OK It snowed...I had 10 days AFTER the storm, (yes FedEx and UPS were running fine!) to pick up my new glasses...so 2 weeks and 10 days total time for delivery as I am driving 14 hours up north for a month. Still no glasses..last week...."Oh they're on the way should be here any day..we'll call you!" Waiting....waiting...no call! So I called them..."Oh we didn't tell you????? There was a glitch in the delivery/order..we have NO IDEA WHEN YOU WILL RECEIVE THEM!" Asked for a refund....the gal who works THAT job is sick, no one else knows how?!?! NOPE! What about the DR? I asked..."Oh I doubt it only she knows how"...Needless to say I can't get my glasses, can't get a refund and can't gert a simple straight forward HONEST ANSWER from these people and I will not be returning unless to get my prescription to go somewhere else! Let me start by saying, I originally made my appointment because I live nearby and I had what I…read morethought was an eye infection that I wanted taken care of. I called to make my appointment on a Tuesday and they got me in on Thursday. The office staff was great when I arrived and I waited about 10 minutes before being called back. I had a full eye exam as well as getting my one eye looked at..turns out it was just a blocked gland and should be an easy fix. Dr. Jaynes was wonderful as well as his staff, they all explained things well and were beyond nice. I did leave needing glasses but because I had an old pair that I liked (with a very outdated prescription) they said I could bring them in and they could order new lenses for me letting me keep the old frames I like so much! I would highly recommend them if you are in the area and need vision care.
