I have to say that I contemplated for months before leaving this review. First off because I am so disappointed embarrassed with the way my eyebrows turned out. My first choice was booked one year in advance I wanted to get them done asap. After doing some research I came across Charlene/arched on IG. I called, was surprised I was able to get an appointment in 2 weeks. I was super nervous, my first appointment w/charlene was in January. I arrive her assistant pyrs on the numbing cream after waiting for about 20 min my session begins. I was a little taken back when she asked to see pics of how I do my eyebrows, I thought she would shape and draw them more out herself, a big red Flag. So after she looked at my brows she stated she would follow my shape. After she was done she stated this will fade and we will fix any thing I am not happy with and go fuller, darker etc in the second and final session. I noticed they were not even and the shapes were different. I thought no big deal she said they will fade and she will fix them ..fast forward to 2nd session , they turned out worst she has a student there and after she was done the student had a shocked look on her face. I looked in the mirror and was not happy. Everyone there said they looked great I left got in my car looked in the mirror and went right back in I told her they are bad one arch was way higher than the other and they are both different shapes. I asked her to even them out, she said I will do my best so after a few minutes she was done and no difference she apologized and said she followed the shape on my eyebrows and they both have different shapes and there is nothing she could do. Well if you are the professional you should of stated that to begin with and made suggestions. So now I have to spend more time trying to shape And fill in my eyebrows to make them even , something she couldn't accomplish. How come she didn't post my results on IG??? I'm sure I'm not the only one with really bad results. I am currently trying to find someone that can fix them. read more

This review is long over due! So I finally built up the courage to get my eyebrows microbladed! I was terrified of the pain. I imagined it would hurt as much as getting tattoo! When I would go in to get my eyebrows waxed, Charlene would explain the process and that it only goes through one layer of skin, unlike a tattoo that goes through all three. But I was still not convinced! Don't get me wrong I loved her work, but I'm a total wimp! For the past 20 years I have had to fill in my eyebrows! I was so tired of it! I messed them up in middle school & high school, and they never ever fully grew back out! It would take at least 10-15 just to make them look decent...one day I said enough is enough! And I did it! To my surprise! It barely hurt! Eyebrow threading is much more painful, upper lip waxing is much more painful! I did take 2 ibuprofen 30 min prior and her numbing cream works wonders! Process was easy, fast and practically painless! I love that I can wake up and if I don't feel like doing my make up, I could actually get up and go! I had my eyebrows microbladed by Xochitl last year, She is amazing. From years and years of over plucking I can now walk out of the house fully confident that I won't rub off my eyebrows. Got microblading done. Her work is pretty good when you leave her shop but few weeks later you have Uneven eyebrows that don't match your natural hair. One also has thicker strokes than the other one. One eyebrow looks natural while the other doesn't look good. read more
