean up my eyebrows, she butchered them. I should have paid much better attention to the reviews of other customers who had their eyebrows butchered!!!!! Literally every person who left there had the same eyebrow design, meaning these folks aren't skilled in actually styling eyebrows, just doing one standard style. I won't be going back and won't be recommending them to those I know. If you can't treat all customers with courtesy and respect, or adequately train your staff you shouldn't own a public business. I tried them for Eyelash extensions and this is the worst! They maybe great for brows but for Eyelash extensions HORRIBLE. The 1st time in Flower Mound, my 90 minute appt. was done in 45 minutes only to conclude that she had crumble all of my natural lashes with adhesive to finish fast. Then I went back for a refill thinking she would straighten things out and ended up with a bunch of big white gunk's of glue that she said would go away and has not unless I pull my own lashes out. I used their "1st time" client coupon for a $79 then $40 for refill only to end up with No extensions and now my eyelash are gone too with big white hunks of glue remaining. 1st time and Last time client!! read more

Came here today to get my eyebrows threaded and the experience was underwhelming to say the least. I was seen right away but the lady that did my threading was not friendly at all and cut me off repeatedly when I was explaining how I wanted my eyebrows done (like mine thicker but with shape). She did the threading quickly gave me a mirror and said do you want cooling gel. I said can you remove the stray hairs in one eyebrow, which she did. I then asked her if she could trim a little with scissors and she said I didn't need it. My eyebrows are underwhelming to say the least. I've been threading since forever and believe me I would not recommend her. She then checked me out and it wasn't until she realized that it was my first time there that she got a little friendlier asking if I wanted other packages or services. Overall, I can deal with the lack of personality if the eyebrows turn great but since they missed the point on both, I wouldn't recommend this place. read more
